I love wings stop but the employees are always young and rude. I called a order in and they said 18min. I arrived and the 2 cooks were arguing about who is gonna take my order also one was dancing very inappropriately whole I walked in. Not sure if it's the generation or just the lack respect but it's always like this when I come to any Wingstop in my area. I ended up waiting a extra 15 mins longer than than the order took. I never flinched when they tried to get a rise out of me bye saying inappropriate things or dancing but I'm hungry and I don't want these rude kids messing with my food so I'll just leave this here. Very poor service with a side of food poisoning... wanted wings with the family. Came in on a Thursday night with very few other people in the restaurant. The person taking our order seemed to have a bit of an attitude when I asked about items listed on their online menu that's not on the menu in store. Not to mention all three of the employees seemed to care more about goofing around then helping customers. Ended up ordering two 10 piece meals for my wife, two kids and I. When our food finally came out it was cold and had a few extremely small boneless pieces that were "counted" as part of our 10 piece... neither kid liked the wings and didn't even eat any. My wife only ate a few of hers and stayed they tasted funny. I had a different sauce and didn't notice what she was talking about and ate mine anyways... both of us ended up sick early this morning! I had to take the time out to review this place. Of all the Wingstops I've been to in California, this is by far one of the best. Alright let's get down to the juicy stuff. If you call in an order, it's on time! Thank God for people who are prompt and handle their business right? Of course the food is good. Can't complain there. You really can't go wrong with wings. Especially if that's the one thing you specialize in, it's got to be good! And it is :) Now onto customer service. I am BIG on customer service. My one pet peeve is giving my money to a business that does not know how to service their customers. This Wingstop blows other businesses out of the water with their customer service. And that my friends makes me smile. The staff is very professional, kind, courteous, and polite. The manager, Tanya, is very warm and welcoming. You can see the passion she has for serving others. During our visit, she did all that she could to make sure we were happy. I will definitely make sure I come back to this place!! Oh and I've been to some Wingstops who have raised their prices to 60 cent boneless wing days for Mondays and Tuesdays, but I'm glad this place still has it for 50 cents. I ordered 15 lemon pepper and 5 habanero bone-in wings by phone and picked them up about 35 minutes later. The 2 employees at the counter were very polite and friendly. The employee who helped me showed me the wings to confirm that the order was correct...good move for both the customer and the business. The wings were juicy and good sized with a nice, crispy skin. Where is the management in this place?? It starts there. If you can't properly train the staff to operate this location right then the result is a poorly run store. I placed a pick up order about 45 mins till closing. Not only was every item in my order incorrect but made so awfully that it was inedible. The "hot honey" sandwich had buffalo sauce drenched into both sides of the bun. A ridiculous amount of overly seasoned lemon pepper wings and traditional hot wings with minimal sauce and coated on only some of the wings. The only thing done well were the fries. I understand about placing orders prior to closing but this is unacceptable. Disappointed as this is my 2nd negative experience at this store. I've never experienced this at the riverwalk location. Long waits for phone orders with seemingly sufficient staff and lack of Customer service. Managers please have more oversight over your employees and make sure they do a better job. read more

This is my first time at this location and I decided to call in ahead of time so when I drove home from work I wouldn't need to wait for my food and go home. They told me it was a 25 min wait which I thought was ok seeing how it's a Saturday night and sporting events going on. When I get there i would say there were probably 15-20 people waiting and I decided to wait since I ordered ahead. There was no communication with each other at this location and apparently all the people waiting were online or phone orders as well. Ended up waiting a total of an additional 45 mins on top of the 25 min drive time to get there straight from work. When I got home my wings were all over cooked and dry and my fries were overcooked as well. This is ridiculous if you can't handle the amount of people that are taking orders then bring more people in instead of rushing through orders to get people out of the restaurant. The man baby in the back was chopping it up with unrelated work topics and the joker ended up forgetting to make my fries correctly (voodo style) I paid for and they let me walk out with out checki the order so I'd rove about a mile . Reached in my bag for a road fry and to my surprise.. no food. So i made a U turn and drove back unbothered. When I walked back inside I handed my food back and re placed my order of voodoo frenchfries. I had to wait an exta 10 mins for my food . Make sure you ask for utensils and napkins because they rarely put them in my bag . Other than that after 45 mins of waiting for food my drive home from the restaurant was a few miles . First time at this new place. Placed an order on the Wing Stop app. It told me my order will be ready to pick up at 9:50 pm. I get to the place at 9:47 pm, and told my brother we are three minutes early. We go up to the register to pick up our order, and the cashier says she was just about to put our order in..TO BE MADE. So then my brother and I have to wait for about fifteen minutes since they are behind on orders, and we aren't even offered a complimentary drink or anything while we have to wait. Aside from that, the place is really clean and taken care of, possibly because it is still new. The customer service is pretty good, I would just suggest calling the order in and ditching the app. But the employees are all nice and friendly to their customers. The wings are good and made well. It took 20 minutes total to get the food. I didn't mind the wait, but expected better of the food for the cost and time. Surprised it has more than one star. Been here a few times and for that reason I guess I deserve what I get. It always seems like everyone's first day, constant confusion. I order online usually, yet have had a time where it was ready even when I am late to pick up. This specific case, it said it was 18 min. to pick up after I ordered, I arrive 25 min. later and had to wait 20 min. more for my order. Half the order was packed to go, half was prepared for dine in and I don't know about most people but I always assume the hole in the bag goes up yet they packed everything sideways so you can imagine the mess in my bag the $70 order made by the time I got home. I have to go out again to get more dinner for my family because I could only serve half my order. I love everything about this location. For one there is always plenty of parking. A plus! The inside of the store is clean, spacious, and has plenty of seating. We usually order the 30 piece and we get lemon pepper; original hot, and honey smoked bbq! They are always dipped nicely and the fries are sooooooo good and to die for!
