Huge shoutout to Lori for making my first lashing experience a great success! I booked a fairly last minute appointment because life gets busy and I realized I need to step up the look for my brothers wedding. I was nervous and not really knowing what to expect, especially going into a UV lash experience, but Lori was amazing and walked me through the steps. She helped me decide the best style for my shape eyes and she was on point! I did a little research prior but having the expert guide me on the decision was the best thing, I'm glad she didn't just say "ok whatever you want" because I may have regretted that later. The building is right on the corner with parking out front and a small lot in the back too. She had a great playlist going and a blanket when I started getting cold too, talk about anticipating your customers needs! At the end of the appointment she talked me through care for the lashes and I left feeling like a princess. While I am not sure if I will do the upkeep as lashes are an additional expense, I will definitely be coming back to Lori when I need to get them done for special occasions in the future. I got my lashes done today by Lori (11/4/23) and I am totally disappointed. Lori was nice and pleasant but she does not have skills to charge nearly $200 for such bad works. I have been getting lashes done last two years but my lash stylist moved to Sedona so I am in search of a new lash stylist. I chose Lori seeing some good reviews on Yelp but honestly I do not believe they are genuine reviews. At the end of the work, my eyes were glued up she had to take the glues off so that I can open up my eyes properly. It hurt like hell. Then I saw the lashes on my left eyes are all clumped up and messed up. I asked her how come they are all Clumped up? She told me that's due to the old lash extensions I had. Well this is not the first time getting lashes done and I know better than that. Look at the pics of messed up clumpy lashes. I booked another appointment for removal and to get a new set. May be she can charge $60 for the low end work she does. She is nice but nice doesn't cut it. read more

I just got my lashes done today by Lori and I am pleasantly surprised! I have only had eyelash extensions once before at a large company and this experience was much better. It makes me happy to find a local, small business to support. Make up and beauty products are not my forte and Lori was helpful by asking the right questions to figure out which lashes would be the best fit for me. We decided on a natural lash. I am also extremely happy with the results. The lashes are much fuller than my first set and you can see that Lori was attentive to detail and matched the lashes to my natural lashes. These lashes also feel light and there is no poking or irritation which I did have with my first set from Amazing Lash. Lori also gave me follow up care instructions, she recommended using baby shampoo to clean the lashes but I decided to buy the lash shampoo product she had in stock for only $7 instead. They've moved to a newer location, and it's much larger and you won't hear as much street noise. The room I was in had 2 massage beds, so great for couple massages! Once again, Holly worked out all my kinks with a swedish massage. After a rough day at work, it was just what the doctor ordered! It was seriously so hard for me to wake up this morning since my body was so relaxed. Would recommend Holly for your massages, as she uses the right amount of pressure and is super calm throughout the entire thing. I just wish the 60 minutes would go by slower! read more

I bought a Groupon for custom facial for myself & one as a treat for my friend. Nikki is very nice & friendly. She checked with my skin concern before she started the facial. I like how she gently massaged my face, especially when my face was being steamed. Normally the therapist will just walk away, but she continued to massage during the face steaming. Nikki did a extraction for my face and I may say it's very tolerable. It did not hurt me at all. I agreed with the other Yelper that the head massage made hair tangle into a big clump, n when I combed my hair with my traveler size comb I broke a lot of my hair. I must say this massage made me relax a bit but I had to fix my hair before I went somewhere else. It may have to do with my dry hair. My friend who's a busy mom enjoyed her head massage a lot & didn't have too much problem detangling her hair. I guess they may wanna ask if the client prefer to have a head massage or not, since some ppl will like it but some may not expect to have messy hair after a facial. The custom facial lasted about 45min. With the Groupon price it's reasonable. I enjoyed my facial except the hair detangling part. My friend enjoyed her relaxing facial too. I had an overall good experience but I was also left quite disappointed so I had to take a star off. I paid $130 for a lash lift. To put it simply, I will still have to curl my lashes making that $130 I spent a complete waste. I have had several lash lifts over the years and this is the first time I didn't find a noticeable difference from before my lashes were lifted to after. Usually in my experience a lash lift will be quite sharp for the first 1-3 days then "fall" into the perfect curled lash thus limiting the need to use a curler(and an extra 10min). Alas I will be curling my lashes in the morning. Overall she was very professional and pleasant and clean. This place might be more for people who want a subtle look. read more

Holly, the massage therapist was WONDERFUL, one of the best massages I've had! However...the location leaves quite a bit to be desired..... 1. The massage room is right on the street with very thin windows and walls--I could hear cars driving by the whole time, doors slamming, people talking, alarms going off and dogs barking. I had a really hard time relaxing...and at times could hardly hear the music playing. 2. The receptionist (?) and another woman were having a very loud and long discussion in the welcome area...right outside of the massage room. Then, when they were done, doors were slammed....difficult to relax. I wish I could give them another chance but I honestly don't see myself coming back simply due to the surroundings...Sorry Holly, you're great, but it's tough to relax at that location.... read more

I bought the Groupon facial which was okay sort of. I left with my face feeling nice and tight. However... 1) My skin was oily with whatever it is she put on me. It felt and looked gross and greasy. 2) My hair was completely tangled from the weak and completely unnecessary head massage. No joke, my head was a big knotted clump. I went for a facial, not a creepy weak scalp rub. I couldn't brush it out with the small travel brush I have in my purse, so instead of running my errands, I had to go home, wet and condition my hair to brush it out. And I ended up loosing a huge clump in the process. 3) The girl had awful breath and her face was VERY close 4) Both ladies working were not presentable looking considering they were working at a day spa. Lori is a brilliant and very skilled. I first hired her as my makeup artist for my wedding and then she open her shop for facial treatment. When I first met Lori during my bridal trail run I really liked her style and personality, then I fell in love when I had my first facial appointment. I have very sensitive skin. Every time after a facial from other salons I come out looking like a ripe tomato, but with Lori I come out looking as I did when I came in expect I feel more fresh and relaxed. Her treatment really improve my skin. Lori is it for me. I don't plan to have anyone else to touch my face. The day of the wedding we all had a blast. All the girls looks great and I looked amazing. i came in for a one hour deep tissue massage, using a groupon that i had purchased online. i was assigned to desiree, who was a great massage therapist. after a few minutes going through my overall health and massage needs, i undressed and got onto the table, which was pretty comfortable. since it was a hot day outside, i appreciated the air conditioned room and cool table (with a light, not too thick blanket). she worked on all body parts that i mentioned and was able to adjust whenever i needed more or less pressure. when she massaged the front of my body, she gave me an eye pillow which was relaxing and a nice way to keep the sunlight out of my eyes. before i left, she gave me a bottle of water to take on my way and reminded me to stay hydrated. the studio (one suite inside an office building) is on the smaller side, but they offer massage therapy, facials, and makeup services. parking is easy, either on the street (directly in front of the office building) or in the back parking lot. read more

I booked a massage with Natasha Olson and had a very good experience here. First of all, I booked a session at 6:15pm on a weeknight and unfortunately didn't reach the place until around 6:30pm. I was fully willing to accept a shorter session but she stayed a little late to make sure it wasn't too short (btw, come a little early to fill out forms and settle into the room). The massage itself was fantastic! Natasha really released a ton of tension in my shoulders that I couldn't relieve through stretching or heat packs on my own. She applied the perfect amount of pressure to break up the knots without making it too painful either. I would definitely recommend her for a deep tissue massage. I did a makeup trial, a back facial, and the bridal package with Lori (3 facials + makeup the day of the wedding). I was VERY happy with Lori's work. She is precise, polite, and extremely professional. She spent around 1.5 hr with me during the makeup tutorial to make sure everything was the way I wanted and she took lots of notes. I decided to book her right after my trial! The three facials (over three months leading up to the wedding) were simply a treat! The spa was calming and relaxing. Lori gave me great facials and gave me lots of advice on skin care. I got my last facial + back facial two days before the wedding...it was a much needed oasis + relax time I needed! On the day of the wedding, Lori arrived promptly and started to work on my makeup. She would always ask for my feedback to make sure my look was exactly I wanted (a prettier version of me but not too much!). I was booked with Natasha and she was great! my massage lasted about 60 min. Late review but I went in about 3 weeks ago for a Swedish massage with Kisha. I had some major knots in my upper back and shoulders and lemme tell you, Kisha has an amazing touch! In a matter of an hour she worked her magic and transformed my back from bricks to butter! I won't hesitate to come back and ask for her specifically since she did an excellent job. Groupon hit the nail on this one! I was initially hesitant because Groupon has a lot of these deals for spas that end up having poor reviews. Yelp had actually for once proved otherwise, with all these people saying nothing but pleasant things about Belleza. I've never had a massage prior to this, so it's not like I'm an expert on these spas, BUT I must say, I'm impressed and I would definitely recommend it to everyone! I have yet to schedule my next massage, but I'm already looking forward to it. The place really sets you to a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is professional, friendly, and very attentive. The massage? GREAT! Pricing? I think it's pretty decent. Parking isn't as difficult as I thought it would be. There's plenty of public parking nearby if anything. Just finished my facial with Nikki and it was great. Some pain... But that's how I know she was cleaning my nose :) What I liked best was after the facial was she didn't try to sell me on products. She recommended a product that I could find on Amazon and left it as that. This review is only for their Groupon deal. I understand their 24 hours cancellation policy since it's on the Groupon fine print, but nothing and no one has mentioned about "late arrival" policy. The 60-minute session starts from the appointment time, not the arrival time. I got stuck in the traffic, and I called them to tell them I would be around 10 minutes late. After I got there, I spent another 5 minutes to fill up their new-customer form. Therefore, the masseur finished the massage in 45 minutes instead of 60. I only realized and confirmed (with the masseur) at that time that the 60-minute session starts right at the appointment time. The policy should have been stated on Groupon deal and mentioned to customers when people call in for appointments, like what they do for the cancellation policy. I gave her $15 tips even though I felt cheated; however, the whole experience has made me to question Groupon customers not being treated fair from service business. The most important thing is that the masseur didn't even wipe off the lotion after the massage (I am not sure it's their rule or she just didn't have time to do it ), and I mentioned on the new-customer form my skin is the sensitive type. I got some rash from their lotion after I got home, 100% meh to this. To be fair, the place is clean and quiet, and I guess the stuff is still friendly. I wonder if I would have a much more pleasant visit if I didn't use Groupon. read more

Used Groupon, scheduled 6 weeks in advance, no preference, got Holly. Reached 3-min late. Holly was waiting, a bit impatiently, in a deserted office. I signed in and by the time, I was ready, it was ten minutes past the start time. Holly made a sarcastic remark about "I will try to fit in what I can given we should have started 10 minutes ago". A bit off-putting. Strangely, she ended 5-minutes before my full hour, even though there was nothing else going on, quickly got into her SUV and drove off -- I would have appreciated more if she had given a few extra minutes, not a few less! She asked about areas of concern, and I mentioned lower back and shoulder. She spent a lot of time on my lower legs for some reason, a little on my back, and a lot more around the neck region. I would have preferred a full body massage, not focus on a few areas only. The massage was quite firm (more than I prefer). I suppose she was trying to be more therapeutic than relaxing, but the combination of firm pressure and localized attention, was not too comfortable. The oil was not fragrant and in fact, seemed to leave a musty odor and greasy feeling, more than I have experienced in other places. She did give some useful advice on releasing tension in the body, and suggested follow-up massage therapy on a more regular basis. The setting was just ok. Nothing special, and the fact that it was deserted felt a bit odd. The street noise is definitely high -- wonder why they cannot put up thicker window panes to sound proof better. All in all, a run of the mill place, that does a decent job, but nothing too special, and I am not likely to visit again. read more

They called me back on my day of appointment after my apt time and told me I can't cancel my appointment since I called them 21 hours before.I explained that I was sick and lady I spoke to didn't care about the business and simply told me their policy she told me I should still kept my apt and have had massage with Flu I had.
