We had BBQ & General Tso's - both terrific. Full of flavor & texture contrasts. Wings were meaty & perfectly cooked. We tried Jerk, Hot Honey, and Garlic Parm. The hot honey tasted the most like classic Buffalo sauce, minus the bright orange color & overwhelming Tabasco flavor. Jerk had deep flavors & Garlic Parm was tasty. We wanted more of all of them! The fries are double-fried and absolutely perfect. Prices are reasonable & the staff are friendly. Everyone wears masks & the whole outfit feels safe. Decisions, decisions! After reading the Yelp reviews and viewing all the photos, I chose Bacon Bourbon and Berry Barbeque for my dozen wings. My husband chose Buffalo and (with some coaxing, I meant if you can get two sauces, why wouldn't you??), the Bacon Bourbon. In our online order, I requested the sauces on the side, and I'm really glad I did. We loved the sauces, but the wings were SO good plain that we both ate at least a third of them naked. Crispy, juicy and so flavorful with no sauce it all. Wow. To go with, we ordered cornbread and two beautiful dainty macarons. We were so full after the wings, but we ate every last bite. The cornbread was moist with just a little sweetness, and the macarons were exactly as pillowy and delicate as I hoped they would be. They are an extravagence at $1.25 each but are well worth it, especially if, like me, you've seen macarons a million times on baking shows but never actually ate one. Worth a Hollywood handshake. We were grabbing pizza at a spot in the same complex and loved the name of this spot. So we figured, heck let's check it out. And am I glad we did. First, the staff was awesome. Answered all our questions, gave us recommendations based on what we like and chatted us up a bit. We ordered two sets of wings (honey barbecue and buffalo garlic) and both were awesome. We even tried one test wing excellent as well. The owner, Kurt, could not have been a nicer guy. We are up in that area frequently and when I say I will be back, I will be back to try every style of wing they have. Wings came out crispy, juicy and with just the right amount of sauce. I've been over to the Jubilee for wing night in the past but I've really wanted to check this place out - always great to see a new place open in the area. I ordered the boneless wings in Mango Habanero and Berry Sriracha as well as standard wings with BBQ - honestly all were fantastic but the Berry Sriracha sauce was my favorite, really unique flavor and definitely packs a punch. While we were waiting for our order the owner started chatting and asked if it was our first time there which we advised him it was. He was just giving us a few to try while we waited and as soon as we had one we were mad we didn't order the honey garlic sauce because it was delicious! These wings were perfectly cooked- they are nice and crunchy but not over cooked. I always order my wings well done because I hate wings that look rubbery and always need to request they are crunchy but here they make them crunchy without even asking! We wound up ordering the wings and boneless wings dry with four separate sides on the side so we could try a few. Definitely a good decision if you can't make up your mind. We tried Nashville hot, Buffalo, Buffalo pineapple and garlic parm. Each sauce was delicious and I would recommend any of the ones we tried!
