Best local coffee shop in Long Beach! The quality of the coffee is the best. I love my cappuccino but they're known for the Maple Latte. I also love their cold brew with seasonal cold foams. The location is cute for a coffee date.
First time here and will definitely be coming back!! I recommend the cold brew or the horchata latte. It's a cute little coffee shop and the brasita is a hotttie!!
The Wolf's is a cozy coffee spot amidst a bunch of local shops. I tried the regular matcha and my friend had the horchata matcha. Both had a strong matcha flavor but wasn't gritty or bitter. Delicious drinks and the perfect hot summer pick me up. The staff was polite and helpful. Thanks for having us :)
It's close by to LBCC and it's so good!! They have milk alternatives and a plant based cold foam! Big win for lactose intolerant ppl!! It's a bit pricy (esp if you sub milk) but it's honestly worth it . The espresso is really rich and the ratios are great. Staff is friendly and it's a cute little shop.
Cute little coffee shop! They have some great choices for coffee drinkers and non coffee drinks and even have some merch. There is seating outside and inside there is some seating in the front and more towards the back. There was quite a few people when we went so I can imagine it gets pretty crowded during morning work rush and lunch. Next time we're in Long Beach, making another stop for some great coffee!
2/15/26 Lavender latte is not my usual go to drink but Wolf's Brew has me rethinking. Excellent , friendly baristas, cozy & comfortable space. Prices are fair. Would likely return to this shop when in town. Free street parking, so it's first come first served. They also sell merch like coffee beans, shirts, hats, etc. There are pastries but not much left at the end of the day. My MO, I usually buy a cup & drink it for as long as it's piping hot & leave about half when it's gone lukewarm. I couldn't wait to sip it it to the last drop. Aesthetics are winning. Perfect mix of modern with warm touches, personality and inviting. Service was quick and very friendly. There is a small back room for extra sitting mostly single person use tables as well as outside seats. Good selection of classic drinks and tons of specialties PLUS a spring menu! The spring menu is currently full of pistachio themed drinks (March 2026). They seem to have something for everyone! They also sell baked goods but around 3 pm there was none left. Horchata Matcha -- was very milky and their matcha was not very strong. I could taste the horchata not the matcha. Wouldn't necessarily get again. Lavender Latte w/ Cold Foam -- not very lavender forward more subtle. As someone who doesn't love floral drinks like this I quite enjoyed it! I'd recommend this one. Parking can get busy since it's a business packed area. Will be back to try more!
Yumm! Great vibes, great service, good speed and good coffee! Coffee was not too sweet which was nice thought it can be sweetened if you like, I got a chagachino so it ofc was just sweetened with the monk fruit powder
Cute little coffee shop with tons of charm and great service. It's hidden, but luckily the window art for the holidays caught my attention. Parking on the street was easy in front. A smaller menu offering which I think helps the speed of which orders are ready. A great addition to the local coffee scene in the city. There is some outdoor seating in front, and small work/relax area past the counter.
Staff is always friendly. The cafe is usually busy when I come, but they are fast and keep the line moving. Don't be intimidated by the long line because it goes by quick. I sometimes order a hot vanilla late or iced matcha.
Cute small modern neighborhood coffee spot. With plenty of street parking and with several outdoor seating area, walking into the shop is where all the action is. When I came, around 9am, the room is packed with people lineup for ordering coffee, there is a window seating with couple high chairs. Menu is small but inspiring and several unique coffee drinks. There are also snacks, vegan donuts I over heard. Looks very dry tasty. Service is nice and friendly. There are at least 4 people working behind the counter, busies making drinks for everyone. There is a seating back room with skyline and very basic simple but elegant about it. Quite cute and cozy. The drink is very nice well make. Yum.
Wanted a chill cafe with outdoor seating that I can come enjoy with my dog. The local coffee shop that I liked near me did not have outdoor seating so I went on a little drive and saw Wolf's Brew on google maps. Inside is super cute. They had a simple sign up with the drinks menu and the barista showed me another menu on the counter with the specials. They had a Lavender Latte and an Earl Grey Latte that I had my eye on and decided on the Earl Grey since I don't see that much at cafes. She made me a half caff cup. The earl grey is light and not what I was expecting but a good brew nonetheless. They also have a case of pastries including vegan donuts. There's a record player down the hall with some records to play, some shop merch and more couch seating at the back. Single stall restroom for patrons is clean. Wish it was closer to me because it's just such a nice vibe. We went on a Tuesday morning before the lunch rush, and there was a good amount of street parking.
A spontaneous solo trip to Wolf's Brew! This is a cozy spot that offers wonderful coffee classics. I tried their maple latte which also has vanilla syrup and cinnamon - I ordered it iced, half sweet with oat milk, and it was great!

Supporting this local business. I like the store set up where the sit-in area is sectioned off from the front. It's a great place to enjoy a good cup of coffee and get some work done. There are some tables and chairs that you can sit down. Coffee: 4/5 - good coffee taste, beautiful latte art Ambiance: 4/5 - it's great overall, it could be noisy and loud at some point Customer service: 5/5 I recommend this place and will come back! read more

I was early to pick someone up at LB airport so I decided to stop at a coffee shop and came across Wolf's brew. Nice location with great parking. Now the coffee- This was by far the most I've spent on a cup of coffee. I was shocked! Almost $12 that's highway robbery in my book. The coffee was decent. You can taste the pumpkin. The pumpkin soft top could have been better. It wasn't as fluffy like what I'm used to at Da Vien. read more
Happened upon this place one day and so glad we did. When you first walk in it looks very small but it has some spots to sit in the back. We had the horchata latte and the maple latte. The Horchata latte was delicious. The maple latte was a gamble for us because it sounded interesting but wasnt sure how it would taste. It was fucking amazing. So glad we tried it. Walked in here with my sister ( we are Hispanic) both white baristas just starred at us coldly, no greeting at all. Shop wasn't even busy when we were there. A few minutes in, a white couple comes and these two dudes warmly welcomed them in. Barista with tattoos on his hand, total jerk. The same people preaching tolerance are very selective on who and how they greet. Do better you racist fellas. read more
Cute, hip little coffee shop that ticks all the boxes: aesthetic interior, strong yummy lattes, and quick service. My go-to is the maple latte (half sweet), which comes with a dusting of cinnamon. Husband loves the chai latte here. read more

I got a cold brew with sugar free vanilla syrup. I thought it had a really good flavor. it was deep and smooth but not overpowering. the vanilla enhanced it nicely. I am glad they had sugar free syrup options. my friend got the iced maple latte with oat milk. she didnt taste maple at first and so asked for more syrup. she said overall it was not her favorite drink. I liked the decorations. there was an interesting back room with additional seating and a nice tree. The floors were really cool. they sold merchandise and grab and go options. the ambiance was chill. seems like a good place to get work done, especially in that back room. The price was pretty reasonable. I paid for my friend's latte which was a bit pricey but it was a specialty latte with an alternative milk so I can't be too mad. They accepted contactless payment. The barista wasn't very talkative, but he was locked in! I could tell he knew what he was doing. He measured the amount of syrup in milliliters/ounces rather than standard pumps, which I always love to see. overall I had a good experience. I would love to come back and review more items if they invited me back. read more

This place was okay. We got two drinks the matcha latte with oat milk and the Ethiopia Cold Brew. I just started getting into matcha and have been trying a match everywhere I go! So far I've had really good ones and this one was not it. It tastes like just straight up milk. The cold brew also was just okay nothing special and not the best. The place is cute and small we were lucky to find an open seat! The place was busy so didn't really get to interact with them since they were non stop go go go. The horchata matcha was way too sweet and the horchata flavor was very overpowering I couldn't even taste the matcha it might as well be just horchata. The lavender latte was better for sure. read more

This place had been on my list for a while now and I finally checked it out today. Walked in and they did not have that many latte options. I asked how the seasonal pumpkin spice latte was made and it didn't quite catch my attention. The only thing that makes it Psl is a syrup. Other coffee shops add a foam or other homemade spices and/or cream. So, I was not impressed. I ended up ordering the horchata latte because why not give this place a try. Again, there was nothing special or interesting about it. The powder must have been Klass, the kind you find at the Mexican markets because that's what it smelled like. I know my horchatas lol. Any who, the latte also was not strong with coffee flavor and it was quite flavorless. If you know me, you know I like strong espresso especially in lattes. Well this visit was disappointing. I ended up at Solid coffee in Cerritos because I still needed my coffee fix!!! read more

Prices are so high!! I understand it's a small business but OMG. 3 croissants, and 3 lattes and it was $44!! Insane. We got regular milk and added cold foam on top!! Nestled on a side street near Lakewood Blvd. and Carson St., Wolf's Brew is a cozy spot with hands-down the best lavender latte I have ever had in my life. The espresso was perfect, made creamy and sweet. Sometimes lavender can be a mild flavor, but they did not shy away from emphasizing the floral-y yumminess (with dried lavender petals sprinkled on top). So. Good. read more

Iced horchata latte with oat is verrrry solid. I'd get it again, even though it was $8. Spendy coffee but it was definitely quality! Hot chai with oat was also nice. Workers are friendly & chill. A little small inside but there is some room to stay and get some work done. WiFi was pretty good I think. read more

AMBIANCE: This coffee shop is small, pretty laidback, and I like their decor & choice of indie music. Honestly I might come in here more to study or relax if I'm nearby. FOOD/DRINK: Iced ube almond latte - I wasn't expecting it on the menu. Luckily, I was in the mood for ube these past two days so I'm glad I came when I did! It had a pretty purple color on the top and the starchy flavor of ube to cut into the aftertaste of coffee so all things considered, I enjoyed it a lot. SERVICE: Chris was quick and accomodating for my dairy allergies! He made the latte in a separate steam pitcher and took the time to talk to me about the warming summer weather. Seems like a nice guy, glad he was my barista today. read more

This is probably one of the few places that has a perfect balance of sweet and coffee flavor, without the espresso bitterness at the end. I ordered the maple latter and it was so smooth and yummy. The only thing was staff were not welcoming and although I said thank you when I grabbed my coffee AND on my way out, no one acknowledged me. read more

Order: Iced Maple Latte $6.50 + Chocolate Chip Cookie $3. The ice maple was good. The maple flavor came through well, without being too strong, sweet, or tasting syrupy. I would like to also try it hot. The cookie was also tasty. At first it tasted a little basic, but the more I ate it- it grew on me! Service: Quick and Friendly! The barista provided recommendations based upon my preference. My drink was ready in a flash! Ambiance: super quick little coffee shop in LongBeach. My favorite part was the sitting area in the back of the shop. It was an unexpected surprise to see the small, quaint, and nicely curated seating space back there! I didn't get a photos out of respect for the folx who were enjoying the space. read more
I tried Wolf's Brew for the second time because it's close to a place that I work often. The people working are always very nice and will chat with you if you want to. This time I ordered a iced green tea and it was fine. My coworkers all loved the espresso tonic they have here and I've learned that it's rare to find this drink other places--it's a $7 drink though which is a lot! All in all, the tea was fine and the coffee I ordered the year prior was fine too, but it didn't knock my socks off. I did like that I got a coupon from them (last year) after ordering, but was sad to realize it expired long before my most recent trip...the thought was there though! The ambiance is nice here too--very cozy, kind of small and has clean restrooms. There's a small room being the kitchen and before the bathrooms to sit and plug in to do some work or study. First timer here and it was a cute little spot. Loved the vibes here and it was so warm and cozy. They had a great selection of pastries and coffee selection as well as teas for those who don't drink coffee like me. There are many little areas you can sit like the window little side bar area and just people watch. There are tables outside and a really cool spot a bit further in with a few tables to sit and relax and read a book and enjoy your coffee. Love that they have a few workers so you get your coffee and whatever you order pretty quick. They had a cool vendor outside that's set up and they serve hot food like burritos and other fun stuff to have with your beverage. As soon as we approached the coffee shop it smelled delicious. The atmosphere here was very chill and loved the small touches they have on the walls and decor. They had some cool merchandise you can purchase as well and cold refrigerated items as well to go. My friend and I stopped here for morning coffee. I ordered the matcha latte, and she ordered the horchata latte. My matcha latte was very good even though it could have used more matcha for my taste. I tried the horchata latte, and it was also very good. The service was pretty quick. They were well staff for the busy morning! The cafe also has seating in the back. Cute cozy cafe along a small side street of shops. Reminds me of Portland OR. Friendly staff, they're very attentive and fast too. Drinks were pretty on point. Lavender matcha was lightly floral, solid sweetness. Lematcha is heavy on the match with a light lemon flavor, not too sweet. There's some small tables and a few benches/couch inside, outdoor benches too. Nice spot to support small businesses when you can, better coffee than some nationwide coffee shops for sure. read more

Definitely a fun place to visit! The team was great and very kind. I don't think it would be the best place to do some work as the tables are little funky. I was able to get the sugar substituted for honey and they blended it nicely. I like my matcha to be a very dirty flavor and unfortunately I wasn't the biggest fan of it, but still good. If I'm around again I'd definitely give it another try. read more

Went here after shopping, heard good reviews about this place and I'm glad I listened. I got the iced rose latte with strawberry cold foam (with cute little rose petals) and fell in love with it on the first sip. I usually never get rose related lattes but this was divine. Customer service was great, I saw the dedication the baristas showed for our order. I can't wait to come back here again and try other drinks here. read more

From the moment they took my order to preparing it, the vibes were so friendly. Each barista was interactive + kind. They gave me honest recommendations for their seasonal drinks. We tried the Maple Oat Latte with Oat Milk, the Horchata Matcha + a Coconut Caramel something (I believe). All the drinks were so tasty too! They offer oat milk + decaf which we got for some drinks. Would recommend + would come back. There isn't much seating inside but they also have outside tables which is especially nice for LA weather year-round. read more

Quaint coffee shop, friendly service and a place to study/work should you need it. There aren't too many outlets and not too much seating so be mindful of that. I've always gotten an espresso and whenever you get a bag of whole beans to go, you can get a cup of cold brew or drip. read more
