Careless and unprofessional. Such a hassle to deal with people who don't put in any effort. They forgot to include the corn I asked and paid for and they didn't season my fries. I had to drive all the way back to get the food order corrected, which is time money and gas wasted, and I couldn't even eat my wings with the sides because they would have been cold. Honestly, this just upsets me because nothing was offered to compensate me for the inconvenience and I see why this location has such a low rating. When I got home it was cold and soggy. When I heated it up, it was warm and soggy. It's not the restaurant's fault. I ordered two specials (wing, fries, and tenders). Different flavors for each order. Each special was to be delivered at 2 different addresses. They placed the orders in 2 bags. This was perfect but they placed all the wings in one bag and all the tenders in another bag. They put a basket of fries in each bag which was fine. They also placed all the sauces in one bag. So I delivered an order with no tenders and no sauces to one address. I delivered all the wings with no sauces to another address. It was my fault for not telling the staff. No option to add special notes online. I recommend they add a text box for special instructions when ordering online. That way I have the option to get the sauces on the side so I can mix them when I got home. The food tastes best fresh when you eat it at the restaurant. With COVID, you must take it to go. By the time I got home, it was cold and soggy. I placed it in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes. It came out warm and soggy. This is not a good COVID take-out restaurant. It's not their fault. The ranch and blue cheese dips were great though. The fries were awesome too. The bags were not stapled shut. If I had a delivery service bring me the food, I'm positive the delivery guy would have stuck his hands in the bag to eat my fries. Parking is terrible here. There's no parking in the front of Reseda because of the bike lanes. Parking is in the back. With COVID, you must enter from the front. So you must walk all the way around to the front. There's plenty of parking in the back though. Lessons learned: After ordering online, call the restaurant and tell the staff to package each order its own bag. Order the sauces on the side and mix it when you get home (after you reheat your wings in the toaster oven). I probably won't return until after COVID when we can eat in the restaurant. This Wingstop might have a 2.5-star average, but they are packed every Friday and weekend with high school and CSUN students. It takes awhile for the food to be served, but I never have any issues with the quality of the food. FOOD: I've tried both the bone-in and boneless wings in the following flavors: Garlic Parmesan, Louisiana Rub, Cajun, and Spicy Korean. Out of all of them, I love the Louisiana Rub the most. It's more salty than spicy, but I like it anyway. The Garlic Parmesan was weak; it wasn't flavorful at all. The tanginess of the Cajun flavor didn't appeal to me at all, either. It just tasted like Trappey's hot sauce. The Spicy Korean was okay, but I'm not a fan of the sweetness. Their Veggie Sticks are always fresh and the sauces are good. I've ordered the Seasoned Fries on my first visit, but did not like the odd sweetness; it tastes out of place to me. Bone-in is the way to go when eating wings, but I love how crispy and crunchy the boneless wings are. And of course, it's even better with the Monday and Tuesday boneless wing special! Wing stop is my favorite place for wings because I really like their wings better than any other place around. And this one being so close to the college makes it a very popular busy spot that kind of hurts the service quality. I still like to come here and always call in my order. I know it will always take at least 20 minutes for my order to be ready. And for some reason if I get here earlier than I need to be I can always count on the comic book store down the street to keep my time busy until it's time to pick up my order.
