Still continue to come to this specific Wingstop due to the amazing taste and wonderful staff. ( especially the manager liz, when she is there she is always super kind) Like always i was greeted with smiles and genuine friendliness. When ordering i was helped my a staff member who seemed to be in the best mood ever, i really appreciated it. I was told when my order would be ready and it was ready on time. My food of course was warm and great and the restaurant itself was also great. It was clean and everything seemed to be in order. Let me start by saying that the wings here are great! Other than that, the service is sub-par. I have been here a few times, and everything was pretty good until tonight. I placed an online order, an arrived 5 minutes before it told me my order would be ready. Instead of being ready, I walked into a smoke filled restaurant where after they took my money, everyone seemed amused that my order wasn't even started. It took about another 20 min to get me my order. In that time, there were at least 5 other employees just standing around and tending to the large cloud of smoke coming off the grills. I know this is a new establishment, but I really hope they get their crap together, as the wings here are so good. So Antonio takes our order and explains the issue with the app. Our order was placed and I start to notice everyone after us received their food. Time continues to pass and I take the receipt to the front counter and ask Antonio if our food is almost done... Antonio states "yeah they're making it they'll call your name when it's done and continues to write on his price of paper not even listening to what I'm trying to ask him. I get Antonio's attention again and ask how long is my order going to take mind you I've been waiting for almost 35 minutes. Let's start with this is a joke. The manager Maria has the biggest attitude you could have considering my order never reached me. The website for Wingstop did not tell me it was being delivered by an outside vendor "DoorDash". Then when I finally realize it isn't here yet I call Wingstop direct. The manager as rude as can be, because omg she has to deal with a customer that has been screwed over by their delivery company, tells me she doesn't have any information. I Stopped in last night on the way home from work, I have to say the woman that takes orders with dark hair on the shorter side, I think she's also a manager, has great customer service. She was so friendly even when the place was packed. Normal wait time, 16 minutes so I enjoyed a Corona. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 was because the Cajon wings were so oily kind of took away from the flavor and the Louisiana Rub and fries could have had a little more seasoning. Other than the Wingstop sport in orange, this one has a great size dining room. Wings always take about 13-16 minutes, sometimes longer when the wing pieces are larger and bone in, but thats ok because at least they are making them to order! Fresh! there is no kind of heat lamp equipment that I have seen in that kitchen, surely for that fresh cooked chicken purpose. Love the blue cheese dressing! a lot of people complain about having to pay for dressing, but its worth every penny because they actually prepare it there! Makes my blue cheese dressing that much tastier! I have spotted a cook now and then working on the dressing when I order early. It is so convenient to place my order online and have it ready to go when I arrive. All the employees seem really efficient and double and triple check orders. Tonight was a different story. I didn't check my order prior to leaving because I've never had an issue with them getting something wrong. To my dismay, when I got home, I didn't have my order of fries. The girl who helped me along with her co-workers were more involved in how someone had written my name on the bag and didn't take a look inside to verify before giving me my bag-o-goodness. After getting home and realizing the mistake, I immediately called. They passed me off to the manager and when I requested an entire new order because everything was going to be cold when I got home after having to go back to pick up the fries, her "no problem" attitude won me over. The food is good when it's done adequately but even when you arrive to pick up your order at the exact time it says to arrive the order is either not ready or cold. And there's always one or two things missing from the order if you choose a carry out option. I went back to here to try there food and it tasted great! I had a feeling the first visit must have been just one of their off days. Austin took my order on the phone and was very thorough with it; the whole phone experience was pleasant. Upon arriving to pick up my order, Austin helped me again to check out and handed me my drink. Once the food was done, he walked aroudn the counter to give me my food. My boyfriend and I just recently found out that this place open and its perfect since it's so close to home. We just ordered food today and the service was beyond amazing! Maya who took my order over the phone was sweet and awesome with adding to our online order. Since it was split into two orders, we went home with one order. They called us and told us that they forgot our second order. I didn't get the other girl's name who helped us, but both of them were absolutely amazing. I've been to many different places for chicken wings and wingstop is by far the best! The wings are large crispy and juicy and they put the perfect amount of sauce! I love their fries and the blue cheese dip is so delicious! I think the only downside is that I wish they had a spicier classic buffalo flavor, but the original is still super tasty. And I absolutely love that you can order online it's easier and I never have to wait to pick up my order! Wing stop is better than BWW. I'll just start with that. Customer service is actually really good ALL the times I've been here. While they did mess up my order once by giving me fewer wings than I actually bought (human error it's bound to happen) they actually credited my whole order back to me. I told her that I was only missing ten wings but she insisted I take the whole order again (free of charge) and keep the wings I already had. If you ask me that's pretty nice of them.
