Customer service sucks and they can't seem to get your order right... I've been to this location a few times and every single time something goes wrong. During my last visit I called in an order, and went home with the wrong order. It was someone else's order! It was so frustrating coming home ready to eat to find out that my food was not what I had ordered. This last time, I ordered ahead of time and when I arrive the girl at the front desk says my name wasn't on her list. So another girl jumps in and shows her where my name is... there was literally five employees standing around behind her. When I called the girl said it would be 11 mins, I stood around for about 20 min. So the order took closer to 30/+ mins rather than the 11 she said. Then I went up to the counter to ask for a cup holder the cashier casually walked up and asked me "what?" rather than "may I help you" or anything else would have been better than "what" and again behind the counter was STILL overcrowded with employees standing around talking. Anyways, I ended up sitting down since the order was taking so long...an employee walks up to me and asks me for my receipt, he turns around and grabs a bag that had been sitting on the counter that no one bothered calling out. Employees need some serious customer service training, and need to learn to be more efficient. read more

This is the second time I had a bad experience. First time looked like wings were only cooked on one side, brown and crispy. The other side was white. Maybe they put too many in fryer and could shake them around. It was gross looking, very unappealing. Today I stopped by there again to try it. And my chicken and fries were so, so salty that I couldnt eat either of them. I am a smoker and i put salt on everything but this was coated thick with salt. I couldnt eat them. Showed the girl at the counter and told her to taste one but she said they are not allowed. I told her they should salt so much to tell the cook. People can salt themselves. She was not much help. I love Wing Stop and I've never had a bad experience, but tonight was pretty below average. I ordered a 6 piece combo and another order of 10 piece wings online. Partly my fault, but I did not receive my drink, which I paid extra to upgrade the size and they only gave one little cup of ranch for all 16 wings and a large fry. And my fries were cold when I got home. I'm usually not picky at all, but after a long day at work and coming home at midnight, I just wanted good food without the hassle of cooking for one night. I'll definitely be back, but I hope the workers pay more attention next time to make sure the buyer gets everything they paid for. read more

When I call on the way home from work they always introduce themselves as "my wing experts" and let me tell ya, experts is an understatement. They're always finishing up my meal as I walk in, which gives me just enough time to fill my cup up with my grape Powerade zero, which pairs wonderfully with my eight piece boneless mild and bbq. This is by far my favorite Wingstop the service is incomparable! My order was spot on which is always appreciated, and I had no problems with the timing of my order(it was ready by the time they said it would). By the looks of it I went during a very busy time but, that did not interfere with the quality of the service. Yes it was busy but the employees were great, all had smiles on their faces and seemed to be working hard. I worked in fast food during college so I know how hard the job can be. When I get there, they pull a bait and switch and the manager refuses to honor the deal that was specific to this location. If you put your franchise's deal on a fundraising discount card that had no stipulations regarding the deal and accept the card over the phone, honor it. The place was very nice and clean inside. The ordering process was really easy, and the cashier gave my husband and I her personal opinion which I thought was great. So we ordered 20 boneless wings (since it was Tuesday and the boneless wings are only $.60 cents a piece). 10 lemon pepper, 5 teriyaki, and 5 Hawaiian. We also ordered their seasoned fries. After I took my first bite of the lemon pepper, I wasn't sure if I could eat any more. They were so incredibly salty it was almost hard to swallow. I still tried the other two flavors with an open mind, and was yet again disappointed. The wings were absolutely drowning in sauce, and again very very salty. I'm definitely a sauce and salt kind of girl, but this was overload and not enjoyable. The fries were really good, and had the perfect amount of seasoning. Overall I wasn't very impressed with the food. In my opinion, if you are only serving one kind of food there, then they should be done to perfection.
