I always regret coming here. I always think it could be different but then it's not. It's always a container full of grease that drains from the wings. Took me long enough to try this place. You can smell the spiciness soon as you walk in. We ordered the 30 pieces and paid almost $30. Super disappointed that for that price (I mean come on....wings are the cheapest part of the chicken!) it didn't even come with any dip! No bueno! So with the estimated wait time of 17mins for it to be ready, we went to Walmart and picked up a big container of Marie's Blue Cheese dressing for $5!!! 12oz of Marie's Ranch...less than $4! Wing Stop was charging us $3.99 for their large version of dip (dressing) which I'm pretty sure nowhere near 4oz. The wings were good...lemon pepper and the original spicy was my favorite. This is by far the nicest wingstop I've been to. Every employee gave a warm welcome and said hello when me and my boyfriend walked in, even the cook The cashier Denise was on point with really great customer service skills. Should definitely stop here if you love yourself some cold fries! I politely brought the cold fries back the counter & requested hot ones. The lady at the front then replied "Wow! These are cold!" I normally do not review commercial places like WingStops and I have done so for only one other WingStop location. We happened to stop in this location due to travelling through and not wanting to miss the Warriors finals game. We didn't even know there was one in Morgan Hill! I was very happy to see a familiar face working there! Even though the game obviously made them very busy, I knew I was going to be in good hands because of my previous experience with their manager. So I order a few different wings as well as a large order of fries because everyone knows WingStop's fries are that good. I think when you come to a wing place on a game day, you have to go in knowing its going to be busy and your order may take longer than usual. So yes, our order did take longer than usual and yes they did miss some of our wing orders but the difference is made with how the employees handle these situations. I HATE being the bearer of bad news and telling food workers my order was mishandled. I hate it for the obvious reasons; Its awkward and you never know how they'll respond. I was especially relieved when the manager on duty, Alex? I believe, was happy to fix the wrong order. She apologized and had our new order out within 10 minutes. I think that this location will gain popularity if this kind of customer service continues. It really gives commercial restaurants credibility. No one expects the service to be good so when it is, it gets noticed. I can't say I will be back for certain but I definitely know where I can stop in the future for some basketball, wings, and happy service! read more

If I could give no starts I would. This place has become very unprofessional and has constantly messed up my orders. After several times of messing up my order I finally called and a young man named Louis answered and claimed to be sort of a manager. Unless you want to be called a liar by the management and have them roll their eyes at you when you say you have no reason to lie about 10 missing wings, I would avoid this location. Called May 26, 2020 at 9:20. Wanted to place two orders of 10 piece combo. The worker said I had to pay over the phone because it's 20 wings and pasted 9pm. I canceled the order. Called again at 9:23, place one 10 piece combo, employee hanged up on me before telling me a time and total. I assumed my order was being made. Cousin called to place a 10 piece combo, guy said we had to over the phone because it's passed 9pm. I thought your soppost to pay over the phone if it's 20+ wings? I asked for an explanation, he said it was a new rule. I said I placed an order of 15 wings the night before and they didn't make me pay over the phone. I asked to talk to a manger he said there's no manger so he's the supervisor. I asked him to make and exception just this once, he said no, rude way, and he was laughing. I asked for a name he said Luis I asked for a last name and said he couldn't give that out. I said yes he can and that I would like to talk to his boss, he laughed and hanged up. I called again he hanged up, called again and he hanged up. I was finally able to get a hold of him told him I was on my way to pick up my other order and I was going to get his last name, he got sacred said I could pay cash this one time and said what name my other order was under and he said it wasn't being made yet, that he canceled the order.
