I really want to have a good wingstop experience, and I've been to this location a few times, every time it's disappointing. Fun fact, getting 6 wings is not possible without a meal. So I opted for 8 wings which is essentially the same price as the 6 meal...and then they'll inform you, "sauce is extra"! What the...?!? The inside of this location is small and unwelcoming, it looks like it's intended for you to do take out (unless you work there). Service was a step up this time, but the bar was low. The food here is just gross. I wanted to try it because I read an article that said their chicken sandwich was good. They also have a Freestyle Coke machine. I normally like a large soda- which wasn't an option. All the large cups seemed to be in use by the staff and as dispensers for things. Be warned that anything you get is absolutely drowning in your choice of sauce. I get that for wings but not necessarily for a sandwich. 03/08/24 there was a boy working the front, long brown hair. I just wanted to leave this review because he is a kick ass employee! Very good at his job and very good with customers. Throughout the entire time we were there eating he was taking almost every single order of people who walked in, taking all the orders that came in on the phone, cleaned tables and the floor as people left, refilled the soda machine, and made sure everything was stocked. By himself! There was even a point that two other employees were on their break eating and they left everything on their table to be cleaned up by someone else. This boy cleaned it with no hesitation. Great great kid to have working for you, he deserves a raise. read more

Update 1/14/23- STILL not ANY better. Rhiannon took our order at the computer and was so rude, rushed us through, and cut us off as we're talking. We placed our order at 11:21 am (meaning, they've been open 21 minutes) and the Soda machine isn't even stocked, so we're sitting here with empty cups, and didn't even try offering us water or anything. 11:35- 2 different parties have walked in. Rhiannon was attempting to continue fixing the soda machine, while the other 2 employees are working on orders. She doesn't even come up to greet or help. She finally walks up, and doesn't even acknowledge the guests as she walks to the back. She does come up to take orders. She greeted the first set of guests the same way she did with us. However, the Second Gentleman, she was completely kind and had a conversation with. We hate to be the ones who go there, but- it definitely seems to be a prejudice issue. My husband and I are an inter-racial couple, and the second couple was Hispanic. The gentleman who she seemed chipper with was white. 11:42, we've been here 21 minutes. Soda machine still isn't stocked. They just NOW put wings in the fryer. 11:47- she says "sodas ready". Still not fully stocked. Also, my husbands coke is disgusting. 11:50- we finally got our food- 30 minutes later. They placed our food in a to go bag, even though we specifically said we were dining in. Fries are warm. It's disconcerting to come from outside where the world moves at a normal pace and to step in here where time seems to slow to an uninspired crawl. I got a mix of the two when I specifically asked for all flats, and I got the normal Lemon Pepper. Typically I really wouldn't care about this stuff but today it was the worst experience I have had at Wingstop, specifically at this Milwaukee location. I've never had a problem with the location on Eagle. * All my food was cold especially my fries in which I ordered the normal fries and not Parmesan covered. I also got a honey mustard with that I never even got it in the bag. * when I came home and was finally ready to enjoy my meal I saw That my lemon pepper wings looked as white as paper. I ripped it apart to see if it was cooked; it looked fine until I flipped it over and saw blood on my wings. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had but my refund is in process and the other location actually COOKED my food for free. I ordered 15 piece classic lemon pepper and Parmesan garlic with large fry extra seasoning and two drinks. I received a 10 piece classic mild and honey bbq with cold fries and no Extra seasoning I ordered and no drinks to be found. I called the Wingstop on Milwaukee and they said I had to have a the receipt I was never given to get a refund on my very clearly messed up order.
