I placed an order online yesterday, went to the store and arrived earlier than when my food was ready. Which is fine I want my food hot and fresh, but after I paid I waited, and waited. I finally asked if my food was ready and the staff handed me my order off a shelf. If my food is ready, why am I waiting? I don't know how long my food was sitting there.
