Where do I start,took my 2017 platinum F250 in for a seatbelt recall and also wanted to have them fix the seats that don't respond to lumbar commands or message commands since the day I bought the truck. Well they said the seats work fine and recall was done, I left and didn't even Mack it a block form the service department and guess what, seats don't work. Got home and wiped down steering wheel and it was covered in grease. I always keep my interior leather treated and spot less. Made another appointment a week later, let me tell you I had to call and leave voice mails with no response and I had to keep calling to get an appointment. Finally got an appointment a week later and took my truck back in. Eric was rude to say the least and demanded for me to show him the seats that don't work. I said I can do one better and showed him a video I took that morning of the seats not working. I'm a mechanic myself and simply asked if they even pulled the trouble codes for the seats not working and he stated "YES" we pulled codes and there was none. I simply said that he was lying since I pulled the codes before I even took it in. Eric got upset with me. So today I took it back the second time and Eric had my truck again all day while I had to find a ride from someone to pick my kid up from school again. Eric called and said that the truck has a programmer and they can not get codes or even the vin number from it on there scanner. I told them nothing has changed since last week when it was there and when they said they pulled the codes last time. I stated that I told Eric he lied to me about getting codes the first time. Frustrated and way to busy working to pick up my truck before 5 I told Eric to pull it out and lock it up with the key in it. I go to get my truck at 7pm and it's unlocked with the key in it. Wittmeier is a joke and I'm done giving them chances to fix my 70,000 platinum. I will pay and fix it myself, the whole problem is the APIM, 250.00 part is a lot cheaper the greasy steering wheels and being without a truck for 2 days with the possibility of it being stolen cause the dealer is to stupid to know how and lock the doors. Steer clear of this crap hole service department and there scum bag service writers. Also good luck with the scum Honda service writer. He can't keep a job cause he is a creepy scum bag that use to work at courtesy motors. read more

Before you read my detailed review below, please note the name of the salesman in the Internet department I worked with named for Joe A. Last names cannot be used. Of the 11 vehicles I've either purchased or leased (mostly leases), Joe is one of the top three salesman I've ever done business with. If you do your vehicle research first and know what you want and then contact Joe, your sale or lease process should go very smoothly without any surprises or miscommunications. I have leased three Honda's since 2004 (now four) from Wittmeier Honda. Not all of them have been consecutive leases either as it really has to do with the sales person or dealer you're working with. I am not a buyer who just walks on to a dealers lot or auto mall to see what I might want and/or take a test drive in. Like any large purchase a consumer should do their homework first via the Internet which is what I do. Or if you know the vehicle(s) you're looking for try looking at the dealers website for sale or lease specials as well as Mfg to dealer specials. Each month changes so do your homework. Once I did my homework and knew the make and model of the vehicle I wanted plus what my budget was, it made the next step in the buying process so much easier. I provided Wittmeier and my salesman Joe A. with exactly what I was looking for. From there it was a simple as going in and signing the lease documents and driving away. For me, this lease experience has been the best of all time and at this dealer. They even delivered my Honda Odyssey to my house. They went the extra mile which is why I wrote this review. Here reading the reviews and some of you should be ashamed of yourselves. The people at Wittmeier Auto are not only kind but pretty funny and down to earth. Car dealerships have always had a bad rap about them. If you were trying to sell your car would you want to sell it for less and not make money. I don't think so. As far as the post by "Been There D." they told me the same thing but it was not that if you give them a good survey they will detail your car again. It was if you give them a good survey as a Thank You they will take care of you. You guys need to get your $hit straight. I bet none of you have the courage to be straight up with them also. As they are trying to sell you a car , you are trying to steal it away from them by also lying to them, I overheard customers in the showroom tell the salesperson one thing and tthen talk amongst them selves as to plot how they were going to get the car for cheap. Shame on all of you who give these guys a hard time. not all salespeole are bad. I had a great experience with my Salesman. i got a great price and totally happy with the car. AVOID THIS PLACE! I got a recall notice from Honda about the passenger airbag needing to be replaced for free with a loaner car available as stated on the paperwork from HONDA! Some prick service manager named Kyle tells me it will take two or three hours to repair and they wont give me a loaner car for that time, even though they are supposed to give you one. I asked why they wont give me a loaner car for a couple hours and they stated it was because the airbag needing to be fixed is on the passenger side!?!? THAT MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL.WTF. Wether its on the driver side or passenger side they are supposed to provide a loaner vehicle, even Honda said so when I called corporate. I still have to hang out for 2 or 3 hours no matter which side its on. Then kyle the one inch prick laughs and tells me to rent a car myself and why should they pay for a rental!?!? Great from beginning to end! I was talking with a guy named Santos about trading in my Dodge Charger for a Honda Civic, very helpful and answered all the questions I had prior to coming in (excellent customer Service). Santos wasn't able to come in on the day I was so, he made sure I was set up and taken care of with a gentlemen named Joe! He was already familiar with what I talked about with Santos and was unbelievably helpful and informational! He didn't rush, he made sure I could get the most for my money and credit! I was very impressed! To close the deal we sat with Kevin, he was so friendly and clear on gap insurance and warranty options! At the end Joe went to the car with me and showed me all the bells and whistles of the car! Even waved when I drove off in my new car with a smile like the commercials, lol. Three years ago Joe Arrigoni helped me find my first new car a Honda Accord EX 2017(LOVwhich I leased. Everyone had told me horror stories about leasing and that when they turned their cars in it was a nightmare so I was a bit stressed out about it. Took a bus from Sacramento To Chico (horrible experience) to purchase a 2008 Saturn Sky. Santos was kind enough to pick me up at the train depot. Unfortunately it was rainy and miserable outside. Car drove out okay, however, mirrors did not work. Service Dept's corrective action is to open the door to adjust the mirrors, then they will work! NOT! That's a safety issue. Battery died the following week, one rear tire was mounted incorrectly, the hood struts have collapsed, the list goes on. This car was NEVER inspected or tested before making it available for sale. Buyers be ware...it appears all they wanted to do was make a sale, period. Would never return. read more

My Honda Fit needed a new brake light. I thought I would need an appointment and a ride to accomplish this new light fix. Lynton Esquivel assured me none of that was necessary. I purchased a new bulb from Wittmeier Parts and before I could finish paying, my brake light was repaired. I have purchased several cars from Wittmeier and have had my service work completed at Wittmeier for years. Overall a great experience, salesman was super friendly, I did feel slightly pushed to purchase but I'm happy I did. One thing Im annoyed with is that I was told they can't sell my trade in at the lot and that they be lucky to get the 2k back that they gave me for it. I had a bunch of negative equity on a car I was not happy with. Both Brad and Shane really helped me out and was able to get me out of my old car and into a brand new Civic. My payments are a little higher than I would have liked, but that's mainly because of the negative equity and no down payment. They did the best they could for me with my given situation. Took my moms car in for a airbag recall. They said it would take two weeks to get part. They called within 2 days saying the part was there. Made my appointment. Dropped off the car then got a call about an hour later that the part wasn't there. What? Okay? My dad got heated with them. When I go to pick it back up they were rude, no we are sorry.
