Went into this wingstop to get a 15 for 2 combo, there was an excessive amount of Parmesan cheese on the wings and the lemon pepper wings. The fries were also quite burnt. There was an inch of some random liquid that I'm assuming is fryer oil that got all over the wings and pooled at the the bottom. While I was in there as well, a guy working in the back called me a faggot in Spanish, not knowing that i spoke Spanish. I witnessed an awful interaction as soon I opened the door to pick up my food... An older woman had approached the cashier and mentioned to her that she had been waiting for over an hour for her food. The cashier who was a younger lady (teenager) ever so loudly shouted in the most inappropriate and honestly unhinged manner "DO YOU WANNA COME BEHIND HERE AND MAKE THIS FOOD THEN?!?!" The customer did not even raise her voice back (she's better than me to be honest.) and asked for accountability to be taken by staff and to make things right. I can't even remember what was said back b/c I was honestly still trying to process what was just said but all I can say is accountability was not taken. The lady asked for the employee's name but she refused to and told her she can come back tomorrow when her manager is back and "all 3 of them can discuss together what happened." I don't know if it's just age or lack of common sense that thinks it's okay to speak to a paying customer in that tone, as if it's not apart of their job to give respectful customer service? But all the other employees that were around looked to be about the same age as the cashier and they just stood there with zero effort to deescalate the situation. I had asked the lady if she had really been waiting for over an hour for her food and she said yes. I thought that was odd as I had put an online order in and had an estimated wait time of 5-10 minutes until my food was ready. Which was a correct estimate. On top of witnessing that distrubing interaction, my "large" fries were medium sized fries (mind you this was a meal deal to feed 2 people) AND they were cold. Overall terrible experience but felt like I should post this more to address the staffing lacking common respect for customers. I placed an Online order yesterday and they understand it was busy due to the free 5 wings. I ordered around 8:30pm. I get there at 8:55 to see there still not ready. That's fine I get it there busy, while I wait I buy another ranch. At 9:36 I check in still not ready. Okay so I finally go back in at 9:50 "there ready". Went in tonight for dinner and there was probably 5 other people there. Ordered right away by a nice new employee being trained. I was informed that the wings take 18 minutes to cook, I also ordered them well done which adds 5 mins. I did not expect it to take that long but I was unaware each order is cooked to order. I thought it was more of a grab and go place. Totally my fault, not the establishments like other reviews suggest. The wings are great though! So if your dinning in or place your order ahead of time it's totally worth it. Wings aren't small, they add the perfect amount of sauce unlike Buffalo Wild Wings that are barely coated. The fries are awesome. It's odd when you pull them out and they are all different shapes and sizes but super fresh totally hand cut, and the seasoning is out of the world. Not the cheapest place but under 15 dollars for a tasty dinner that fills you up and leaves you happy is a good deal anymore. I went to this wing stop for the first time today. Since masks are required to be in the store, I assumed the same for employees. I noticed the woman handling the food was not wearing her mask for an extended period of time so I kindly asked the cashier to remind her of her mask (only because she was the one cooking). When he didn't say anything to her, I asked again because she was breathing right over the food. He finally said something to her, and she pulled her mask up but when she gave me my food she very rudely confronted me and told me why she couldn't wear a mask. I was happy this location opened, because living in Firestone our only real wing options are from pizza joints, and they're not all that great. Then I sat there for 30 minutes and was about to ask the status of my order, and someone from the prep line came out to call my name - for a bag that had been sitting there the whole time. $40 worth of food, sitting and getting cold for half an hour. I was not happy. They were busy enough that I didn't bother asking for them to make new ones, but it's not exactly a good first impression to make me wait 30 minutes for food I ordered ahead of time and have it be sitting there getting cold. There was no trash can to throw out our trash. The soda machine had built up syrup on the plate where one puts their cup. The place where the straws and paper towels were were dirty. A young man cleaned the tables and wiped them he wiped the soda machine outer part and part of the inside but did not clean the plate that the cups sit on when pouring ones drink it still had syrup on it from the soda machine. The other thing was something stingy was hanging from the spout of the tea container and I asked them about it and the said it needed to be cleaned they just wiped it when I am sure there was built up inside that container which cause the stringy thing to be coming out of the spout. read more

Pleasantly surprised! Got the meal for 2 deal. We tried the Mango habanero & Hickory Smoked BBQ. Loved both of them! They were very generous with the sauce and the quality of meat they used was very good (typically something I have issues with at other wing olaces). Will definitely be back to try the other flavors.
