I ordered through DoorDash and was under the impression that it was accurate. I was told it would be ready within 20 minutes. I arrived promptly. I got there and turns out my order wasn't even ready nor had they started on mine. What annoyed me more was people ordering and get theirs immediately. I ordered half garlic Parmesan and the other original spicy. A little over 20 minutes later( now we're at 45 minutes), I get my food. I didn't bother to check assuming it was all correct since they said they're still making it and I followed up. I got home only to find that I was given plain and heavily drench in oil. We ordered carryout for dinner and the order was all messed up. Very disappointed! We paid extra to swap out one of the sides to corn bur we didn't get it. We ordered 4 flavors (hot honey, Cajun, Louisiana, and original hot) but didn't get any hot honey (got more original hot instead). Staring me down, then proceeds to just stand over the other employees not doing anything with his hands crossed like a tough guy. My first time at this location... since i usually go to the one on Monrovia.. it was a great experience not sure if it was because it's a Thursday night. I walked in not busy at all, the place gives me clean vibes mot that the other locations are dirty or anything but this location gave me good vibes. Its not huge kinda small not to many tables but for me thats perfect.. i hate being in crowded places. The young guy got my order down got my wings the way i like em crispy and yes they came out crispy. That was an A+ the service was quick, I'm use to waiting 45min+ but here they were quick. Once again mot sure if it's because it's a Thursday night. Maybe I'll come back on a Friday or Saturday night to see if the service is the same but for today the crew deserves a 5 star review! I placed an order back on 02/16/2025 at 4:58pm. I realized that it was the wrong store and so I immediately called to cancel the order. The person who helped me advised me that the manager would process the refund and that it would take about 5 business days. I have called the store over 10 times and left a message and every time the person answering the phone lets me know that the manager (Chris) is not there but that we will return my call. its been over a month and a half and no call back, I also email the store with all the information. That would lead me to believe that the management is on top of things.
