So this Wingstop is pretty convenient for me because it's in the same area that I live in. The only issue that I have is that every time I bring an issue up with the staff, nothing is ever fits. So for example, I'll order a lunch chicken sandwich deal which comes with via the app. It says that sandwich and fries and drinkers included. But when I go to the restaurant, the person doesn't give me a drink. And then they argue with me for about five minutes saying that it doesn't come with a drink when I'm literally showing them on the website that it comes with a drink. And then it doesn't help that Wingstop doesn't really have Customer Service. Remember that I can call. So every time I go here, I don't walk into the restaurant expecting to have the best experience, but if you would like a cheap heat, this is your restaurant to go. This is by far my favorite place to eat when I'm on the north side of Jacksonville FL. Wings are amazing, however I do wish the has more flavors to choose from but that's a corporate issue not a store problem so I can't hold that against them at all. I have experienced the worst customer service I have ever had, and its from one of you managers. I called this locations and sat on hold for 20 minutes, and was hung up on. Called back and a manager answered the phone, told me he had another and I told him I was on hold for 20 minutes, and HUNG UP ON ME. Me thinking its my issue due to me being in the car, I call back and ask, "Can you hear me," and he replied so rudely and told me, " Your not going to speak to him in that way." Because I advised I was on hold for 20 minutes, you hang up, I am being rude to YOU? I asked him 10 times literally, will he take my order after that. Kept telling me to calm down. I asked him his name refused to give it to me I will be going to everyone about this! That was crazy! Hung up again too, I definitely went off and will be reaching out to corporate as well. Visited this wingstop during vacation as we often repeat visiting the wingstop in our home of SC. My experience at this wingstop for a to-go pick up was one of the best restaurant experiences i have had. The staff was extremely friendly and even let us fill up a water bottle w good drinking water as we were staying at a neighboring hotel. We were even offered a complimentary bottle by Tiania for my girlfriend and I, which was far too kind.
