Quiet, towny, historic, rustic vibes! Very casual atmosphere, feels like a nostalgic place that would take cash only, somewhere your grandpa used to take you and you'd see a town regular posted at the bar. Lots of different seating options, huge booths, intimate tables, cool bar area and looked like nice outdoor patio for warmer months. Our server was SO nice and attentive, offered suggestions of her favorites from the menu. The spirit of a drink I wanted was out of stock so she suggested great alternatives. Both of our sandwiches were good and flavorful, and fries well seasoned. Good portions. Would like to try more things in the future. This is the kind of place that feels homey, like your grandma is in the kitchen and your family is all sitting around talking. If you're expecting out of this world decor and fusion food, this is not the place for you. It's cozy comfort. Our only con was that the side pickles were not good (I prefer crisp they were pretty soggy). Would definitely come back with family!

Very unassuming spot. Interior is very Bavarian, all wood everything lol. The menu is fantastic. We started with the lamb nachos, hear me out: lamb meat and a curry sauce atop pita chips. Then for my meal I had the scallops appetizer, garnished elegantly and the house salad. You can tell their lemon basil vinaigrette is made in house. Others at the table had the hot honey salmon, chicken parm and the blackened swordfish. Everyone loved their dishes. I want to try everything they have!

Love the atmosphere here! Relaxing and entertaining! Excellent beer list and unique appetizers. This is my second time here in the past couple of months. The service and food is excellent! All food freshly prepared. I highly recommend starting with the wedge salad (split with someone) and their homemade fish sticks for your entree. If you don't have enough room for dessert, get one to go.

Took the family to Wolf Creek Tavern again as we've had very good meals here in the past. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated at a booth, which I liked. The menus were already on the table, but they were stuck to the sticky table top. As an appetizer were ordered fried green tomatoes, which weren't on the menu, but were recommended by our friendly waitress. A little while later, the tomatoes arrived and my kids tasted them, but didn't like them. My wife ate one and said it was okay. I loved them and would definitely order them again. For dinner, I ordered a spinach dinner salad with chicken. It came with goat cheese and strawberries - very good salad. My daughter ordered brisket mac n cheese, which was rich, not overly smoked, and delicious. My wife's flatbread pizza was tasty and my son said his tavern burger was yummy. Great meal, great service. We'll be back.

Friday night dinner at Wolf Creek Tavern Norton, OH. Locals packed the place. The accommodating & very friendly John served us this evening. We started with a pint of Brew Kettle White Rajah & a Shirley Temple. For dinner we had their homemade Fish Sticks with Old Bay Seasoned Fries & a Hamburger with fruit. My daughter finished with their homemade Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake. The Fish Sticks came hot out of the fryer. We loved them. The fruit was a sizable portion and very fresh. The Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake was fantastic!! Unfortunately the fries were cold, and old. The burger and its roll were both dry and inedible. I think if you order any of their homemade items and dessert you'll be very pleased with your experience.

They have a new menu so we thought we would give try. It's excellent. The service was quick but a bit pedestrian. They still need to spruce the dining room up a little bit I love the lower lighting and atmosphere. All around I enjoyed my food and experience.

And the insane red meat compared the what I asked for med well. Yea that other one was bloody.

It's like they keep the Christmas tree up and they decorated for like right now it's red, white and blue so it's a really cool ambience. Enchanted Cafe how could it not be an awesome ambience?

Service was friendly and the other couple seated near us were regulars and said they've never had a bad meal there. We ended up deciding to try the western omelet and a pancake with added blueberries and a biscuit on the side. After we ordered, the owner came and talked to us and said that they are famous for their eggs Benedicts and hollandaise sauce... If I'd have known that before ordering I would have tried one of those. He did bring us a little hollandaise to sample though and it was amazing! He also brought over a piece of baklava for my husband and I to try and we agreed it was the best we have ever had! Delicious and flaky and not too heavy...the owner said they make it without honey. My husband really enjoyed his omelet (it did look super fluffy and delicious) and my pancake and biscuit were good as well. They only brought out syrup packets though; I wish they had a syrup pitcher/jug but that's just personal preference. They also charged for the tap waters we ordered so that was definitely strange. Food was solid though and everyone inside was nice. I would go back and try an eggs Benedict and get some more baklava for sure! Thank you, Enchanted Cafe, for a nice Saturday morning breakfast.

Firehouse Tavern - Honest Review…read more We stopped in because one of the ladies in our group was craving sweet potato fries. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told they're no longer on the menu--even though they still appear on the website. Our waitress explained there's a new manager and they currently don't have access to update the online menu. The atmosphere felt cold and very empty when we arrived, so we asked for something warm to drink. The only options were Coke products, so five of us settled for simply a cup of hot water. There were nine of us total, and the food came out sporadically. We tried to wait until everyone had their meal, but the timing made it a little awkward. On a positive note, I ordered the House on Fire Jalapeño Popper Burger. It came with crispy bacon, cream cheese, and jalapeños. The menu said the jalapeños were deep-fried, though I only received soft ones. However -- the burger was cooked perfectly. I asked for medium, and it came out pink inside, which told me the patties are made fresh. My side was the homemade potato chips, but they were just dry fried potatoes without much flavor or crisp. Once everyone finally had their food, the waitress disappeared. I ended up going to the bar myself to ask for water, and was handed a plastic cup with no ice. We didn't see the waitress again until she came around with the checks. The good news is: They do take credit cards The restaurant is wheelchair accessible -- but only if the correct parking spot is open. Once the lot fills (about 10 cars), the incline makes it nearly impossible for a handicap van to park safely. My burger, fries, and cup of water came to about $15. Overall, I'm not sure I'd return. My friends seemed to enjoy their meals, but between the missing menu items, slow service, and lack of warmth in the atmosphere, it just wasn't the experience we hoped for.

Danielle and I asked for them to be "well done" and they were nearly there but some of the wings had rubbery skins and made you want to gag. also, i'll never understand why restaurants can't have a little card or something that accurately describes their sauces. when i read "Cali Gold" i think it's mustard based - not the BBQ-esque sauce i got. i did have the sense to ask what Kung Fu Hot sauce was and was told it was a spicy version of teriyaki. but it didn't taste at all like teriyaki and wasn't particularly spicy. all this while some unfunny moron just kept woopin' and hollerin' from the bar every time the Steelers did something good or the Browns did something bad/dumb - as if that's something that doesn't happen in every game. to be honest, i'd go back and try something else on the menu but Danielle won't she hated her wings and doesn't care to go back. so...
