So after much indecision at a last minute dinner choice from the kids, we decided to have wing stop delivered. Got a variety of boneless wings and sauces for dipping. I feel like it got here real fast, which is a plus, but I'm not sure who to credit for that. Anyways it was a variety of different flavored chicken strips essentially. Not gross nuggets, but actual chicken. It wasn't the best chicken I've ever had, but it was decent enough. More of a superbowl snack than a Thursday night dinner, but it did the trick. Even though I ordered online.. I waited for longer than an hour for my food when I showed up. No one is doing their job correctly... I was told "oh maybe someone else took your food" NO. NO. YOU. My daughter got their Cajun fries. I haven't smelled frying oil that old in years! Last time was at a dive greasy diner that was NOT on the popular TV review series! I'm not sure when the last time they changed their oil but she brought home the leftovers and reheated them - the cloying, rancid smell won't outgas! It's like a toxic chemical spill in our house, I think it's permeated the walls. Saving a buck on reusing oil for days(?), weeks(?) just isn't worth the slick, stale reviews nor ill customers. Would prefer if they knew better English. They were nice just didn't understand much English. Arrived at 12:47am while the store was still open (closing time is 1:00am). The door was unlocked, lights were on, and staff were inside, but I was refused service and told "the cashier was closed." I had also tried calling around 12:30am with no answer. This was frustrating because I made the effort to get there before closing and was still turned away. There were employees clearly present--one sitting in the front on her phone and another cleaning in the back--but no effort was made to assist or properly explain the situation. To make matters worse, I came back the next day and was given the wrong order. When I returned around 8:40pm to have it corrected, the staff seemed irritated that I came back and did not handle the situation professionally. If the store is listed as open until 1:00am, customers should be able to place orders during that time, or at the very least receive a clear and respectful explanation. Consistently poor service and lack of accountability like this reflects badly on the business. This experience felt unprofessional and inconsistent with what's expected from Wingstop. I hope management addresses these issues so other customers don't have the same experience. read more

Came here around 7:30pm on Wednesday, Sept. 24th. Only two workers working. The cashier was rude, was on her phone. The dry rub was too wet and the fries were over seasoned. The soda station was dirty. Trash sitting on a table next to us while we waited for our food. The fridge only had orange juice and water. The bathroom was clean. Good luck. I'm leaving 3 stars because the food is delicious, but their staff needs a tremendous amount of training. Their was 1 cook that seemed to be the only person working taking it serious. We waited a total of 50 minutes for our order of 3 small meals. & still got our fries wrong... Nonetheless, that 1 worker that was taking it serious was very nice and kept apologizing to everyone for the wait & let us know they were short staffed. The 2 girls at the cash register were a mess.... The smaller one being very catty, loud and unprofessional, walking back n forth through the kitchen for no reason while they're trying to cook. Felt like a high school cafeteria honestly. And sooo many people kept walking back in with their orders to let them know something was wrong/missing. Do not eat here EVER!!! I placed an order online for 7 tenders and an order of fries at 8:11 pm. It said that my order would be ready in 15 - 21 minutes (that means 8:26 - 8:32 pm). I got to Wingstop at 8:30 pm and they told me that my order wasn't ready yet. At 8:44 pm they give me the bag with my food in it. I opened it and the fries were cold, not even a little warm, they were cold. I asked them to please remake my order (both the fries and the tenders) b/c I knew the tenders would be cold by the time they were done with my fries. They said sorry, we can't remake the tenders. They remade the fries, and there were great, but as you can guess the tenders were now cold. They would not remake them. I asked to talk to the manager and was told there was no manager on duty, and that if I wasn't happy I could leave a review online, so here we are ... WORST customer service EVER!!! Name was called and received one bag with which I saw two tubs of fries and two plastic containers of wings, so I assumed it was everything I ordered. This was my bad, I guess, but when I came home I realized it was only 20 of the 40 total wings. I tried calling the establishment 39 times from 11:28 p.m. to 12:09 a.m to which I was sent to voice mail every time. This location is always busy usually with online orders so if you're ordering in expect a delay and there is limited seating so sometimes hard to find a table. So, I left my office wifi and tried again using 5G cellular. Same result. Operation timed out. Got home and tried again on a computer using my home wifi. SAME RESULT! Something is wrong with WIngStop's online ordering system. I could not place an order on three different devices in either cellular or wifi. First time visitor. Never been to a Wingstop before. First off, George, who was working the register on 10-10-24 around 7pm, is AWESOME!! Super patient and answered all my questions with a smile. I had the tenders with half hickory bbq and half Korean bbq. It was delicious! Don't even get me started on the fries....INSANE!! Lastly, their ranch dressing is incredible! They told us that our order wasn't ready and we needed to wait another 30-45 more minutes. Will not be surprised when this location closes permanently. The service is the worst I have ever experienced - not sure the person we ordered from was actually literate. At the very least (customer service 101) if the wait will be more than 15m, at what is considered a fast food restaurant, YOU MUST INFORM THE CUSTOMER AT TIME OF ORDER! Our suspicions of the cashier was confirmed when after 49m wait (and after inquiring 2x) we were told our food was accidentally given to another customer - guessing it happens often since the manager was ready & willing to process our refund quickly and get rid of us. No offer of our next visit free or even trying to expedite our meal (3 kids under 8 in tow). . . AWFUL customer service from cashier up to management. It's our first visit since they've opened, just walking up to the counter wasn't a great 1st impression the girl at the register ( had a cover with fruit shapes on it & a 'love' Victoria secret lanyard) was on her phone even as she asked us what we'd like. 100% is not a good look for any fast-food or restaurant business. After we ordered, I also observed her touching the register & going into the kitchen touching food surfaces without washing her hands with the sink being right behind her. Then, continued to the front to be on her phone. As of the 'Food', our fries when we opened the bag were oily and limp. We stuck them in the airfryer to crisp them up. Our Korean wings weren't spicy, the sauce was at the bottom of the container, and the wings tasted burnt. The lemon pepper wings... literally no lemon or pepper flavor to them at all. I noticed on my receipt she gave me she charged me for 16 pieces and I asked for eight pieces when I asked her about this she looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Literally the WORST Wingstop I've ever been to. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this needs to change. Was upset when the SLO Wingstop closed but super excited when they reopened in AG. Been there 4 times now and they've messed up my order ever. single. time. It's actually insane how bad this restaurant is. I understand it's new, but you would think a company like Wingstop would be smart enough not to open a new one without properly trained staff, but I guess not. Undercooked food, orders that weren't made correctly (ordered boneless, got bone in) and then tonight, picked up my order, and realized they gave me someone else's order! Then went back in and they said they didn't know where mine was. So then had to wait for them to make it. Just purely unbelievable and unprofessional in every aspect.
