Food was wayyyy over cooked. And way over seasoned. These had clearly been pre prepped and then reheated when we arrived. The homeless are allowed to come in and order food. We observed a homeless person walk to the counter order without paying and then an employee made them a fresh batch of wings and fries and gave it to them. Getting home late today so we put an order in for pickup. Classic all flats original hot and some strips and fries. Can't forget the littles order now. Walked in the place is clean and a few people were sitting down to eat. One young lady was cleaning the tables while 2-3 others were in the back. I think they were the cooks who know. I got my order and I of course had to check it. Well I notice we didn't order a side of original hot sauce on the side. So one girl, was looking at the orders so I said excuse me how much for a side of original hot? She looked at the girl that was busy cleaning the tables like handle this. She turns around and just walks off. Like hello can you answer??? Another young lady came up and said are you being helped? I said I don't know, I asked her and she just looked at her then turned around and walked away. I then said all I need to know is how much is a side of original hot. She said oh okay I got you and turned and walked to the back. Then the young lady that was cleaning asked me the same and I repeated it to her. She went to get it and came back and gave me a side is the sauce. The entire time the girl in the back is taking under her breath and laughing. Employees are there to help customers no matter what position you work. She could have said oh sorry I work in the back. Simple right? Not for her. It's a shame the way businesses are run now by young people that have no respect for anyone. Then I get home, and as I'm separating the wing, the first 3 i pull out had ungodly amount of feathers on them. I know it's a big corporation but can't y'all find a way to clean the chicken of its feathers? That's nasty. We order from here when we don't want to fry them ourselves, but to get that many wings with feathers in them has changed our minds about visiting this place again. Service is disorganized here and with a longer wait time even with ordering ahead. The cashier was plain, no friendliness. The wings though? Very good. My favorite place in town for big fat meaty wings with great sauce and even better ranch. read more

Received a doordash order and first thing I see when I opened the bag is my ranch that exploded. I was not a very happy camper but I blamed the driver and tried to enjoy the rest of my meal. I then proceeded to find carrots that are actively dehydrated (could have been from morning prep) and ones that straight up were going bad. On top of that, raw chicken.. from a chicken place... *sigh*. If that wasn't bad enough, when I tried to call the restaurant, nobody came to the phone. At all. I will never get food from here ever again. Not sure who they're hiring at this place, but they should probably reconsider firing a few people if they can't meet basic quality standards for food. If you don't want to risk getting sick, I suggest you don't either. read more

I ordered food for my family and some friends, within 12 hrs of us eating the food we all had vomited. I'm highly concerned the workers are not cooking the food safely and or sanitizing themselves and equipment. Very disappointing experience. We will not be going to this location again. read more

Please for the love of god train your people, the girl on the register took forever to take our order and got it wrong and was fighting the system she didn't know how to navigate because it was her second day. I ended up ordering online and sitting in the restaurant so I could make sure the order was put in right, and quickly, and I would get what I truly wanted to no fault of her own. This is 1 of the chicken "wings" I got which was mostly breading super thin and the sauce was extremely minor... for being an item you pay for each individual wing it's tough to receive this... I am very dissatisfied.. :( read more

Great place to order from there wing selection is unmatched so many flavors to choose from. My personal favorite has to be the Louisiana rub and the mango habanero if you like spicy. The servers always keep it a vibe and are never rude. read more

Food is great, employees and service however absolute horrible. There were only 3 other people in there waiting for orders. We waited at the counter for over 10 minutes for someone to help us or even greet us and no one came. 1 employee walked by at one point and mumbled something, I am assuming he said someone would be there to help soon. But then he walked by again and we asked him for assistance and he continued walking and waved his hand at us like we are an inconvenience. Unfortunately for this treatment we will not be back. We left immediately due to the lack of respect and horrible customer service. Another employee would look back at us from the kitchen about 3x not saying anything to us. No greeting, no it'll be just a minute, nothing. I understand if you are going to be a minute but at least have a better attitude and not be so disrespectful. They just don't disappoint period. Every time I order these wings are FRESH and DELICIOUS. I just can't get enough of them!! And this is a chain restaurant y'all and it is WAY better than some other wing places in this area. The wings are actually big and juicy, the sauce selections are fun, the fries (lots of varieties) are so good and the in house dressings like the blue cheese is BOMB! Went to go pay for a call in order and asked to use my employee discount but the cashier, Erica, told me that she had to go get a manager which I already suggested to her because I know the process, and after she went to go get a manager and returned with none she went on to tell me that'll it'll take a while, which I already expressed I understood, then she decided to bluntly and rudely persuade me to just pay in full to make things quicker on her end which made me feel disrespected and disregarded as a current employee of Wingstop. And after I rejected her offer to pay in full and told her that we can skip out on paying for now till a manger was ready as I would also like to just buy a gift card in the mean time, she rudely dismissed me and told me to just wait on the side so she can tend to the other customers instead. And after we paid, she never checked the rack for our order even though we called in an hour beforehand which resulted in us waiting an additional 20 minutes at the location, which then led me to go up to the counter to ask about our order only to find out it has been sitting on the bottom shelf the whole time. Usually when I come by this specific location I never have any problems or complaints but however when this specific cashier is working I always feel offended and rudely dismissed as I also had a previous terrible experience with this exact cashier before this. As an employee of Wingstop as well I'm disappointed in her lack of proper courtesy, professionalism, and customer service she express on behalf of Wingstop, because as an employee of Wingstop myself I know better than to portray such poor mannerism as I know the customer service expectations for any worker under Wingstop. read more

Talk about lack of competency! Both the mangers that were in shift tonight have to be the slowest minded folks on this planet. I had to call the store due to items missing off of my $100 order. Ordering online is your best option. There is seating inside, but your order isn't pre prepped, which is a good thing. There isn't heat lamps keeping baskets of chicken warm. Even if you order online you can always eat it there. read more

I've ordered here a few times for pick up (via their website), and each time the food was fresh and ready for pick up at the designated time. The best flavor, in my opinion, is the hot lemon but I think it's seasonal. I've also tried the mango habanero, lemon pepper, medium, and bbq. Overall, great service & good food! read more

I ordered an 8 piece, 4 lemon pepper and 4 original hot. Not only did they not call out my order so I waiting for longer than needed but they only put 5 lemon pepper and that's all. Not worth the price. read more

I liked to give businesses a second chance because sometimes they have bad days liked the rest of us but this place, both times I've ordered wings they've been over cooked and dry. I don't like crunchy dry wings. Change how you cook them! Don't cook them until they are crunchy hard rocks with a little bit of meat. Can't recommended this place. FYI, I tried both the Muldoon and northern lights location and they are the same so it's the businesses not the folks working there saying how they need to be over cooked. read more
