This location should absolutely be shit down and turned over to new management immediately. This place is consistently dirty. Employees refuse to ensure proper sanitary practices when handling food and most of all they steal from customers. My own personal experience is making an online order for a classic 10 wing combo. When I arrived I waited a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then after I received my order I come to find out they were completely out of drinks the only thing available from the fountain was sugar free lemonade. I asked for a refund of my order because I wasn't going to pay for an incomplete order. Had I known there were no drinks available prior to ordering I would have chosen another location. Specifically La Verne Or the other location in Pomona off the 71 fwy. When I asked for a refund the initial cashier was confused even after explaining to her that I'm not paying for a combo when you don't even have drinks that are factored into the cost. She then goes to a older Latino male who comes over and states he's the "manager". He comes over and the first thing out of his mouth wasn't even an apology. Just a straight forward "If I give you a return it will take 5-7 business days in order to get a return". Firstly that is absolutely crazy that a return for food should take that long. I told him that makes no sense as to why you can't process the return here and now me waiting shouldn't take that long. He proceeded to go back and forth with me I asked for the district managers number which he refused to give. I told him I was more than willing to wait while he called to override the return policy that is Not stated anywhere in the establishment or on the receipt! Any company of any establishment should have a posted return policy posted in the establishment clearly visible to all customers. I asked this manager how will I know I'm going to get a return when you're giving me no proof that a return will be processed. He claimed that he couldn't process it till the end of night at closing and again it would take 5-7 business days and then any time after that for my bank to process. It's 2023 it's not taking that long for a return of $18.73 unless there is a a manual delay from the workers making the return. It has now been two weeks and this location still never issued a refund! Mark my words this place will get shut down if it isn't overturned under better and new management and even a district manager since the behaviors of staff are a reflection of the leadership that guides them. I will be making a complaint with the BBB as well considering I guarantee if they've done this once they have done this number it's times. Avoid this place at all costs! There are far better locations if you drive just a bit further for a more inviting and cleaner environment and that will give far better treatment and won't steal your money and claim to give a refund and then not do it. This is my local Wingstop so obviously it's been my go to and I've never had a problem. Staff is normally very friendly and I haven't had a wrong order. However, after my experience today, I felt very compelled to write this review. I ordered over the phone, 30 wings pack. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrive in 25 minutes, pay for the food and I was told that it should be ready soon. I take I seat right in front of the register and wait. I thought it was weird after I was waiting there for 15 minutes but I thought to myself, I did order 30 wings so maybe that's why. After another 15 minutes, I thought there was no way it can be taking this long. So I go up to the register and ask what is going on? I've been waiting there for 30 minutes already. They look confused and start looking at the bags on the shelf. What do you know, my food HAS BEEN READY, idk for how long. The girl working apologizes to me several times. At this point, I just want to get out of there. I get home and yeah I'm upset but whatever, it happens. I open my bags and come to find out that not only did I wait 35 minutes longer than they told me it would take for my food while it was already ready for who knows how long BUT MY ORDER WAS MISSING 10 OUT OF THE 30 WINGS I ORDERED.
