My husband and I went to the Nashua NH location 3 days after their opened! My husband and I were extremely sick 7-8 hours after we ate there. I ended up so sick, we had to call 911! While in the ER I was tested for many things. It was confirmed I had food poisoning, as well as starting symptoms and blood work of Hep A. Due to my liver levels being so low, and not having a fully positive iG Hep A, it was confirmed my developing Hep A was due to a resent food contamination. This has been confirmed by ER doctor, primary doctor, Nashua infectious decease control, as well as board of health. I have called and asked to speak with the owner, he called me once. He told me the store was clean, board of health had been there, and the home office was there so there was No way I could get sick. Sadly, unless you test your employees for active Hep A and unless you're going into the bathroom, to ensure your employees are washing their hands more people are going to get sick. Please be careful when going there! I dont want anyone else to be sick. I dont want anyone else to go through what we are going through! read more

To begin this review I would like to state that from ordering to receiving the food it took about 30minutes. This won't affect my decision to eat here again in the future because the wings themselves were absolutely fantastic. The texture was a slightly crispy skin with a juicy inside. The taste of the classic buffalo is perfection, it has a slight kick to it but it's a savory smokey taste. I got the fried Cajun corn which was excellent also it is corn on the cob cut up and seasoned. This is not fast food, you may think buffalo wings are but you can taste the care and time that this place puts into their food. Just ordered and finished eating their wings. We ordered online, a 20 piece wing order and got the Korean, Lemon Pepper, and Plain flavors. I was SO excited to get these wings, looking at their website an choosing the flavors and such because in the pictures online they looked like full on big wings/drums. And as I'm ordering, I'm thinking these will be KFC sized. Their website is nice, and easy to use. I enjoyed ordering. It was a 14-19min wait, which held true. But, as I opened the containers for the wings, I was immediately disappointed. $20 for 20 wings, and these are PARTY SIZED WINGS! The little pack you get from Market Basket for like $2! The wings are smaller than my palm! Sigh. The only good thing I have to say about this is their Korean flavored wings were good, flavor wise. The Lemon was weird, but that's just personal opinion, I didn't hate it. Each wing was about 3 bites to finish. I'm left unsatisfied. I might give this another chance, JUST for the Korean wings. Place was very clean, staff was very friendly. When taking our order they made sure to let us know that all orders are made to order, that it would take about 12-15 minutes for the wings to cook. Since writing my last review, the place overall went downhill. I used to work at this location. They had us using expired chicken that smelled after the superbowl in order to not waste product. I've stopped in a here a few times already since they've opened. I usually do takeout but the restaurant seems clean and well kept for the most part. The food is excellent though. I have tried both the boneless and bone in wings. Both are great- cooked well, juicy, flavorful. Wish the boneless were a bit bigger though. My favorite flavor is the garlic parm. Original hot, Louisiana rub, and korean bbq are all very good as well. Great choice for football Sundays. read more

First and only visit to Wingstop. I did an online order about 6-8 months ago. It was a Saturday around 3pm. Place an order for 14pc Buffalo wings, fries and a drink. Web site said about a 20-25 minutes until ready. I waited about 20 minutes and left to p/u. Got there in about 6-7 minutes. It is only about 10 blocks from my house. I paid for it at register and proceeded to wait, and wait, and wait, and wait!! about 20-25 minutes later, I asked if my order was ready yet and they said is shouldn't be much longer. (this order was placed at 3pm on Saturday). I continued to wait about another 10-15 minutes until they called my name. That is over 1 hour for a 14pc buffalo chicken dinner??!! I got home an opened the meal. I would have better off pre-heating the oven and putting 14 Tyson chicken in the oven for 15-20 mins and mixing them over Franks Hot Sauce. The chicken were small. Not what I was expecting. Chicken on a Pu-Pu Platter are bigger and had more meat. To top it off and the reason for this review, about a week ago, I received a request to take a survey from Wingstop and get a coupon for next visit. It asked how long has it been since my last visit. I said over 6 months. It asked when I would come back. I said over 6 months. It asked would I recommend to others. I said no. It said you are not eligible for coupon and terminated survey. thank you for participating. After Quiznos closed, I didn't realize another business had taken over until I drove past it in August 2018. I walked in for the first time and first noticed the floor was "movie theatre" sticky and I saw a few customers milling around at tables not eating. I ordered at the counter, without a wait, at which point the server told me that their wings were made to order and would take 8-13 minutes to make. I agreed, and my order was ready to go in the time they said. I took my 10 wing/2 sauce, fries and drink order to-go, about a 2 minute drive home. I liked the flavoring on the wings themselves, although, as other reviewers have pointed out, they seemed small for the price. Surprised to see so many poor reviews I thought I should write my own. This is the first Wing Stop I have been to, so I can't compare to others, but I like it here. It is way better than getting mediocre wings from a pizza place, which is what I had to do before Wing Stop arrived in Nashua. Lots of different wings and good flavors that you can mix and match. My favs are the Mango Habanero, Louisiana Rub and the Lemon Pepper. The sauce and seasoning on the wings is quite good and the Mango Habanero has some good heat. They are very generous with the bleu cheese too. I see some reviews stated their wings are cheap and have no meat. I have seen a mix, some thin, some meaty. Aside from the wings, I have tried the corn, chicken tenders, fries and brownies and they are all really good. As far as wait times, you just need to order ahead of time with the app if you are in a pinch. I have done this a couple of times with no issue. I just walked in, paid and left with my order. If you order on site, it will be about 18 mins or so, not much different than b.good. If you do wait it out they always have the tvs set to sports, which I like. I watched the semi finals of the world cup here and had a good time. read more

First experience was a dine in experience, got the boneless buffalo tender combo with fries. The staff was so friendly and although busy, made us feel very welcomed making sure we had enough dipping sauces and even came over to us with extra wings with new flavors to try for FREE! Second time was last night, ordered the 40pc group pack of bone-in wings. Getting to select four different flavors was very convenient for everyone and this time ordered online for pick up. Tasted fresh while eating at home..... but the best part and sole reason for wanting to write this review is that you CAN ORDER ALL FLATS!!!! I am so impressed with this establishment and the staff. Terrible food quality. Got a 20 pc. Lemon Pepper original wings, well there was barely any lemon Pepper on them, so they tasted plain. But the worst thing about it, I literally poured out over a half cup of oil. It was so nasty couldn't even eat any of the ones on the bottom because they were soaked in oil. Never even tried it. I ordered online for my husband to pick up. I ordered 2 small combos and 3 medium combos and extra tenders for each. Total came to $67.90. When he got there to pick up the lady gave him 2 small combos and 1 mediuim. AND she was charging the $67.90. When he asked where the other 2 medium combos were, she told him we didn't order them. She said we only ordered 3 total. Ok...then why charge us the total for FIVE combos if you insist on only giving us 3?? She rambled on and on about what we ordered insisting it was only 3 combos. Well, I have a screenshot of the 5 combos we ordered and the total of $67.90. If she thought he was going to order 2 more mediums and pay for them she's out of her mind.
