I found this request to be unreasonable and intrusive, especially since I had already provided sufficient proof of payment. To make matters worse, after I complied and tried to explain my situation, the staff member ignored me and began engaging with other customers, leaving me feeling dismissed and frustrated. When I finally inquired about my order, he responded rudely, "I didn't say it was ready, did I?" This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and it left a bad taste in my mouth.
