The benefit of it being a "slider" is that the bun is not a giant, oversized pile of bread. I cannot imagine eating two of these at a sitting. She ordered mild and [surprise-surprise] it was a little too hot for her. I ordered Hot and it was plenty hot but very good. I must admit I will not be trying Epic Blazed. It would be beyond fun, but I will re-order the Hot. We both wished for a bit more salt in the seasoning, but at the same time enjoyed it a lot. I liked the slaw on the sandwich and can see getting Tenders with a side of slaw when I don't want a slider bun. I also like the fact that they offer Smashburgers. Their fries are crinkle cut "50-caliber" size and as such, may be a little hard to fry. We liked the seasoning on them, but they were slightly underdone. Not bad, I ate every one of them, but they were just a little underdone. Epic Hot have checked all the trend boxes with Hot Chicken, Smashburgers and Kale Slaw! And of course they offer wings. This place is very close to home and I am pleased that Ms T would return. I am glad to have them in the neighborhood.
