Picked up our food on time . We even got there a few minutes before. When we got home everything was cold. Called the restaurant back and the manager basically accused us for picking up our order late. This is the second time something has gone wrong at this location. It closer to my house since live right down 407. But I won't be coming to this location anymore. No customer service at all. The food wasn't even warm and wings were dried out. Is it so hard to look at your online orders? I mean, it only took two seconds after I showed up 10 minutes after my order pick up time for you to see my placed and confirmed order? Then you don't even bother to apologize? You say it is a network error? You know, if you wanted to salvage a long-term customer, you could have at least offered me something in concessions. Oh my. We have tried 3 times to order online from this place. After confirming our order every time, all three times we show up AFTER the designated pick up time by 5 minutes or so and they have not even started our food! Yep, three times is my limit. If you do not mind waiting 45 minutes for your wings, feel free to order from here. The 45 minutes will be AFTER you have ordered them online, confirmed it and shown up to pick them up. I love Wingstop and have been a patron of this location since it opened. The last few years the food quality has been inconsistent. When its good it's great. However, about 1 out 3 times something is missing on the order or something is over or under cooked. When I took back undercooked/soggy fries tonight I was greeted by a rude manager. They messed up my order and I waited until the next morning to call and let them know because the night before when I picked up the order was complete chaos. There were people bringing back their orders and others complaining about their food. I thought I was being thoughtful by waiting until the next morning to call, but instead I got yelled at and basically told "too bad for you that your order was wrong." I ordered online and visited this location a few weeks ago, and was turned away 30 minutes before close because they had already turned everything off and washed everything. They weren't even closed yet, but they stopped taking orders. I put a complaint in on their website about the complete lack of service at this location, and requested a response, but did not ever receive one other than being refunded for my order that I didn't receive. Boneless and bone in wings are always good. Fries, not so much. They are usually soggy and limp. Way better than BWW.wings.

This place has horrible customer service. The food isn't ready when you place an online order. Then I hope you weren't wanting any ranch for those dry wings because they won't put it in the bag for you. If you want to enjoy what you actually ordered, you might want to find another location. Two of my last three pick up orders from this location have been wrong. One was wrong sauce and the last they completely missed a flavor. The employee verified what I ordered at pick up but that was not what I found when I got home. At the very least make them unpack everything at pickup to verify your order before you drive away. I have ordered from this location for 11 y ears and the service is getting worse. Service is horrible! I placed an order on line for 30 wings (3 flavors) to eat during the NFL game with some friends. When I got home, I noticed that they only gave me 20 wings (2 flavors) and had forgotten the third box. I called in and the wingstop worker named Miguel said he packaged the order himself and that I was lying. Wings are great - the location on FM 407 in Highland Village TX has the WORST service and attitude of any restaurant I have EVER visited. And the bad service is not an isolated occurrence - it is EVERY time. From giving us the wrong order, being nasty when we brought it to their attention, to forgetting a phone in order, for not having an online order yet charging us for it and making us prove the charge before they would refund which took weeks!
