Just got into town for work and stopped in for some boneless wings. We waited 20 mins sitting at the bar to get a menu and to ask what we wanted to drink. 35 mins later our food came out cold. Yesterday was my very first time at the Collinsville wing stop. I placed my order 6 boneless wings mild. The guys read it back and said 8. I said, " no" 6. He told me 8 minutes. Looking where they prepare the food, there was a pile of fries on the floor with a white container next to the fries. More people were coming in to pick up online orders. None of the orders were ready. 35 minutes later my wings were ready. I opened the container and my order was wrong. He did make me boneless wing 20 minutes later. I gave the wrong wings to a woman who has been waiting for 30 minutes for her online order for fries. When I received my second order they were wrong. They are no napkins. Service was horrible, there were no soft drink options on my touch screen, everything was out. At least 15 soft drinks were out including every flavor of lemonade, sprite, diet coke, flavored water, and more. I waited 30 minutes for my 6 wings and had to ask them where my order was. When my order was finally delivered, it was delivered with no words, no smile, and even no eye contact. Wingstop, this is how they do business! A black man goes into a Collinsville, Illinois store to pick up a call in order of about 45.00. When I get home the order is not only incorrect but inedible. So I call Wingstop back to talk with the manager he takes my information, I bring the product back he says we can re-do your order or give you your money back? So I made the MISTAKE of saying hey I will just come back at a later time, because in business mistakes happen...right? Now, I explained I work out of town so It may be awhile before I come back! He said "No problem just write my name down and bring your reciept" for the next time you want to order. Now its current day, I call to request my order to be made , 1st an employee asks me my information finds me in THEIR system and says but I dont have any details..."Ohhh.. Kayyy" well the manager that did this does not work here anymore. Again "Soooo", then she says "Do you have you reciept?" I said "Yes MA'AM "I will have to ask my manager if I can accept this....???... I dont understand why but fine... So the Manger comes to the phone he claims the lady didnt tell him anything, So I have to explain my self again...He pauses for effect, I guess...Because then this Caucasion (later verified in this story also the lady that answered) Man starts with this story about what kind of an employee the former manager was and the things he did??? So I couldn't listen anymore!!...So I said excuse me but I am still waiting on how this story is relevent to making my order?" He then replies you people always wanting something free I will remake your order..heavy sigh... (Yes I am in BLACK MAN READY TO GO! Mode!!) I replied yes ( at this point rationale & reason had to stand behind Principle & Respect!) but you are not doing me no favor! I am coming to get my money for goods I never recieved (never forgetting it was only $45.00 BUT the disrespect was too much) The Manager - "Big Moe" keeps talking about things that shouldn't even be in this conversation (for lack of a better phrase more like talk down). He then tells me, "I don't like your tone I am 50 something years old I aint no kid I am Big Moe!". (On a side note: If you are thinking the stereotypical " I had already jumped in my ride like The Black Panther before he finished saying those words...you would be correct! ) You can come and get your money".. he finished cause I kinda blacked out on whatever he was saying before that! Now I arrive, I've had time to bring my level down to very agitated, ( but it was pointless) I wait in line and I talk to the caucasion lady (same one who answered the phone) " I am here to see Moe, in which she hesitated, looked me up and down and then proceeded to go to the back office to get him or at least so I thought.. Now the part I left off was there were a room full of caucation people waiting on there orders, however after I mention I was here to speak to Moe... people started laughing and giggling. I was more focused awaiting on "Big Moe" to come out then the people started saying " he aint coming out the office" so I turned and said no I called and...the customers said WE KNOW! Apparently the conversation took place in the lobby for all to hear. People started telling me all the derogatory things he said when he got off the phone, they said they were laughing because they think that he thought I was a kid or something. A moment later the lady came and stood with the cooks ( both black) and said nothing to me. So I said "I am sorry can I get an update on if Moe is coming? She replied " I dont know" but she was going to just let me stand there! So I said "I can come back there, but he is not gone ignore me!!". Then the black Man went back and brought him out! Meanwhile I was being set up the whole time (Spoiler Alert ) Then the crowd told me he not giving you your money and he called COLLINSVILLE POLICE on you. Now I am furious another Black Man being humilated with THE LAW on the white man's side. So he finally comes out when the Police get there cause I looked out the door, his tone real quiet like now... I called Corporate office and they told me to HAVE YOU BANNED FROM OUR STORE and I dont have to honor your REFUND IN WHICH THE POLICE TELLS ME I AM TRASSPASSING AND I WILL LOCKED UP IF I AM EVER SEEN THERE AGAIN!!! I said he told me to come get my money...well we ( the police) dont enforce that but you are where you dont belong per the Manager !
