I can honestly say that while most would disagree. I genuinely like this establishment. For pick-up, I repeat, for pick-up. They are convenient for me when the craving hits. Parking sucks immensely and can be a pain with a ton of blinds spots and it is also pretty dark. In addition, be prepared to see some shady characters lingering outside or maybe even inside. There is a very diverse crowd to say the least lol. But overall safe. My recommendation would be to order online and still be prepared for a moderate wait. I've been to a few Wingstop locations and this one has given us a good experience twice now so I thought they deserved a review. This time was the first time I ever tried their Tenders and they did not disappoint. I definitely would get their tenders because of this experience alone. We only got 3 Tenders each with fries and it was plenty! Filling and flavorful. The inside of this location is not the best and it did not feel the most clean, probably wouldn't eat inside. Ever. First and foremost this is the second time I visit this location and run into an altercation with the worker by the name of Sidd. The first time I made it all the way home and notice the order that i had placed was not the order i received. Once i made it home i called back to the store to inform Sidd and he said i could come back and have it replace which was a 25min drive back to the store so i ask if there was a way to just have the order remade the following day since the mistake was made on your end he said unfortunately not. This last visit left me furious after visiting this location tonight! Sidd, was so rude in unprofessional tonight I couldn't Let this go a notice. Tonight I visit this location after a long day of work to place an order & dine in At just about 10pm. After placing My order I kindly asked to use the restroom to wash my hands before eating and Sidd ignore me and started speaking to his colleagues in his native language. After several minutes I asked Sidd, again to please allow me to Use the restroom to wash my hands before eating my dinner. With an very  unpleasant attitude he told me to go ahead and that he would buzz me in. After doing so I set in the lobby and waited for Sidd to call my name for my order but never did. After noticing 25mins had passed by and customer that had come in after me Had received their food and left I started to feel like maybe my food was next. Several more minutes I passed by and I noticed that Sidd, and the other staff were singing and having conversation I starting getting pretty impatience. I proceed to walk up to Sidd and ask him if my would be ready soon. He then said your food is already up has been sitting in the prep food stands All along. I asked why didn't he let me know sooner he replied with saying you left out the store and came back in. I stated to him I never exited the store and as a matter fact Sidd, look directly at me several time while I was waiting and not once sayed anything. After explaining to him that I was sitting there the entire time he then decided to go back-and-forth with me calling me a liar. I requested to have the district manager or the owner name he then walk away laughing and started talking with his colleagues in there native language while looking and laughing directly at me. Ugh what a disappointing Wing Stop. I placed an order over the phone for traditional hot wings (10) with fries and a drink. I picked up the wings and was so excited to eat them once I got home! I am typically a fan of this chain, but not all Wing Stops are equal! The wings were extremely, extremely overcooked. I could not get to the meat because the entire wing was burnt. It was basically a block of burnt meat! Out of the 10 wings I ordered I was only able to eat 2 (barely!). The rest I had to throw out! No point in eating burnt meat. Also, what a waste of money! The fries were good as always. The cashier was quick and my food was ready as soon as I got there, but other than that this particular Wing Stop does not live up to the standards of other Wing Stops I have visited in the past. Instead of the meaty chunks of boneless chicken, which should be the standard, were more like poorly seasoned pieces of popcorn chicken. That's some bull. Recently decided to give them another chance (delivery, this time) when deciding to order last minute. Now, the wings were on point, but they forgot my order of fries. I ordered the 6pc boneless combo to go and when I get all the way back home I opened what's supposed to be my fries and the box with the wings but instead it was just fries and a box with corn, NO WINGS! When I discovered this location, I was thrilled! It's about the same distance from me as the one on Halsted, but easier to get to. However, the wings from here were a complete disappointment compared to other locations. Over cooked, small and over-seasoned in certain spots while little/no seasoning on other parts of the same wing. Fries were soggy too. They do have a small parking lot (shared with Dunkin' Donuts and the mattress store), but with other food options nearby, I don't see myself coming here unless it's one of the wing special days and I'm already doing some shopping in the area. read more

This Wingstop provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the manager is clearly incompetent. If I could give this place less than one star I would. Me and my boyfriend ordered from here, and upon opening our food we realized they got our order wrong and omitted a flavor of wings we selected (leaving us five wings short). When I called to see if the restaurant could fix their mistake the person I spoke to on the phone, who claimed to be the manager, seemed confused by my fairly straight forward explanation of the problem and kept asking if the number of wings we got was correct. While it was not, what difference should that make? Since when is it alright to give patrons any flavor you want, whether or not it matches what they ordered, as long as the number is correct? Number aside, you still ultimately got the order wrong, a concept "the manager" did not seem to grasp. (He also hung up on me twice over the course of this conversation) The manager in question ultimately told me that since they use door dash as their distributor, I would need to call door dash and have them arrange for a new delivery. However, when I called door dash, they informed me that since we ordered directly through the Wingstop site they could not do anything and the restaurant would need to contact them. When I called the Wingstop manager back to tell him this he claimed there was nothing he could do because he "had no way to get in touch with doordash" so we would need to pick it up. When I proceeded to tell him that it 1) made no sense that he would have NO contact information for a distributor their restaurant uses and 2) this was ultimately their fault and their responsibility, he continually tried to interrupt me and seemed confused as if he was helpless in the situation. He then tried to read me the door dash customer service number (which I had previously found myself online and called). I once again had to explain to him that I already called door dash and questioned why he claimed to not have a contact number, and yet seemed to find one for me to call. I told him it was his responsibility to call doordash, at which point he claimed to be calling them and hung up on me. I have called back since and no one has answered the phone (I also called from multiple numbers in case he was childish enough and irresponsible enough in his duties to screen my calls). Clearly the manager at this location lacks basic managerial, problem solving, and comprehension skills. He never took the time to apologize for their mistake, think about how he may help me, or offer a partial refund (all things any mediocre manager would know to do). He is ill-suited and unqualified to be overseeing this establishment. Whoever is running this franchise location may want to reconsider their current staffing and think about putting more qualified person in charge. I placed a to go order via the app for bone in wings and when I got to the store 20 minutes later to pick up my food they tell me that they do not have anymore chicken.
