This is my local takeout Wingstop. There is only a bench to sit at right in front of the counter while waiting, and one in front of the public restroom. I only come here when I get promotions from T-Mobile - when that happens, put in your order right away because they tend to sell out really fast, like before lunch fast. Throughout my lifetime I have tried almost all the Wingstop flavors. They keep coming up with new ones or cute limited time ones. This type of food is way too expensive for what it is, in terms of both monetary and body price. My suggestion is to buy some tenders and sauce from Safeway and that's what it'll taste like, except cheaper. The fries are never crispy but the cashier was nice, and my orders have been bagged up well. I'm not a fan of their original hot because it's pretty vinegary. I love the stinky garlic parmesan, but that's just me. Everything else tends to run sweet. Unfortunately, I have not tried their chicken sandwich yet but I'm sure it's not as good as Popeye's. I tried ordering it with a promotion, but they sold out a couple hours after opening. I do wish they were replaced by any other chicken place. I have taken menu photos for reference, you're welcome.

There shouldn't be animals inside right?!

Came to Wingstop now to get some chicken and noticed there's a whole family inside with their pets. Food establishments should NOT have animals inside... this is straight up disgusting.

20 Wings

Solid spot when you're craving wings and want something fast and flavorful. The Foster City location is clean, the staff is usually friendly, and the food comes out hot. I always go for the classic bone-in wings--Lemon Pepper and Louisiana Rub are my go-tos. The fries are addicting too: seasoned just right and kind of sweet, which weirdly works.

Very weak coating of sauce

My Door Dash orders default to this location. While I'm happy about the speedy arrival, the lack of sauce is the norm here- at least it is for my orders. When I order a flavor, I expect the wings to be fully coated. My orders always seem to have the sauce poured over it and calling it complete. They do not seem to put the chicken in a bowl, pour the sauce over it, and then toss to coat. I never see this from any other Wingstop location. It's a shame I can't choose the store location when ordering through DD because I'd opt for the San Carlos location in a heart beat. Oh well. Guess I can't do anything about ownership and bad practices/training.

Garlic parmesan & lemon pepper

Great fast food, flavorful and great portion too. Price are not bad. I tried their garlic parmesan and lemon pepper boneless chicken wings, and it tastes good in my opinion. Yes, the breading could be a little thick to my preference, and the meat tastes a little dry, but the seasoning is on point. Garlic parm can be a little oily, but i really love the lemon pepper. Service was pretty ok, a tad slow but that's understandable because they have a lot of people when I was there. The downside is there is no seating area nearby so you can only buy to go.

But today, my daughter wanted a quieter place, so we decided to go to Mala Town Express instead; sorry. Be back next time with a younger hipper crowd than my daughter, lol. HH available; see picture or their website. HH very simple menu; see their website. Decent size regular menu. Ambiance - Small local business. Counter table and regular table seating. Music blasting, think night club. Very limited metered street parking. Free parking on weekends. Open 6 days a week from 5pm or 6pm to 10pm, midnight, or 1am. Again, think of a bar scene. Service - Very welcoming. Good service. Cracked a few jokes. Price - Reasonably priced. Especially during happy hour. Do keep in mind that these are tapa size portions. And while drinking, it can add up... Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2024; look forward to coming back.

Annyeonghasayoh my chingus, let's talk about Chingu! It means friend in Korean. And what a great…read morename, because I came here with my friend after a flight to SFO. We came by at around 8:30 on a weeknight, and we were sat right away. The small restaurant is designed like your typical loungey club-like Korean drinking spot, with dark walls, simple decor, and vibey music. Bar food and Korean staples are the name of the game here at Chingu, so that's exactly what we got. I got a dolsot bibimbap, which is the hot stone pot mixed rice, and my friend got the Korean Fried Chicken, opting for a combination one with two flavors. I think Korean Fried Chicken has been solved, because the average chicken I have at these places is pretty stellar in general. Great thing to get if you want something tried and true. I also really liked my bibimbap. Pretty standard stuff, with bean sprouts, mushrooms, bulgogi, carrots, etc. Something super familiar that I think most folks would be totally cool with! We're not huge drinkers, but that would be THE thing to do here too, so if you're hankering, this is the spot for you!
