First time trying Wok n Roll and the reviews were true. The pork dumplings were actually made with real pork and not that imitation stuff. The casher took the time out to explain items on the menu. The dinning area was filled with beautiful plants with made for a beautiful view.

Was running errands and had a craving for Chinese, figured I'd give it a go since I was in the same plaza. The woman working the counter greeted me very warmly and let me look at a menu without hovering. I had seen another customer eating when I walked in, it looked good, so I ordered a Hunan Chicken lunch combo with white rice and an egg roll. Wow y'al!! The dish was so flavorful, perfectly spicy, the veggies were fresh and crisp, it was just delicious. Good size portion and great price, too! I left full and very happy - looking forward to trying more dishes from here. Edit to add it was very clean inside and I enjoyed looking at their amazing plants while I was eating.

Delicious and a great price for the amount of food!! Egg rolls are amazing, couldn't even wait to take a pic before eating. Their sweet and sour chicken is my normal go-to, but this hunan chicken & shrimp was awesome!

I really don't understand why this place doesn't have better reviews. First of all they are one of the few places in the area to offer combination dinners. The combo's not only come with fried rice, good fried rice at that, you also get choice of soup AND an egg roll. Their wonton is pretty standard but they have the absolute best egg rolls around. Always crispy and a decent size too. I haven't had a bad meal from them. Love this place! The only thing I wish is that they'd have homemade duck sauce for those delicious egg rolls. The packets aren't worthy of such deliciousness!

So. I've eaten a lot of Chinese take out in Richmond and I must say, Wok n Roll doesn't disappoint! I can't speak on anything but the food because I obviously get take out. I always opt for either the Shrimp Mei Fun or Shrimp and Broccoli and both dishes are always hot, fresh and tasty. I was actually surprised that the food was so good because every time I venture outside of my normal hood Chinese spots (everyone knows the hood has the best food), I get bland food. You know, the kind where you have to ask for a million soy sauces just because you KNOW you're going to have to doctor it up to your liking? Well--not Wok n Roll. The food was flavorful, and I didn't have to add anything to it. It wasn't too greasy which is an actual miracle. I always have at least one meal here each time I visit Richmond, because takeout is so necessary whenever I find a new show to binge watch on Netflix. Thumbs up!

I decided to drive to this old school tasting Chinese spot that I love. I had taste for Shrimp Egg Foo Young again. It was deeeeelicious. The patty was cooked well, but not dry. The size of the three parties again was pretty large. The gravy seasoned to perfection. You don't need soy sauce because the flavor is "perfect".

Four seasons. Brown sauce needs a little more flavor missing something

Pleasant enough. Decent Price. Hibachi or standard greasy spoon are both worth trying.

The chicken teriyaki was good, but again, none of this was anything to write home about. Service was very prompt. Overall, not a bad place to stop in on the way to or from an outing with a friend, but I'd pick a classier joint for date night.

I hate leaving a negative review but the experience I had was terrible. To start off, I placed a…read morepickup order online and when I went to pick it up they told me they just put my order in because the printer broke. I thought okay whatever I'll just wait in my car. 20 minutes later I get my order. So after 45 minutes of waiting I finally have my two very basic sushi rolls. I am allergic to avocado and made sure to write on my order TWICE that I wanted no avocado on my California roll. This may be a strange request but that's why I made sure to write it twice, in all caps. I get back to my house and realize they in fact did put avocado on my roll. I threw away the California roll (because I can't eat it) and looked over to the next. As soon as I was about to pick up a piece, I realize there is a hair in the sushi... I tried eating a few pieces but was honestly just really disgusted and annoyed. The few pieces I did eat fell apart as soon as I picked them up and were rolled improperly. 2 disgusting rolls for $20 after waiting for 45 minutes = 2 stars. And that is me being generous. Save your money. Go to Publix!!!

If you know, you know. And if you don't know yet, let me be the one to introduce you…read more O!nigiri is one of those places that feels like a little secret, tucked right next to Lotte Plaza Market, which is honestly the perfect location. I've made it my personal rule to stop here before I grocery shop, because walking into Lotte on an empty stomach is a financial decision I can no longer afford to make. I got the salmon, tuna, and sukiyaki, and every single one was exactly what a good onigiri should be: generously filled, perfectly textured rice that holds together just right without feeling like a compressed brick, and flavors that are clean and satisfying without trying too hard. It sounds simple because it is simple. That's the whole point, and that's exactly why it's so hard to do well. The owners are warm and genuinely friendly in a way that feels real, not rehearsed. The interior is small and charming, lined with anime figures and collectibles that give it this cozy, personal energy, like eating in someone's lovingly curated living room. Seating is limited, but I usually take mine to go anyway, eating it in the parking lot like a man who has zero regrets. Here's the thing though. O!nigiri used to have a spot in Carytown years ago, and when they closed, I took it harder than I'd like to admit. Something about losing a place that does something specific incredibly well hits different. So when I found out they were back, I felt genuinely victorious. Don't sleep on this place. It's a small, perfect thing in a city that deserves more of them.

We were asked if we'd like them warmed up in the microwave. The shop is quaint and a mom and pop. The owner is very friendly. There are a few small tables for inside seating, though grab and go seems to be more common.
