Very hit or miss. I have had really great experiences here and really bad ones too. Service: The service is always consistent at this location. I am greeted by one of the 3-4 people behind the counter upon entering and interacted with (order or pick-up online order) within 3-5 minutes. The service is good, but does not stand out in any particular way. Food: The chefs here are either on it or not at all, there's no in-between. I have come to this location about 10+ times within the past year and albeit hopeful, never really know how the quality of the food will be. When it's good, the wings are piping hot and coated thoroughly with the sauces/rubs. The fries are crispy and seasoned well and overall a fantastic meal. However, when it's bad, it's all bad. I have received wings with drops of sauce or no sauce at all as well as super soggy and ice cold fries that seem to have been sitting for 1+ hours (I usually arrive before the order is finished being made so I don't understand how they could be in that condition). But the worst has to be the amount of raw wings that I have received. I understand that sometimes there's a little rascal that may be a bit bigger and not cooked thoroughly in the end, but I have had at least several wings (throughout all my orders) that have been partially cooked. Worst service ever! I love wing stop at this location but today was not it. I entered the restaurant and I went to order my food since they're not taking any phone calls. I went to a lady who seemed nice. I literally had to repeat my order more than 8 times. I'm guessing she was new. I was patient. But that does not give her the right to give her attitude. I've always been a huge fan of Wingstop but I thought I would give this particular location a great review because of how great they are handling COVID! All of the workers wear masks and gloves and I see them constantly wiping everything down! On top of that they just got a new drink machine that is much easier to wipe down than their previous one. I usually get the medium meal when I come here. My favorite wing flavors are lemon pepper, mild (because I can't handle spicy things), Louisiana Cajun Rub and Garlic Parmesan. I'm also one of those people who prefers boneless but that's just my personal preference. Wingstop's fries and ranch are easily the best I've ever had at a fast food spot. I have a top 5 best French fries list and Wingstop would definitely be number one! I even tried their brownie the last time I went and wow it was so moist and delicious. Price of meals range from $9-$15 and I think that's very reasonable considering how much food you get! I always get more than enough full off of the medium. Was here on thursday and was very upset about the service. I had ordered my food at 1:11 and came back after 15 minutes and you said my food would be out shortly. I came back at 1:42 and one of your employees had told me that it would take another 10-15 minutes. This happened although I was here before the whole crowd showed up! It's ok, but I don't really get why everyone is so nuts about it. I got the boneless wings, one original and the other Cajun. The original was ok taste, not too spicy, but the chicken itself was meh. Most pieces were really dry and one was made of 50% fat or skin. Not crispy skin, mushy rubbery skin. The Cajun was getting spicy, that was good, but it tasted like it had a lot of black pepper. It was really difficult to find a place to sit and eat because the restaurant was still full at 10pm and we couldn't eat outside.
