They also put the drinks in a brown, paper bag but filled it with ice (to keep the drinks cold I assume, which they were). The ice was melting and I didn't know there was ice in there with the drinks so there was a puddle on my floor and I spilled the melted ice water on myself when I lifted the bag. I guess my first clue that there was a problem was that they didn't answer the phone until after a 3rd attempt when I tried to place my order. Thinking they were extremely busy, I noticed they weren't really busy at least to answer the phone while I was sitting there waiting for my order. They just simply let the phone ring.
