I wanted chicken and the Wingstop location in 10 Quivira Plaza was only a couple of minutes away, so I decided to give them a try. It's a small location but it was nice, clean with night sunlight coming through the picture windows. I was greeted within a minute of entering and the girl took my order. She was polite and helpful. She even asked about upsizing parts of my order, which is something I see rarely in food service these days. I had a six piece, bone in wings combo with fries and a drink. I chose the garlic Parmesan seasoning and didn't get a dipping sauce. The girl told me it would be about 20 minutes, but it was actually close to 15. The food was a little salty for me, but I'll know for next time to get my wings plain (seasons/sauces on the side) and ask for no salt on the fries. My three crispy tenders combo ($9.19) included fries, a drink, and my choice of dipping sauce. It was brought to my table 12 minutes after I ordered at the counter. The tenders were nicely sized, and somewhat crunchy, while the hand-cut Idaho fries were greasy and limp. Some people like their fries this way, but they're not my fave. The service at the counter was slow (three minutes to ring me up), not welcoming, and not especially knowledgeable or friendly, while the small dining area (four tables) was clean and new with contemporary background music and two TVs. My complaint is mainly about the management here. While this place can be busy like any other place, I wasn't very impressed with their customer service skills. Not only did they not tell me about the wait until AFTER they ran my card, which ended up being about 25 mini, but one guy who was asking why it's taking so long, the Mai guy behind the counter berated him about raising his voice, which he wasn't yelling, but only slightly elevated. The food is good, the blue cheese dressing is like crack, but this batch was just meh. I know people get stressed while working, I get it, but I felt this was pretty unreasonable. Will I come back? Tried Wingstop for the first time a while ago because it is closer than any other wing restaurant and thought we would give it a shot. We tried the Hawaiian wet sauce and the parmesan garlic dry rub. The wings were slightly bigger than we are used to, which was nice. Hawaiian were very mild but had a nice taste. We were disappointed with the garlic parmesan dry rub - probably would have been better if it was wet. Their fries were too soggy but their carrot and celery sticks were nice and large. We have been told the lemon garlic is good and maybe the bbq, so we will probably try them again at some point. Service was also good - nice and quick to get me our food. It's mainly a take-out establishment, but it was very clean inside. read more

This is one of the worst locations I've ever encountered! A man in the back kitchen with glasses was treating everyone, including customers, with a terrible attitude. He slammed orders on the counter and yelled at customers. Meanwhile, a kind and composed young woman was working the front desk alone. I don't know why I keep giving this location a chance. Every single time my fries are cold (I don't live far from them) and they NEVER provide my with ranch. Tried calling, the phone just rings an nobody answers. I've even paid for extra ranch and they don't give it out, like at this point I'm starting to think it's personal or something. I love Wingstop and was excited for a new location. But I've been to this location 3 times and each time my order is wrong and at least 20 minutes late. When I double check my order receipt, everything appears correct, so clearly the team isn't paying much attention to the orders. I decided to go to wingstop because I heard good things about it and it had good pricing. When We arrived the store was small with not a lot of seating. I orders wing meal as well did my wife. I Just got standard bbq on my wings. It took about 40 minutes for us to get our food because they we're focusing on the pick up orders and not really focusing on the eat in as much. When we got our food, the best thing I can say about the wings was that they were cooked nothing really fantastic about them or the bbq sauce just tasted like something I could throw together at home. The French fries I got with them were outstanding. The seasoning on them was very good. I would go back for the fries not the wings. I also had a problem with the bones in all my wings breaking apart and small pieces I never had that problems with wings before. I don't know if it's common or not. read more

Easy to order online and good customer service but not the place for us, I'm used to go to Buffalo Wild Wing for Wings but Wingstop is closer to my house so I decide it to give it a try. I order atomic and mango habanero. The atomic was spicy and ok flavor but the mango habanero was actually kind of sweet so I didn't like it. We always do all drums and they charge additional for that, we also order well done but the wings were not crispy in my opinion the skin was not as crispy as I like it. This place was poppin! The wait was a somewhat lengthy but well worth it the wings were delicious and very flavorful we had the Hawaiian and the spicy Korean Q. If you want to try something out of the ordinary I suggest trying the Cajun Fried Corn. It was amazing Everything was made hot and fresh to order. This is now the 2nd time in a row where my order is not acceptable! I requested 15 flats EXTRA WELL DONE. Louisiana Rub flavor. Also had 15 boneless, garlic parm. My wings were not extra well done, the skin was squishy and barely any seasoning-I had to put them in the oven to finish them. The boneless had very little garlic parm, mostly garlic missing. We decided to order wings a few weeks ago for delivery for a movie night. The time wasn't a problem, but the wings and fries were incredibly soggy. I'm not sure if they just don't do crispy wings or if this was an off night, but it was really disappointing because Good Mythical Morning really bragged about them. Ordered dinner for a family of four for the new location. The wings were over cooked and had hardly any meat on them at all. Even with sauce on them they were dry?!?! Had a new location open up on Shawnee Mission Pkwy and the first order made and received was awesome, Lots of sauce with the chicken. Perfect!! Since when do they start selling thighs at Wingstop. It had been a minute since we've been here and we ordered online.thinking they were the drumsticks. Clearly our mistake but when we drive back to the restaurant and explained what had happened the manager Joe was not customer friendly and made it clear it was not their mistake and they would not refund the money. I've come to this particular location a few times with no issues. However, recently I ordered through the Wingstop app for Delivery. After paying an extra $10 in fees/tip, I had my order stolen by the Door Dash driver. The Wingstop app fulfills their delivery through Door Dash, which then stems this issue: Neither company will want to refund you for stealing from you. Door Dash supports says Wingstop needs to refund me, Wingstop says Door Dash refuses to refund me. I have waited over a week for this refund, and having to refund before from the Door Dash app is quite simple. But when you mix dumb company A and dumb company B combining their idiotic powers, you get this issue. The store manager has given me the run around on my refund, not even offering a gift card instead of a bank refund. Horrible service from their Wingstop app and their management thus far. I can't wait to waste everyone's time tomorrow on the phone with every manager I can reach until I get my money back. :D read more
