Wing Stop has the best ranch in the world!! I can literally take a straw and slurp the ranch at Wing Stop. Yes..it's that good!!! I enjoy the consistency at Wing Stop. No matter where you order your food it will always taste the same. Use their app or call in your order ahead of time..to save some time. They're usually always busy. I don't live in this area..but I was staying nearby for a couple nights and decided to order some Wing Stop from here. I used the app to put in my order. Definitely saved me a lot of time. Their garlic Parmesan is very good. I usually like wet rub..but at Wing Stop I'll get the garlic parmesan. Occasionally I'll also get the lemon pepper and Cajun but garlic parmesan is my go to. I also really like their fries drench in their great tasting ranch. You cannot go wrong with Wing Stop for a quick dinner. read more

Today was National Chicken Wing Day, or something like that. My inbox was filling with free wing offers, and it had been a minute since I had visited a Wingstop. My coworker told me there was a new-ish location near our office so I placed an order online and showed up when the order was ready. I checked in at the counter with my name and order number. They told me it would be ready soon. They came back again in 5 minutes and asked again, then again 10 minutes later. After waiting 20 minutes past the pickup time and watching people who came in and ordered at the counter I asked, "hey, where is my food?" The expediter checked my order again. Went in the back. Somebody came from the back and checked it. Then somebody started looking through the online orders on a register. She printed out a ticket an said, "sorry, we'll make your order now." I asked how long to wait and she said 12-15 minutes. I said I couldn't keep waiting and requested a refund. Somebody came from the back and said they can't do refunds through the online system, then figured it out but couldn't give me a receipt, then called his boss and said, "can you just take a picture of this screen on my phone?" I snapped a pic and grabbed a couple sliced of pizza next door for lunch. As much as I like Wingstop, I won't come back to this location. Their order management is chaotic. It was busy, fine, but then I get told it would be another ten mins. Okay that's fine too, but over 20 mins go by and people who came after me and ordered in-person received their orders. What's the point of an online order if I have to wait longer than walk in customers? To top it off, the staff barely knew any English and could not explain anything besides a few words that didn't make up a sentence. After waiting nearly 45 mins for my order, I finally ask again and the girl grabs a box that was sitting on the counter. Frustrated at how long it took, I left the restaurant in a hurry and didn't realize they had made my order wrong. Two flavors... not three or four, but just two and the guy still made it wrong. Yet retail workers have the audacity to demand higher pay. Not sure if it's just this location by mission college, but these people need some serious retraining. In terms of customer service, standard business practice, and following simple orders for crying out loud. Never returning to this location, and considering if wingstop is even good enough for me to go through this. After reading some reviews, it sounds like a pattern with this branch. Finally a Wingstop near our house and conveniently located near Great America and the Levi's stadium. This location saves us from driving all the way to the El Camino and Kiely location. A few things that needs improvement here. The wait. I know that the location is fairly new, but it sometimes bothers me how slow it is here. I am noticing some workers on their phones while in the kitchen. Another thing is, we would order online and given an estimated pick up time. The status would say it's ready for pick up, but when you walk in, the order is still no where to be found. It's a little frustrating to know that you're given a certain time, but still have to wait an additional 15-20 mins for your order. So really, your order is ready in 45 mins after ordering online. The first time we ordered here, it was packed and we ordered online. We waited for another 25 mins for the order even though the app said it was ready. That's a bit of a problem. When getting the order, my husband has a tendency of double checking the order, and low and behold the veggies were not in the bag. So we had to wait another 5 mins for them. The 2nd time I ordered, there were a few people waiting on their orders. It seems WingStop prioritizes DoorDash orders versus online orders or the actual people who ordered on site. This location is super small. There's not much seats. It's wise to just pick up and go. But be aware that the wait time is not what you see online after you order. Fair warning. read more
