Daniel at the register made the Perfect recommendation according to my dietary preferences not only did he make the recommendation I needed it, but he delivered it with great customer service, super friendly, and had a great appearance about himself. Daniel is a good representative of why I will be returning to this location. While I was having my lunch, his Manager Patricia also exemplified hospitality, and even though she was busy with scheduling, she was open to conversation and gave great review of her employee. I placed a mobile order today...thought I changed location, go to the store to pick up my order only to find out it was at another location. Dorian was quick to assist me. She wrote down my order, got it going, had me call the other store and explain what happened, (which the young lady I spoke with at the Apple Valley Store was AWESOME). Dear Eaters, My first review is upon you now, and it is upon my pleasure to begin here at my local waba grill. It's storming outside, high winds and rain as I enter the store. I was quickly greeted by the kind, warmth of their star employee, Mr. Brandon. It quickly dawned on me that he's served me in the past, three times to be exact. Each time, he excels in becoming a highly memorable part of the team. Not only did he answer my questions with a calming confidence, but he helped me understand certain aspects of my order that I hadn't considered on my own. He is a wonderful spokesperson and has a radiant kindness to his words. My food was perfectly delicious and warm for the evening and i couldn't be more thankful. Kept my 84 dollars when I asked for refund because I didn't want to keep waiting after 45 minutes. Never saw my money again.

Kiosk ordering is slower and can be confusing. I don't believe I had selecting what the restaurant manager says I did (since the KIOSK did not give a receipt) but even if so there was no need for her to raise her voice and say "THATS WHAT YOU ORDERED SO THATS WHAT YOU GET!" Very inappropriate. Unfortunately she walked away and wouldn't respond for me to get her name but she should be reprimanded for her actions. 7/17/26 @ 4:42 Roy Rogers location. I will not be eating at any restaurant with a KIOSK ordering system again, let alone at this WABA Grill. read more

Once I got there, an employee made a very tiny mistake that anyone could make with the order, another lady had heard and continued to yell at the young lady in front of everyone in the restaurant it was very unprofessional of that lady, and I and many others were placed in a very uncomfortable position. From the moment we walked in, everything was smooth and welcoming. The place was clean, the food came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh and really well made. Definitely one of the better meals we've had in the area -- generous portions and everything was cooked perfectly. What really made the experience though was the service from Patricia and Alicia. They were both incredibly respectful, attentive, and friendly the entire time. You can tell they genuinely care about customers having a good experience and take pride in their work. They kept checking in at the right times, made sure everything we needed was handled, and did it all with great attitudes. It's rare to see service that feels both professional and genuinely warm (especially in Victorville), and they absolutely delivered. Employees like them are a big reason people come back to places, and management should be proud to have hardworking staff like Patricia and Alicia on the team.
