Hubby went to get wings from this location. He said atmosphere and customer service was decent. He also stated that the inside was clean as well. Of course parking is an abundance since it's inside the Lakewood Town Center. These are the reasons for the 3-star ratings, otherwise it would have probably been lower. The reason it would have been lower is because of the actual wings themselves. Definitely not the best wings I've ever tasted, but unfortunately, not even really good to begin with :-/ we got some teriyaki and bbq wings and both tasted like they were frozen for awhile and then just quickly reheated in a microwave, but still not cooked long enough. I've booked marked this place ever since I saw it open. I am a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings and was hoping this place would be just as good. It is also closer to where I live. We were greeted once we walked into the door which is a very good sign. We stood at the front for about 3 minutes trying to decide which flavors we wanted. We ordered and there was a bit of confusion. I thought I was being clear that I wanted 6 pieces of the boneless mango habanero and 6 piece boneless cajun. There was a little misunderstanding but we got through it. The worker was patient and I appreciate that and noted it. We also got a large seasoned fries. He quotes us about 15 minutes but it took a little longer. When we had received our order, he had let us know he gave us an extra boneless piece of both flavors due to the wait. Sweet! We definitely didn't mind waiting but it was a very nice gesture that we both admired. It took about 20 minutes to get home so that could definitely affect the food. Some of our fries were soggy and some of them were still crunchy. The seasoning is different. It has a little heat but also sweetness which we both liked. The mango habanero was good. Sweet with a kick of spicy-ness that you couldn't help but want more of. I would recommend that flavor. The Cajun on the other hand.. I thought the flavor was really strong and overly salty. I didn't even finish the piece I bit into. My boyfriend was able to only eat 2 of them. You may like it but it was definitely not my cup of tea. Overall, it was a good experience. Exceptional service followed with good wings & good fries at a good price. While I was there the staff had a "problem customer" who held up the entire line arguing about prices. Immediately a second staff member jumped up to take orders and keep the line moving. On top of that, a homeless man stumbled in and made a few of the customers uncomfortable. The store manager quickly asked then man if he could help and escorted him out of the store. The staff clearly knew how to take care of their customers. Will be back. read more

I have come to this Wingstop multiple times now to finally give them my honest review. I ABSOLUTELY love this particular Wingstop! They have won me over and I will no longer return to Buffalo Wild Wings or Hooters. They have good customer service, their prices are cheap and the food is always fresh and cooked to order. My favorite wing flavors at Wingstop are Parmesan, Cajuan and Lousiana Rub. Yummmmm I also love their Celery sticks and there Cajuan Corn. Freaking fantastic. Who ever thought of fried corn with that cajuan seasoning is genius. Its SOO GOOD. Also, their fries are QUITE YUMMY! dosent matter if you get it with seasoning, cheese or just plain. They are very freaking good. I've also found out that they put sugar on their fries. I will continue to return to get my wing craving fulfilled. I bought the 50 wing family pack. I chose 4 flavors. They put them all in one box with paper between them. IT WAS SO MESSY! They should have been in 4 individual boxes. With 50 wings the sizes of sides were way to small. Only 4 dips for 50 wings and all the carrot and celery sticks. Ordered 6 chicken tenders also and the coating on them was so hard I could have broke a tooth! Could not eat most of them. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! My husband wanted me to go to grocery store for them. He gets there and they're told that they are behind and that they are working on orders placed from 2:45pm, it's now 5 o'clock during the Super Bowl and he is still waiting for his order. I tell him to cancel the order and that we go somewhere else. He goes inside and asked them is there a way for him to get a refund and they tell him that they can't process it right now and that he should just call later. He says that he did call number and they said they had to shut down the phone lines. I created an online order, drove to the Wing Stop location, and then waited in line to pay. I had three other friends with me, all of which ordered and paid for their food after I did. My friends and other customers who had come in after me received their food before I did. When I walked to the counter to ask if my order was ready in the back, an employee with iPhone Airpods in his ears replied to me, "Probably is, but right now I have an order for (other customer's name)...," and he proceeded to keep tend to other duties behind the counter. After the rude interaction, I turned around and sat back down at my table, and waited ten more minutes to hear my name, but nothing came of it. I walked back up to the counter and explained to said employee that customers who had ordered after me had already received their order. The employee asked for the name on the order and proceeded to check the rack for the ready food. It turned out to be sitting there the whole time, getting cold. The employee said he would have to remake the order for me. He never apologized for the mishap, but my *new* order came out within 5 minutes of waiting for the new one. Every Wing Stop I have been to has given me sub-par service and business. I think they should reevaluate and change their management and/or issue a customer service training class for each employee. read more

Wingstop was the first dine in Wing restaurant I ever went to years ago in Portland. I was already a huge fan of wings, but this was a whole new level compared to pizza hut or frozen wings. Later I discovered Buffalo Wild Wings. I definitely prefer BWW for a few reasons: 1. fun Atmosphere 2. Bigger more consistent size wings 3. Pickle chips 4. More variety and better sauces This was our first trip to a wing stop for a long time. We got the 20 piece wing and a small fry. Overall the sauces and the food were pretty spot on. The 20 piece came with 3 sauces we got the Hawaiian, Mango habanero, and the Smokey BBQ. The hawaiian was only ok, not spicy and maybe too sweet. The other 2 sauces were great. My one complaint on the food is the fries were too salty. Outside of that... the food was great. Service and atmosphere were weird. The waiter mentioned there might be a 25 min wait... which seems crazy, but if they had a bunch of call in orders I guess it makes sense. Truth be told... this didnt even bother me too much and the wait was maybe 15-20 mins. From the moment we walked in until maybe 5 minutes before we left there was no ice. This is more bothersome. Honestly though my biggest concern was the staff... rude isnt the right word, but careless and unenthusiastic are. This just added to the sad atmosphere. I mean I dont expect BWW style in such a small location, but some excitement, some joy... I dont know something that isnt drab. It felt like an old subway sandwich shop. I dont know if there isnt a manager or if the manager wasnt on duty, but no cleanliness, no excitement, and no motivation from the staff there. Overall not a bad experience, but if I am looking for a wing experience I will 99% of the time go to BWW... especially the Puyallup one. That one has better lines. read more

Love the boneless wings here, preferably the garlic Parmesan or the bbq and it goes perfect with the ranch. I like the fact that their boneless wings are all white meat. No fatty or weird pieces. The French fries are great too with a different taste you can't get at a regular place. I think they put a little bit of sugar in their season. The staff at this place was friendly. The girl who rang me up was nice but the the girl who handed me my to go order was even nicer and offered me a punch card which I didn't even know existed. My first visit to a wingstop. Since the vast majority of BWW's have really dropped in quality and always expensive, I decided to give another franchise a shot with my picky tastebuds. First thing I noticed was a clean resturant and people busy preparing an order while letting me know it'll be just a moment. I ordered a large order of boneless wings for 50 cents each and already had half the price of what BWW's is. The shift manager Jaye was there to ensure my order was exactly what I wanted. I am often meticulous on having extra sauces for my wings. Food was top notch! Fresh fries, good separation of my many wing flavors in the togo box without any crossovers. I do prefer BWW sauces but the service and preparations of my food was 5 stars! I'll balance it at a 4. BTW, since I've once worked in the food industry growing up... The cook had better customer service than the cashier. The cashier was Tyler. He did say welcome to wingstop but he didn't even smile or say it with any effort to sound sincere. He seemed like he was on his period and had almost no personality. He seemed like he just wanted to get my order done with as fast as possible even tho it was really slow and I was the only one placing an order.
