I have always enjoyed eating at Wingstop and they truly leave a lasting impression of sorts each time. There fry seasoning is to die for and ooh man do I get a hankerin for sometimes. However I do have one improvement for them off the bat. The last time I was physically at the restaurant (think late summer) the cleanliness was subpar. Straw wrappers and napkins scattered around the drink fountain, as well as sticky surfaces. Most concerning of all was the pair of eclipse viewing glasses, representing a lack of interest in keeping up with trash duty. The place in general needed a cleaning, and I hope to see it the beext time return. The food is not a reflection of this fortunately, as the fries have always been consistently seasoned and flavorful. The door dash order I had earlier this evening was no different and each bite was like a love letter to the palliate. There were a couple here and there that had be cooked a little too long, but I digress. I always order the chicken tenders, and tonights were as good as always. just enough crisp and tenderness, and even a bonus 6th tender in my 5 tender combo is a great touch. I must also mention that I've had my issues with mobile ordering in the past. Once while I was waiting there , a bag was brought to counter and I had believed the employee had said my name, although he didn't speak clearly enough. As I began to leave, I noticed a strange smell. I stopped and checked inside, only to find out it was someone else's order. When I returned to the counter and explain the mistake I made, the guy seemed confused, but took the food back anyway and I waited for my actual order. At the end of the day, I truly believe that this location is good, but needs some sharpening up to truly be great. Here's to hoping one day this place can become bigger than 2 stars. read more

I ordered the 50 wing family deal not only was I out of town and ordered via the app but the the food I received was 25% of my entire order. I then called and was told to come back so they can remake my order or give me a credit!!! Because I was at a hotel I had to catch an uber there and back which was an additional $30 on top of my bill which was $92.00. I reached out to the manager to see if I can get an 30% off the entire bill for the inconvenience and the manager agreed. Once I arrived at the store the person that I had been dealing with tried to charge me again for the meal minus the 30% and never refunded me the money at the store!!! I've ordered from them 3 times. 2/3 bad results. 1 st time, the order was 2.5 hours late. Too bad we left. Doordash would not reimburse as the food was delivered, (2.5 hours late and Ice code in January) 2nd time was ontime and all good. 3rd time was marked as delivered. Did not receive anything. Wingstop passed me around and hung up. Called 8 times, hung up on 6. Doordash took 5 phone calls to get a confirmation of removal/credit. read more

Decided to give this location another try. The two employees I interacted with were polite. All went well until I sat down to eat and discovered the fries were scorched, the chicken tenders greasy, and the ranch has been watered down & isn't nearly as flavorful as it once was. Unfortunately I have to downgrade my rating. Ordered Wingstop via a third party app for delivery at the Dundee location again today and it was fairly disappointing. Order a couple combo meal specials they had going on with thigh bites in parmesan and wings with garlic parm and plain. One of the drinks was completely wrong, one of the sauces was missing, and the bag was open with the "seal" sticker hanging off the side with half empty fries. The thigh bites today was also not as good as before - with so much breading and so little chicken. It was maybe 60+% breading this time (definitely more than half). When opening the pieces up, you'll be lucky to even see any chicken. Some pieces were just fried dough balls. Also, my kiddo complained that he got a headache after eating the meal...too much salt? I had placed an order online here the other night because I was around the area. It was my first time at this location. Once I had arrived I wasn't greeted for 5-10 minutes while there were 2 people standing around with 1 other person cooking. There was an order ready sitting on the counter which was clearly mine. After a while another worker showed up and went to the kitchen and stood around again. Finally a worker decided to come up to me and asked if I placed an order. Turns out my order had been the one sitting on the counter getting cold while I was standing there waiting to be helped. The soda machine also was broken. They gave me the wrong order, the cashier was unapologetic and rude. He didn't understand why I was upset when I told him I didn't want the same fries. He wouldn't let me talk to a manager nor give me corporate number and walked away with a smirk on his face. I asked his co worker for the manager she said he was but he never stated that. If he was the manager he shouldn't be. The service was upsetting. He even took the same food to give to the person who order just moved it to another bag with knowing I left to my car and had to come back in to tell him that was not my order. This location just opened up last week and they are fantastic. Husband put in an order over the phone was 25 minutes with a Diane who was very customer service friendly. They were really nice over there when going to pick up & had it ready. They were training two people there ,which was great to hear. I got Korean barbecue and Louisiana rub wings classic with extra seasoned fries. Wings were crispy & hot, plenty of sauce, but not too much where they're drowning. Fries were full of seasoning like I prefer and were cooked perfectly not burnt or too soft. Ranch was typical wingstop ranch. So happy they opened up, they are 5 minutes from us, about to get real fat off these wings. Hopefully this location stays as the other one closed down the road by panda. I was immediately told it would be 40 mins. I asked my family and we decided we will order and wait as 40mins isn't too bad. We pay and go to the car to wait- Receipt stamp shows 10:22p. Boy oh boy was that the BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! I went into the store about 5 to 11p and there were multiple people waiting and after about 5 mins get told not ready yet about 5mins. Only to wait another 15+ mins without being spoken to again. As time went on multiple people would come in to pick up and be told 15 or 30 mins. They need more people working; especially if they are gonna be open late. These guys do not know how to tell time nor gauge it. Unless you have time to kill it is not worth it. read more
