I will never go to this location ever again. - first time the girl didn't call out the number for like 10-15 minutes leaving the food on the counter - 2nd time they didn't close the lid on the soup so it fell over in the bag - 3rd time, no one was in the front. Rang the door bell ringer for 5 separate occasions looking at the lady in the back. She finally comes to the front after waiting 10 minutes. I've been to this food hall too many times to count but it was my first time having their Hainan Chicken here at this location. I ordered the Hainan Chicken with rice (Dark Meat), for $14.99, which also includes a side of small broth. I went there during dinner time on a Saturday night and the time from ordering to actually receiving the food took around 10 minutes (not bad at all!). I've been to Cluck2Go in Rowland Heights and Arcadia, and the chicken here was actually better than the other two locations. Protein portions were pretty decent and they gave a huge amount of rice. Highly recommended to anyone who stops by Haven City. However, due to the issue of needing to locate a parking spot, I probably would go to a location where they have their own stand alone restaurant. read more

Since it's a chain restaurant I assumed the quality is consistent which is sort of correct. They have the same decor and color scheme their counter was quite clean the day we went.
