I also ordered a sandwich and the way they put it together was sooo sloppy. This location is okay. I don't have Wingstop often but when I do it's usually at this location and it's always the same. I always order online so by the time I get there, it's already made and ready for me. The wings are sometimes really good like today and other times they are small and hard (over cooked). The fries are always the same though and it's so frustrating. I always ask for them well done because I hate soggy fries but of course eveything I go I always get soggy fries. Never well done. This spot was okay considering the quantity of the wings, although for a place that specialized in wings, I must say I was not impressed. The spicy korean was not really that good and way too spicy for my friends liking. Mild was not really that tasty and I just avoided it entirely in my order. What did catch my eye though was the hawaiian wings. It was really flavorful and a combonation of sweet and tangy! The sauces that I normally get weren't very tasty and really left a bitter taste in my mouth. To get rid of that taste I often had to douse my wing in ranch. Also when I got my fries they were soggy rather than crispy, so it was a real let down to chow down on soft salty potatoes. A good part about their service was that it was an in n' out type of job. However, today I ordered my food online around 6:15 then I go pick up the food at 6:40 (because the time said it would take about 26 minutes) I get there and the employee who collected the payment gives me my drinks and tells me they will call me. I guess it's my fault for not checking my bags and giving them the benefit of the doubt that my order is going to be correct and complete. I sent an email to general manager at Corporates since I was advised they have no phones there on 08/08/24 and still no response from Corporate. I placed an online order on 07/26/24 @10:30pm for a delivery. I received an email at 11:10 pm after waiting for 45 minutes that they were canceling my order due to store address problems. I called the store that night at 11:11 pm and they confirmed order was cancelled and I requested a refund. I called again on 7/31/24, 08/05/24, 08/07/24 and again today 08/0724 and spoke with supervisors and managers stating sorry no one processed the refund and they would handle it. I spoke with the general manager Liz today 08/08/24 who stated that she would review it and get back to me. She also told me it will take another 10 days to put the money back into my account $32.08. She never called me back. I am beyond frustrated and upset. I have been very patient. I want my money back as soon as possible. I am also going to reach out to yelp,doordash and social media.
