So I gave them another chance today. This time I placed an online order for pickup of the 15 piece combo with 2 drinks and fries. I asked for 10 mild bone-in wings, 5 boneless hot wings, and added 5 boneless lemon pepper wings. I got 2 ranch dressings and paid for an additional small nacho cheese once I came to pick up my order. Pulled out of the parking lot and immediately pulled over because I did not see the nacho cheese. It wasn't in the bag. I went back in and told the girl at the front and she upgraded my small to a large for free. I was very happy with that since she realized it was her error. Got home and they had given me 5 bone-in hot wings instead of boneless. The food was still delicious, just a little perturbed that they messed up my order again! Also, the order was supposed to be ready by 11:10, but we didn't get our food until at least 11:25pm. The whole point of me placing this order online was so we could just come pick up our food and leave. But we got there BEFORE pick up time and still had to wait. So if you don't mind them messing up your order (I recommend checking everything before you leave) and your order taking 40 minutes instead of 25, take your chances with this wing stop. Last time I went which was like 2 weeks ago, I met one of the new managers. Super friendly guy, and the staff was nice. The food was prepared on time and perfectly. I'm not sure about people's previous experiences, but I was impressed! And I take customer service very seriously. I'm on my way back there now actually. If you decide to come here know that not all the employees are skilled in customer service. The petite Latina inside has no customer service skills what so ever, does not say hello, does not even look at you if you are picking up an order. She just skipped me & proceeded to all the other customers paying in person vs.me being a pre-paid customers. Corporate Office, please retrain your staff ASAP on how to NOT ignore paying customers, smile & make you feel welcomed. I doubt I'll be coming back to this location! read more

At the time, this was the closest Wing Stop to West LA and I was thrilled to have found it while on a detour trying to get out of the 405 N traffic. We ordered the usual garlic parm and mild wings (I'm a baby when it comes to spicy). We didn't call our order in and the wait took almost 30 minutes. I've been to other locations, and the wait was never that long. I just found out that there's now one in Culver City. I'll be picking up dinner from there tonight. read more

Horrible customer service. Submitted an order for the superbowl. Came in and waited for 45 minutes minutes in line only to be told they didn't have it. Ordered the boneless bbq and was very satisfied: very moist and tender for it to be the night crew. Worse wingstop I've ever been to. Customer service sucks, the regular 14 mins for wings usually means 45 mins to an hour literally. The wings are usually burnt & the fries are usually scrap pieces. don't expect your order to be right! This place mistakes orders every single time you order delivery. I can't tell you how many orders they've gotten wrong through delivery. If you EVER want to order here you'll have to go physically in order to double check your order is right. I've tried so many times to get the door dasher to double check and of course...they DONT. Ive also called ahead to double check the order and they assure me it's correct and they have double checked but of course, they DONT. They got our order wrong so many times and offered us 10% off our next order...yippee. read more

So I placed an order online at 10:46.. the wing stop website said they were open til 1.. when I arrived at 11:05 like my email asked me to I was told they closed at 11 & my order missed the cut off. & they had a huge sign outside lit up that said they were open until 12.. the staff was super rude about it as well. This place is always busy, which is a great sign that the food is good. I've been a Wing Stop fan for 10 years now so if it's not good...it's the location. This Wing Stop gets pretty crowded but overall the service is pretty good. My only complaint would be the lack of consistency in the size of the wings. It can be a little disappointing when the wings are the size of a sparrow one visit and the size of a chicken the next. Still, when you've got to get your "wing" on, Wing Stop is the place to go! read more

I would give this place a 4 or even 5 star because the wings are amazing.. Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, BBQ and Mango Habanero a must. But when I came to pick up my order of a 100 wings.. yes that's not a typo a 100 wings for the Mayweather fighter there was a long line wrapped around the building.. I pre ordered mines and they were sitting there in plain sight. Common sense would tell you have one register for pre orders and pick ups and one register for people placing orders.. but that would ask too much.. despite all that Im more likely coming to this spot for wings.. because it's closer to me.. for the manager of Wingstop for big game days .. please.. please put one register for pickups to speed up the line and make your customers happy read more

Nothing beats lemon pepper wings. I frequent various Wing Stop locations as buffalo wings are one of my favorite foods - and they make the best! But, to be honest, I don't always have a good customer experience. Long lines (even if you order online), phones ringing off the hook, long wait, ect. HOWEVER, this location definitely shined compared to the rest (torrance, lawndale). I walked right in, had my food ready, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. read more

Used to be great! One change in staff and their 'well done' wings are soggy for the 3rd time in a row. I tried calling them, as I know they're still there at 10:58pm, to inform them of the problem, they picked up the phone and hung up 3 times.... I could hear them talking. Failing... failing. Went in for some wings on national wing day yesterday. Expected it to be busy so when they said it would be 20 min it was no problem. However, it took 50 min for my 8 piece combo which is a joke. It was busy but not that busy. They need to drop 50 wings at a time when they know it is busy so they can crank out Tickets all at once and not make each ticket one at a time and have to wait for fryers. read more

Gotta love their choice of bone in and boneless wings and all the different types of sauces. I normally stick to Original and Mild. Call in your order ahead of time to save some time. One of the biggest downsides is if I'm going in at night I gotta take my boyfriend with otherwise it's like I walked in a meat market.
