After eating here, I always hate myself just a little bit... but while I'm actually eating I'm good. Coming here you should already expect that it's your "cheat" day or you feeling like IDGAF, YOLO, wtvr haha. (+) The wings are okay. Always get the traditional not the boneless. Yes, they're greasy... that's not going to change. Decent range of options for the sauces. Combo includes fries, drink and a dipping sauce (ranch, honey mustard, bleu cheese). (+/-) Service is consistently good and efficient when taking orders, but the wait time to get your food can be awhile. They get busy with pick-up orders too so consider calling in ahead of time. (+/-) They give so much fries, it feels like too much.. and they're oily and salty. I do like that they offer seasoning options at no extra charge (cajun, lemon pepper, parmesan)... lemon pepper is my favorite. (-) Easy to miss the driveway entrance from Reseda to the back parking lot. Also, cars park in that same driveway off to the right so it can be a pretty narrow opening. read more

I have never been disappointed with Wingstop. Every time I order, they get my order exactly right and make it to wing perfection. Their chicken quality tastes so good, and has the best texture when taking a bite into it. Each flavor is incredibly unique and fits all profiles. I like it spicy, so Atomic delivers the most heat without it tasting like I'm eating chemicals. Cajun and Buffalo taste amazing for those who want heat without that great burning sensation Atomic offers. Lemon Pepper and Parmesan are my siblings go to when they order. They are not spicy and those options provide so much flavor marinade to the chicken, to which they really enjoy. No matter what flavor I get, it always tastes amazing and fresh. The ingredients for each flavor truly taste real. Whenever I crave wings, this is my go too spot, and I truly recommend it to everyone who wants amazing wings. read more

I come here about every other month and its hands down my favorite place for wings. Which is saying something because I don't really like wings anywhere else. The wings aren't greasy or dry. They have juicy meat and a good amount of flavor. Fries are good as well. My fiancee and I usually get the 15 piece combo bone in, 2 flavors (Louisiana rub & mild) with large fries, two drinks and 2 dipping sauces which is about $22. Lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan are good flavors too. Sometimes it takes a while to get your food since they do to go orders til so I would suggest ordering in ahead of time, especially around busy times (lunch and dinner). Today, for the first time, they quoted 20-25 mins at about 730. 30 mins later I asked about our food and they lost the ticket. I was a bit upset, but it was the first time and overall the service is good and the food more than makes up for it. Parking is in back and there is usually plenty. The bathrooms can get a bit dirty and run out of t.p. and towels. During busy times you may have to ask for a table to be cleaned or for more napkins but they are happy to help. There is about 10 booths and 2-3 tvs to watch while you eat as well as a bench by the cashiers to wait. read more

Terrible service won't do anything about their calls been calling for 25 minutes won't even answer. The wifi is always down and every time time I go it's always cold and not up to my expectations. Service and equipment need to be updated and fixed if not this place will not stand a chance. read more

Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. I've gone several times because it's the closest to me and they often lay forget a wing or two which I won't bother to drive back for but on my recent visit I ordered 60 wings and I only got 51. I recounted several times to make sure I was counting correctly so I called and whoever was working the register had terrible customer service. All she did was read back to me what I ordered saying it should be there and when I explained I was missing 9 wings she spoke to me as if I was stupid. I spoke to the "manager" who agreed to remake the wings but I shouldn't have to drive out to make up for what they messed up.. teach your employees to count I'm never coming here again it's completely terrible I'd give 0 stars if I could read more

I ordered an 8 piece bone in from the reseda store in Northridge, an hour passed and my food was still not here, which concerned me since the store was only 5 minutes away walking. I called the store number that was on my receipt and they told me my order had been sitting for 30 minutes at their store in Rancho Cucamonga (which I have no idea where is) I asked the guy who answered the call to refund it since I do not want ice cold wings and fries since he did not know when the delivery driver would get there. The guy said he couldn't give a refund so I asked for a manager and the guy said the manager will not talk to me since I was a bitch for wanting a refund for an order that was already completed. I told the guy I wanted his name because I was going to report him, he refused to give me his name and hung up on me. I sat waiting still thinking the wings would be delivered when I get a notification saying the order was canceled and no refund was issued. I have reported this to corporate because 1. The way that guy treated me was unprofessional and 2. I have never heard of that city so why would my order be sent there when I live in Northridge and 3. All I want is my refund since I didn't get the food. This is by far the worse experience I have ever encountered and I will make sure corporate fires that employee who called me a bitch for no reason. read more

This location is terrible and is notorious for its incompetent employees. The last 2 times I have ordered online, items were missing from my order! The first time they forgot my drinks and the second they forgot my veggie sticks. You have no clue how infuriating this is. They need to hire new staff and management that can actually do their job correctly. This is literally the easiest job you can think of and they just can't get it right! Stop hiring people off the street and hire some decent employees that aren't brain dead. read more

My boyfriend and I were really looking forward to this place finally opening. He was anticipating it for over 2-3 months. He tried it once before with my family in San Diego and couldn't wait until they brought one to our neck of the woods, in the valley. Let's just say we weren't impressed, but at the same time we understood because they are going through their opening phase. The phase where they aren't sure who is more important to please, the general public or the hungry college community that is walking distance. The atmosphere is LOUD, FUN and VIBRANT. Although it may not be ideal for some it is great for the thriving college community. The decor is far from drab and the service is really friendly. The only downside is something that could be also seen as a positive, which is the wait for your food. It may take a while, depending on what time you come in and order. I only warn you that it may take a while because ALL FOOD IS MADE TO ORDER. Meaning that it will not be started/prepared to be made until the order is made and paid for. The average wait will most likely be about 10-20 minutes. The food on the other hand is where the lesser amount of stars was given. They are all pretty decent and self-explanatory. Atomic=HOTTEST, Classic Hot= Hot, etc. But my ABSOLUTE FAVE: Garlic Pepper (w/ honey mustard, weird I know, but TRY IT!) DO NOT GET HAWAIIAN, you'll regret it. It was a this gooey version of orange chicken with like 4 gallons of sugar and orange juice. It was not good at all. Another fault of the eatery, was the lack of trashcans. Customers couldn't dispose their own trash because their weren't trashcans easily accessible. If only I can give 0 [zero] stars. How hard is your job, you have 1 item on your menu?! Oct 18, we ordered two 10pc combo, I specified the chickens to be well done. I repeated myself so many times BUT when we got home NOT WELL DONE & the wings were soggy. I called and explained to them, they got my order wrong. "Manager" Brian took my call and had a whole explanation, that it was well done but if I wanted more than that to ask to cook the wings 7 or 8 more minutes on top of their "well done" time of cooking [How the h*ll would I know that? Do you just assume everyone know this?]. I said ok, next time, I will specify that, and he proceeded to say either I can return the food I have or he can give me 50% off my next order. I said 'Five zero? Half off?' & he replied and confirmed 'Yes'. I called in today to order, spoke to LEONOR, and told her to please look in the books [as I was told by "manager" Brian to ask to look in the books] that I had a 50% off on my next order and I would like to use it. I told her 50%, she said, 'Let me check, oh OK I will apply it when you get here'. With this conversation over the phone with Leonor, I was confirmed again that I had that 50% off. I went to pick up my food and then they give me a price that was NOT CORRECT. I was confused as it wasn't what I was promised. However, they tell me now, that "manager" Brian said that he did not say 50% off that it was only 15%. I was like "What? I had asked you before if it was half off, and you said YES." WELL, I tell you, this manager is LYING. IF HE MADE A MISTAKE SAYING 50% OFF THEN TELL ME, APOLOGIZE AND THEN WE WILL MOVE ON BECAUSE I CAN PAY. But instead you made me look like I was the one who did not undersand the conversation we had, and that I was the one who heard it wrong. PLEASE! You guys made a mistake, you lied and all of you were not even apologetic about it! This manager is an INFANT, should not hold that title, no customer service training or if even if he did, VERY VERY POOR knowledge. Your job is SIMPLE. You would think during PANDEMIC, where the food industry are losing money because they cannot have dine-ins, they would be better at customer service atleast, to keep their customers happy and keep them coming back so they won't have to close, or won't have to lay-off workers like managers. Well, I guess, Wingstop don't mind losing profit, anyway they could just easily let go of some employees I guess. read more

I'll just say this... the culture obviously at this location is how can we be mediocre at our jobs and careless about keeping this establishment looking nice and neat. And or making sure that they're are napkins and or paper towels avaliable at all table since obviously people are going to be using their hands to eat chicken wings!!! Parking is in the rear so just be aware of that if you're coming to this location just fyi. I went with a friend here who had never been I think to any eing Stop before so I was excited to see what he was going to say about the food. He liked it and thought is wings came out tasting great and full of flavor. I tried a new flavor that I've never had before... the parmesean... which if I had a mulligan would of probably order the lemon pepper for my second flavor instead. The lemon pepper is the bomb! But oh well right...YOLO... they give you a ton of fries by the way and they're very good and not shoestring fries which I absolutely abhor. Nicely seasoned and not too crunchy which was good for this type of meal. I don't like how this place nickels and dimes you here though for the sauces... not just this location but the franchise in general. It's a lil ridic especially for the prices they're already charging me for the wings but whatever. I have to give it a 2 out of 5 based on the lack of cleanliness and long wait times for your order to come out. But if your looking for a wing fix and you don't want to be driving all over this side of the Valley searching for some...this place could do the trick for you. read more

First off, all you 1 or 2 star reviewers need to stop! Have you ever had a Customer Service Counter Job where you just get customers that don't know what to order or NOT listening to the cashier on how to order? Then stop right now and don't write a review because you don't know what it's like to have a job like this! My wife and I came here for our First Time on Super Bowl Sunday and we called and was explained we had to come in and place the order and they were not taking any online or phone orders because how busy they were and then there would be a wait time of 30 minutes to 2 hours! So what? No problem, thanks for explaining it on the phone. Then we arrived to place the order and we were about 5 deep. We noticed one cashier was patient but telling the 3 guys (idiots really) in front of her, 'Guys, there are other people behind you to order, step aside and see what you want and I'll take you next, OR please listen to me and place the order?' Seemed nice to me, respectful, and considerate of other's in line! Had to be stern but how else can she get her point across to guys that are not listening and on their phones, C'MON NOW! Now the food, OH MY GAWD! You guys blew my wife and I away! The original, wow! The garlic, yum! But the lemon, OH MY, chills from head to toe!!! We ordered 30 wings and ate 15 and then saved the rest for later and just reheated them in the oven. Think people, C'mon now! My wife and I will for sure order from here in the future. Suggestion: go online to their website, research the food, menu, and then you'll have a little more knowledge on how to order or how it works! Employees are not rude or mean, they are in a hurry to help the next person behind you!! HEADS UP!!! I love wings, they're one of my favorite foods to eat. With that being said, this was my second visit ever to a Wingstop. My first visit didn't really warrant coming back for a second but it had been a few years and I was able to place my order online. 20 wings and a order of fries for a little over $18, not too bad. 20 minutes later I arrive and wait in line for a few minutes and my order was good to go. The first disappointment were the fries. I had ordered them extra crisp/well done but they were extremely soggy. Second problem was that I was expecting a relatively even ratio of flats to drums, but my order had about 80% drums. I prefer flats over drums so this was a major disappointment. The biggest problem for me is actually their flavors, their sauces taste very artificial and aren't very good. read more

Staff was extremely nice and welcoming, asked us if we wanted to try their flavors before buying. Most especially they were patient when customers were deciding their order. Food as well was very good. I never had wingstop before but it was crispy and not too salty. I recommend the Korean spicy for a sweet but slightly spicy flavor. I usually don't like spicy foods but I like sweet flavors and this was a good combination of both. I also got garlic paramesean and lemon pepper for the rest of my family. Personally, paramesean is less salty and tastes better in my opinion since lemon pepper has a higher amount of calories due to its salty nature. I didn't see a three star restaurant quality when highlighting the excellent customer service by one staff member and the food the came out crispy when I asked for well done. read more

I had never ate here before but overall it is a great place for some cholesterol busting comfort food. I used their online / pick up service and it was very easy. I ordered the family type meal with 30 pieces, bread, and french fries. I have to say everything is very very good. Well worth the price and the portions are enough for left-overs the next day. I've ordered from this location so many times I can't even count and it's always been decent. Minor little things I can definitely look over like like warm fries or wings with too much or not enough sauce. Today I ordered my food and I took a bite of my first piece of chicken and it tasted a little bit weird but it looked fine so I ate it. Within a matter of 4 hours I was so nauseous and my stomach has never hurt so bad. I have a pretty strong stomach but TMI I'm sorry but I threw it all up. I don't know what's going on there I've never gotten sick from here. Looking at recent reviews I guess a lot of people have had this issue. I used to work in food service and this is a case where food handling and sanitation need to be looked at by management and cooperate. I don't think I'll ever order from here again. read more

The food was so good, and the service made the experience even better. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the guy helping us was so sweet and helpful with giving recommendations. He also kept coming by the table to check in and make sure we had everything we needed, which I really appreciated. Great food, great service, and such a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back!

I don't even think I can call them wings, they were so unbelievably tender, they slid off the bone like a braised short rib! I couldn't even pick them up because they were falling off so neatly. I didn't find the spice to be unreasonable! If you're very sensitive just know that, but I have pretty high spice tolerance and they didn't really linger much for me. They were just very flavorful. I would also mention that the flavor was great and I didn't find the jerk seasoning to be very salty! So for someone watching salt intake I found them to be mild in that regard. Since this is my first foray into it I'm not sure if this is standard or not but I do think a lot of people will really like that aspect! We were helped by an extremely friendly gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn't get, and then Yvonne who is the absolute sweetest! She was very helpful when I asked her opinions on the menu, and just has this aura of absolute joy which I don't see very often. I'd honestly come back just for her (and also probably to try the plantains because those also looked heavenly). The location is in a little strip kind of location next to a few other businesses and it's very unassuming! I loved the bright colors, and the small parking lot was pretty easy to get in to. The vibe is pretty casual and with a lot of fun things to look at. I'm not this deep in the valley almost ever, but I can honestly say I would take the trek this direction again for this spot alone!
