Came to dine after the gym and got to say love the chickens here. I was especially new when I was ordering and the employees guided me well through the menu. The chickens I ordered (classic lemon pepper and original hot) tasted excellent and luscious! My only complaint is that my order took about 17-20 minutes to finish as I ordered classic chickens. Which to extent, is understandable as they use high quality chicken pieces. Next time I visit, I'll do a online order (which I HIGHLY recommend) so I don't have to wait in person. read more

I enjoy coming here at least 1 or 2 times a week since I work nearby. Julien and Jose are awesome! I enjoy their honesty and I enjoy their willingness to chat even though they are busy. They also make this place family friendly by choosing their music stations which is listenable by all. Not like "F" word this and "F" word that music they play in Hollister and a couple of other places. These guys are super friendly and are quick to offer suggestions to first timers. I hope they stick around for awhile. They take pride in their service to their customers and don't treat you like they just want your money. read more

My husband and I ordered Wingstop from here and every time we come they always seem busy so we did a call in order pick and when we got home we realized tHey had given us the incorrect order. We had to drive all the way back to wingstop and the worker Leslie was very nice and helped us however a man was working who got a little rude but later realized he had given us the incorrect order. It seems everytime we come here we get the wrong order, thEy need to work on getting their orders correct because I heard a couple people calling in that they got their orders wrong as well. I'm a regular at this location and just have to say that the staff there is absolutely amazing. Every time I walk in they welcome me with a smile and make sure that I feel very welcome. Went to this location after going for years to the one in Gilroy. Ordered the 30 piece family pack for $31. I went to pick up my to go order within 10 minutes of calling it in. The wings were bland and cold almost as if they had been sitting out for quite some time. Frank's Redhot sauce couldn't even salvage the flavor on these. After eating five wings the rest of this batch was headed to the trash can! It's a small location that gets very busy, so be prepared! My family will not be back anytime soon! read more

They took my 20+ bucks and never delivered my food when I contacted them and asked for a manager to call me they immediately cut off communications twice. They said the food was delivered (to the wrong address) but it was not their fault... I would avoid this service (DoorDash) as apparently they don't take responsibility if your food is never actually delivered. Spoke to a manger after two agents and almost a hour on the phone and they just said oops sorry... wouldn't recommend using if your actually expecting to receive some food. read more

Your management team needs to learn customer service. I preordered for super bowl but when I got home I was missing one of my items. I called and was told there was no more chicken and that I could come back at 6or 7PM to pick them up for free. I prepaid?! Manager refused to speak to me on the phone. Had to drive back. The workers were wonderful when I got there and were super accommodating. And low and behold they were not out of chicken I got my food. The manager however, did not have the decency to even speak to me or apologize. Poor leadership! read more

Im a big fan of WingStop and I normally go to the one in Gilroy. I decided to stop by the one in Morgan Hill. Well,I hate toosay,that I will not be going back anymore. First of all,I was not greeted when I walked in. Secondly, the cashier that waited on me,acted like they didn't won't to be there. I ordered a 8 piece boneless combo with 5 classic wings,veggie sticks and fries. My veggie sticks were a joke. Normally you get five carrot sticks and 5 celery sticks. Well,I got four carrot sticks and three celery sticks. Also,my five classic wings that I got in Original hot. Well,they looked like they were not sauced. The Morgan Hill Wingstop has a way to go before I come back. Maybe they need to look at the way the one in Gilroy is managed. read more

This place isn't the great wing stop I've had. The employees were very nice and all but their wings were not good at all. We had the Cajun wings and lemon pepper wings. The Cajun wings were decent but not as flavorful. I was excited to eat the lemon pepper wings but it was very disappointing. The tray was very greasy and very liquids at the bottom and there was not enough seasoning at all. We had to ask for more seasoning. This place should only get a one star rating but I gave a 2 star rating only because of the friendly employees. Not sure if I'll come back again. This was my first experience at the new location. I called in my order around 6p and everything went fine over the phone. The person I talked to said my order would be ready in 14 min. My wife was on her way home, so she was going to pick up the food. She arrived at about 620p and was told the order wasn't ready. She was also told that you company coupons were not accepted at that location. She asked to speak with the manager because she was being treated rudely by the supervisor on duty. The supervisor told her that the manager doesn't want to be contacted and wouldn't give her the name or phone number. My wife didn't get the food until 645p. That is a 45 minute wait. To have to wait that long and get mistreated by your staff at this locations is ridiculous. I know it's is a new location and everyone is still learning, but to be treated the way we were is not acceptable. I was excited to finally have a Wingstop in Morgan Hill, but am sad to say I will not be returning to this location. read more

made a phone call order at 11:42 am, the cashier Samantha told me 14 minute wait time, i got into the wingstop at 12:03 PM and was still not ready had 3 pick up orders sitting on the counter waiting, and 12:07 I was told about 5 more minutes, and the reason for jt not even being made was because they were busy, if its busy dont give a 14 minute wait time. i only have a 30 minute lunch so that's why I called ahead, how can you skip the line if you don't even make the order until they show up. read more
