I place two orders went to pick the up only to get home and one was missing, in short, I have been trying to get a refund for 2 weeks! Olivia went with Mild Sauce as we split an order of 20 bone-in wings. The Atomic sauce is a little too thick with a heavy tomato paste, but does deliver a nice habanero pepper kick. Outstanding spice, but too much for Olivia. The mild were tasty and more like traditional buffalo wings and sauce. There are 9 other flavors and I'm looking forward to trying the Lemon Pepper and Louisiana Rub. Wing Stop is a chain restaurant, but not really fast food. It took about 25 minutes to get our order. We added a side of their yummy fresh cut Fries and a small cup of Cole Slaw. The slaw wasn't memorial, but a pair of warm, uber-soft Hot Rolls were. This is the way I like dinner rolls. At 2 for $1.07, I could of eaten 6 by myself. It was odd to have to pay extra for a side of ranch for dipping sauce. Most customers were getting orders To Go or for Pick-up, but there were plenty of tables for eating at the restaurant. It's a clean flight-themed interior as one would expect of a chain restaurant with over 600 locations. Parking is free in the strip mall lot. Wing Stop bills themselves as the Wing Experts and who am I to disagree. They may not be the best or spiciest wings ever, but they were genuinely worth the price. I'm an atomic fan. read more

This is a updated review I am giving 5 stars to the company itself not the workers. I reached out to the corporation that owns or runs the location at 6909 La Tijera Blvd Los Angeles ca Inglewood. I had a terrible experience with. They are great at resolving issues, and getting to the bottom of the problem. I was emailed a later with an apology. I also received a gift card for a free meal. I was also told they would speak to the location as well I felt so good to know my voice was heard. So I would say if you have problems go to the head office they will take care of you. I returned back to wing stop and a different location and I can say I was treated excellent on Hawthorne Blvd., between Marine Street. I Felt like I should have from the other location was nice, helpful, smiling and courteous. read more

While the logistics at this Wingstop leave a lot to be desired, the wings are pretty decent and the fries are great. Compared to other Wingstops, they forget a few more orders, ordering ahead doesn't really help anything from a time perspective (I don't get it, but they don't start orders until you get there - guessing a lot of people flake), and the people (workers and customers) are high on the ganj a little more often. That being said, this place is always really busy, so it makes sense that there's a wait. The wait is longer than you'd ever imagine for a spot like this, but when you want some wings, sometimes nothing else matters. They aren't five star wings on the level of San Tung in San Francisco, but it's Wing Stop - a chain of pretty ok wing shops that make better-than-Costco wings and better than most places fries. There are a ton of flavors to help keep things fun and food comes out fresh because they're always cooking to keep up with the nonstop orders. Don't make the mistake of coming here thinking you'll be out in 30 minutes. With the wait times, you'll be looking at at least a 45 minute trip for your pretty decent wings that will cost you around $15/grown and hungry person. read more

We order from this wingstop at least once a week, and usually the service and food is OK. After a long, busy day my boyfriend and I decided to put in an order. We get all the way home to find that they completely messed up the boneless wing order. I ordered 8 lemon pepper and I got about 20 hot. Fine. I call Wingstop and they tell me it's impossible to refund unless I go all the way back to the store. You've inconvenienced me once and now twice? Ok fine. I ask if it's okay to stop in tomorrow and they say sure BUT I have to bring the wings with me. You want me to save an incorrect order of food that I won't eat (I can't eat spicy food), overnight??? The manager Sam laughed in our face and told us to call door dash, when we drove all the way to the store to resolve it and get our food we paid for.
