Every time I've gone to Wingstop...which is infrequently, it's always been a pleasant experience. The service is friendly, fast and my orders have always been good and correct. I absolutely love the seasoned fries and you get a good amount. All the flavors that I have tried are delicious but my favorite is the honey barbeque dry rub! It's strictly take out so, ambience is definitely an afterthought since they took out the dine on space. Staff is rude and there's a 80% chance your order will be incorrect. I can dismiss the rude service because I'm Sure the pay doesn't make up for the madness they deal with but at least make sure the orders are correct. Just go to the other locations on Broadway if you can. read more

As far as wingstops go, this one isn't bad. That doesn't say much because I have very, very low expectations for wingstop. This location is convenient, and they seem to be pretty busy. There are only 2 tables inside, and it's much smaller than most locations. That being said, I always recommend ordering ahead of time, and here I saw a lot of annoyed customers upset that their order would take 20 minutes. This isn't McDonald's, man. They do make everything fresh. My only complaint here is the same with ALL wingstops. THE PACKAGING SUCKS!! Why on earth this company has not learned a better way to package to-go orders is absolutely beyond me. They put wings in styrofoam clamshells, and fries/sides are in paper boats without any top. It's a nightmare. Hey wingstop, if you're reading, this needs to change across all stores!! Anyways, this location is better than most. Not bad for the price. The service here was very friendly. They double checked to make sure that my order was correct. The lemon pepper batter with the butter is really good. Very flavorful. (Mind you I'm 20 years old) I've never seen such rude workers. The two young workers were talking so much trash about everyone. Saying to each other "I'm not going to rush" & "I don't know why they looking at us" out loud so everyone can hear. Made everyone feel unwelcome. This may sound a bit dramatic, but the one thing I will miss the most about living in Chicago is my local Wingstop. This location treated my like family. Anytime I would come in they would greet me by name, and jokingly ask if I wanted the same black cherry soda I'd always get. The customer service is what made come back weekly whenever I was too lazy to cook. I truly appreciate the warm welcomes and love they put into my orders. I had an horrible experience at the Wingstop located a few blocks north of this location so bad I decided not to even buy anything. I stopped here at the Wilson location and was pleasantly surprised. It was a whole different vibe Laura was terrific. This being my first time she walked me through the menu never felt rushed at all. It was some of the best service I have ever received at a fast food place. But this wasn't an anomaly. I returned to this location a week later and Fazian was just as professional as Laura and once again great service... I will continue to be a costumer here and the food was great. Chris, at this location has also provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I accidentally ordered carry out instead of delivery in the wingstop app and Chris went above and beyond to help me connect with Door Dash to try to resolve this, making sure Door Dash customer service representatives clearly understood the issue and working with them as much as possible to ideally get my order delivered. read more

Wing stop is a pretty great option if you want a quick wing fix. They have gluten free options too. Beware: ordering wings and fries or veg actually costs more than just ordering the combo, even if you don't want the soda. They won't substitute. This has got to be the absolute worst Wingstop restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I placed an order at 1:53pm and asked to have it ready for me by 2:45. Now 2:45 rolls around and I'm on my way to work this I stop by to pick up my lunch (and dinner because I'm working a double) only to find out that not only did they not even make my order, they didn't even bother putting my order in. And then tried to pass it off as me ordering from the wrong restaurant. This would be a valid excuse had I not been staring at the young lady I was on the phone with in the first place and had I not verified that it was the Wingstop near Broadway and Wilson. So then they ask if I wanted to wait the extra ten minutes for my order to be made after I explained to them that I had to be at work. At some point, not wanting to be late for work I simply left the restaurant and called later to speak to the manager on duty only to be told that the manager wasn't even there and that she was helping another restaurant.. and before the social Media manager asks, yes I double checked to make sure that this was the correct Fu**ing restaurant. read more
