Worst Wingstop I've ever been to by far!!!! I'd rather drive the 15 minutes to the one in Angleton than order here. I ordered my food ahead and when I got there they claim that never received it. They tried to turn me away saying I probably ordered at the wrong one. Then when I showed them the app and confirmation email their story changed and said that it just wasn't ready yet. It still took them another 20+ minutes to make my food. This isn't the first time either. They always either run behind order and still manage to somehow get something wrong. What ever time rhe app says it will take to get your food add 30minutes to it. Some one there is says the food done on the app but its not. This has happened the last 2 times we have ordered. I always order my food online in advance so that it's ready when I get there. Never once has my order been less than 15minutes later than the time I set, even if I place the order 5 hours in advance. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked what was taking so long and she informed me that the lady in front of us ordered 80 wings... I asked why they hadn't put the four extra baskets in the fryer that were just sitting there. She gave me a rude look and walked away. After another ten minutes (and several other people walking in, getting food and walking out) and I asked again. She said they were just cooking our wings so I said I wanted a refund. She informed me the wings were almost done so I asked about the fries and chicken tenders and she said another ten minutes. Wingstop wings are going to be good, which was the same for this location. The reason for the rating is when you call in an order and told it'll be 15 minutes, it should be ready when you get there when you show up 20 minutes later. Instead, I sat at the store for 30+ minutes waiting and watching what could be taking so long. The store wasn't busy. 2 people had completed their meals and just talking. While another two were finishing up their meal. Another person came in and order right after me. So obviously it shouldn't be the number of customers causing the delay. In fact, the phone hadn't even rang for any orders either. That was probably because one of the employees was on the phone the entire time I was there chatting with someone (definitely not taking an order). The what-I-assume-was-the-manager was wiping items down that could have easily have waited. I like to see housekeeping but this wasn't the countertops or tables where people ate. The only other employee was a young lady who was there making all the orders. Prepping the wings, cooking the wings, tossing the wings, packaging the wings all this one girl. Maybe if the other older woman would have helped do something productive like serve their customers, my predicted 15 minute wait after ordering wouldn't have turned into over 50 minutes of just waiting. read more

This location is super sketchy looking on the outside but the food is super good! I know the outdoor appearance hasn't deterred many because it was very crowded when I visited. I ordered the mango habanero boneless chicken strips. I love spicy food and I was very pleased to find the sauce was actually spicy! The flavor was amazing. We got a side of cheesy fries and they were great. The cheese was spread throughout the basket so each fry had cheese on it. This place costs a little more than your average fast food place, but the price is definitely worth it! read more

Too bad it's not possible to give zero stars. First off, the entrance to the establishment is horrendous when you have to park by the overflowing trash dumpster while the young man you are soon to see preparing food handling trash with no gloves on. Upon entering, you walk to the counter where the person taking orders is wearing a Rainforest Cafe shirt and she can't seem to figure out exactly how to read the online order form I sent in. In our attempt to use the self-serve drink machine, the error that the machine needs maintenance appears and it won't dispense the drinks we want. The counter girl asked the manager what the problem might be and her rude response was for us to just wait for the machine to clear itself.....mind you we were not the first people to be having this issue while we were there but the manager, evidently, did not feel that customer service was a priority. After about 10 minutes of waiting for the machine to fix itself, we gave up and left with our chicken that was already getting cold with no drinks, although we paid for them. Mind you this is not the first time that we have experienced the rudeness and unprofessional ism of this Wing Stop, but it will be our last. My advice is to steer clear of this place! read more

I love wing stop! They have some of my favorite wings and fries. The customer service I have seen represented at this location is a bit lacking at times. Caring goes a long way in the customer service field. The food has always been delicious though, so I can't complain about that. Maybe this is just what I've seen on off days. Always consistent. Maybe not as trendy as the other places, but I like the quick get them to go service. It is less costly than the other wing place in Lake Jackson. I visit maybe on an average once a month. Usually Saturday nights. They do have a good variety of flavors for wings. Potato salad is good. I am not fond of the soft drink vending machine. My husband and I were visiting for the 4th of July and decided to stop here since it was one of the only places open at 10 pm. When we got there, the guy at the counter said we were in luck because he was about to close out the register. He also told us we could only order our wings to go even though this location did not close until 11 pm! They had all the tables and chairs pulled up, but there were still some customers dining in. His reasoning was that one of the other workers was already closing and going to leave even though they were still supposed to be open for another hour! He didn't seem to care about accommodating us as customers, so we took our business elsewhere! This is not a reflection of the food from Wingstop (we eat it often and it's so good!) but just this location and the rude employee working the register. The manager G at Wingstop in Lake Jackson is very rude. They workers have very bad language. I heard cussing from the workers as I was eating there constantly. Very unprofessional! The workers are also very rude. The fries are always raw. I have eaten there 3 times and I will never go back. One of the times was there, there was a huge puddle on the floor sitting there from the time I walked in until after I left. The tea tastes like it has sat there for days. Online it says that this Wing Stop is open form 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM I ended up arriving there at around 10:30 PM and the place was already "closed". Either change your closing time or next time I expect to get my wings I don't care if you have to reheat your fryers. All the chairs were up and everything was put away as if they had already closed at 10:00 PM I would've honestly been pissed off if I got their at 10:00 PM and they told me they were already closed. read more
