Start with the good. The food was prepared as I ordered it. The lemon pepper is easy to make too salty but the cook did it just right. I wanted medium but they did not offer it for some reason. The cook had better customer service than the cashier. The cashier was Tyler. He did say welcome to wingstop but he didn't even smile or say it with any effort to sound sincere. He seemed like he was on his period and had almost no personality. He seemed like he just wanted to get my order done with as fast as possible even tho it was really slow and I was the only one placing an order. This is the worse Wing Stop I been too. Called in for a to go order during lunch, Alyssa took my order, asked me what kind of sauce I wanted multiple times, when I done placing my order, told me it would be ready in 20 mins. When I arrived 30 mins later, my prefer still wasn't even placed. When I asked what happened, Alyssa immediately caught was defensive and caught an attitude. Customer service was terrible. Another patron heard the conversation and came up to me and said there no way she should be talking this way to me the way she was after she messed up on mu order and said if I didn't complain, she would. Alyssa finished my order with an attitude the entire time and then faded to the back the rest the time I was there. I ended up waiting an additional 20 mins before my food was ready. I asked to speak to a manager. A man came up and didn't apologize once but did offer me a 20 percent discount. Food was good too but overall terrible experience. We ordered for carry out and people that came in 20 mins after us were getting their food before us. Wing stops overall make really good wings. The variety of flavors is just amazing and their seasoned fries are slightly sweet but so delicious! What makes this one so special? I've always had positive experiences when ordering from this location. The customer service is the best and my food is always ready within the time frame given. When a mistake is made (only happened once), it was corrected immediately and they apologized for the extra wait (threw in some extra stuff too). The only negative I have is the fact that it's right next door to a 24 Hour Fitness! I feel guilty that I'm eating fresh wings when I should be working out. Lol read more

I ordered a meal using there app, not knowing they use door dash to deliver because it is the WINGSTOP app. I received the delivery and it was the wrong order. I called Wingstop and told them they got the order wrong and I asked to be reimbursed or have them deliver the right order. They told me that door dash was to blame and they could re-make my order for pick up only. I already had a couple of beers so I could not drive to pick up. This is WHY I had it delivered. At this point, I asked for a reimbursement after they had admitted to making a mistake. They would not reimburse me, continuing to blame door dash. I told them that I used their app, not door dash. The Wingstop app does not mention they use door dash. Either way, just reimburse me. The manager was unsympathetic and gave no real solution to what seems like a pretty common problem. Whatever happened to a simple reimbursement or some kind of credit? They had no answer other than it was not their fault. Worse service I have ever dealt with. read more

I save 1 star reviews for bad customer service and poor experiences. I will start out with a positive, the customer services was great. Friendly, helpful staff, even the staff in the back said hello and asked how I was doing when they came out for a drink of water. The atmosphere of the restaurant is good. Here is where they get 2 stars from me, the wait for wings was almost 45 min and I was the only person in the place, next the wings were burnt to a crisp. I took them back and they agreed they were not acceptable. So they made me new wings, this wait was only 20 min. Again the wings were over cooked for me but I ate them. I got the Hawaiian and Jamaican dry rub. The Hawaiian has too much sauce and I had to take some sauce off. The Jamaican were fine, wish they were spicier. The French Fries were fine, if you have had one French Fry you have had them all. Overall I don't think I will be back, I will stick with Buffalo Wild Wings if I want wings. read more

Came in for the first time the other day and honestly thought it was going to be like any other fast food restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised. The Hispanic man working the register was courteous and genuine when he asked about my day. He was patient as I asked about the different sauces and sides. When I got my food it was hot and fresh and way better than I expected. Even better than my dad's. (He'd kill me if he knew I said this haha.) But then as I'm sitting there watching other order get called out and other orders being put on their to go order rack I'm starting to wonder where my order was. Not happy with this location AT ALL. My husband and I ordered online last night and were disappointed to discover that they no longer allow the option to pay in-store (which would have given us the opportunity to receive a military discount). Knowing that the order would take well over the estimated time, we left our home in Lacey (about 13 miles away) when the order was expected to be ready. We get to the store (about 20 minutes after the expected time to be ready, which was well over an hour that we placed the order) and had to wait in a long line of people that still needed to order. When we finally did get to the register, our order was STILL not ready so we had to wait another 12 minutes or so, which is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.
