If i could give 0 stars, i would. Worst nail job ever. Went in for a basic square shape full set and ended up leaving with a cut cuticle and nails with acrylic funk all under my nails. Literally kept telling the guy he was making it too thick, and the owners son kept going on about how the placement of the nail was after i had given the example of the nail line. At the end when they were to apply the color, they used no base and the color was super thinned out. Left without color. Pretty sure they didn't give two F*cks and still made me pay full price for BS job. Never going back and don't recommend at all. And the son admitted they didn't use the best powder either. This is regarding my nails :-( so highly frustrated so I dislike doing my nails because it's so hard to find a Good nail artist seems, like I've had better luck with my toes. Every time I go, I always get gel it's a bit pricer but lasts longer. Went three days ago and wasn't happy with my nails they were so clumpy and big !!! As well as in even :-( went back today for a fix because my cuticles weren't fixed when applying nails so they looked ugly and asked for fixing today. Since it was bugging me $70 with $6 tip and I was not happy. Nancy had a attitude about fixing, then told me she would, she said it's all done and I was still drying she didn't double check like they usually do. She went to help someone after she fixed it and I was drying them under blue light (Rude- manner she says ) it's all done and snatches the light for the gel A few hours later these nails are not dried ( one peeled so I pulled it because it was falling and they look terrible ). I'm so upset, wasn't going to yelp but after he chipping and rude ness I had too!!!!!! Update: went again for a fix & didn't want Nancy to work on me, she didn't even care to file and make my nails look nice. She did not care that, I was a dissatisfied customer. The owner said they would fix the nail that came apart. I wasn't happy about any of the nails. Luckily Tammy was there , I seriously love her. Such positive & good attitude & she had them take off the polish, shape my nails, to make thinner, re paint and file. Now I love them!!! Tony worked on them & fixed them, just tipped again, I don't like to be Rude. Tammy is also wonderful went with her 2 xs prior & was so happy & she talks to you & make you comfortable. They started out as a great place. As time went along, it went downhill. I'd make an appointment but still had to wait. My appointment would be made with a certain person and that person would take a more regular customer instead. Don't waste your time on a callous removal with your spa pedi. The work wasn't terrible, the guy who did my toes did amazing and the massage was so nice! The pedicure came out great. This was my first time getting a gel manicure however and it wasn't great. Let's try this review again, shall we Yelp?! 3/29/19- I hate giving bad reviews, but this one is necessary... wish I could give negative stars for this negative experience. There was a total of 2 people getting service when I first came in. It took a hour before anyone can get started on my pedicure! I took my niece to get her mani-pedi set for the spring break Holiday. Her mani-pedi was completely dry, and she being a little child, of course she was bored beyond means having to wait for my ONE pedi service to be done. I felt so bad for the other little girl who had to come back the next day with her Mom for her Birthday service, and she had a appointment! smh. I literally watched these two old bags do one persons full set, and purposely ignore me while watching the sacks dry on the other lady's feet. Not once did they come over to get me started with. These employees are sooooo slow, and the place was slow at this time which was even more pathetic. At this point I'm pissed and start to think about leaving all together without my service (WHICH I SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!), but once one of the guys gets finish with my niece's nail set, I ask for him to do my feet next (since he was the first and only worker done). Apparently that seem to upset one of the old bags because after I tell her that I want for HIM to do my service instead of her when she finally approaches me, she randomly yells "Oh no, ok" and hits me hard on my leg (YES THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED...) Then she tries to hit me on my shoulder and I literally have to twist her arm and slap it away from me. People I tell you, the only reason that stopped me from drop k!ck!ng the cr@p out of this B*T&H with my wet foot, was the fact that I did have my 6 year old niece with me. I was in disbelief and completely livid at her act of unprofessionalism and disrespect. Seriously, who even does something like that? Everytime that she walked by me, I saw myself wanting to... (well...you get the point). After my feet finally get done and we've been in the shop for over 2 hours, I start to get my shoes on (do not care if their completely dry or not at this point). I take my niece to the back to use the restroom. I spot her in the back getting something and I confront her about on her BS behavior. She decides to play dumb and act like she didn't do anything wrong....sudden lack of English perhaps? When I get ready to pay and leave, I ask to speak to with the on-site "manager" outside. This joker (who admits to be her son, ugh), was nonchalant about the whole thing, tries to smirk and giggle and then tells me that she "did not mean it in that way" and "she was just playing", and she doesn't hate the customers at all. (OH REALLY?!?!) Basically I got a half a$$ apology, if I "felt offended". I told him to his face blank point, that you better check her on controlling her behavior and actions because I guarantee that the next person she tries that with may NOT hold their composure like I did. Overall, that day I was mad at myself for not going to my regular spot in Temecula. This would of never happened had I gone there instead of this hole in the wall "establishment". Trust, I will NOT be back here! read more

I walked in and Nancy took me in right away which I liked but as soon as I sat down she started rushing everything I told her I wanted to take off the existing gel acrylics off because I wanted them longer and she didn't sound very pleased with that .. She didn't give me the color palette and when it came to the end she was like what color and I had to choose white because she said someone was seeing the colors .. I asked for coffin shaped long nails and instead i got oval egg shaped nails which looked horrible ,they are uneven and bumpy and she got nail polish all over my finger and on top of that she even cut me .. towards the very end she started yelling at another nail tech for I don't know what reason but she was yelling ... Never going here ever again I wouldn't recommend this place at all read more

This was my first and only visit. My pedicure turned out okay so that is the only reason I gave a generous two stars. Overall, the experience was terrible! The whole time I was there the owners were on a personal call with Direct TV customer service. The man doing my pedicure was talking on the phone through the whole thing. No one wants to listen to that. By the time my toes were drying, he passed the phone to his son. Instead of starting the nails of the woman in front of him, the son continued the call and was behaving so rudely to the woman on the call. I totally understand that it can be frustrating when you're on that type of call. However, they should understand that when customers are getting their nails done, they are there to relax. It was not a relaxing experience at all for me. It was stressful and uncomfortable! I will never go here again! read more

This place is wonderful! I had never been here because I didn't know it was there. I went in, was immediately greeted by Dat and helped out right away. I have been helped by Both Dat and John along with Dat;s Mom too they all did an excellent job on my nails and toes all while making you feel comfortable. They give the best pedicures here!! Horrible atmosphere. Not relaxing at all. The owners son is a Q-anon conspiracy theorist. I was sitting about 10 feet from his station having a mani pedi. I have no problem with the tech who worked on me and they did a very good job. I sat through two of his clients while he discussed the "fake" moon landing, the earth being flat and other crazy theories. He played a video of the fake moon walk for his first client very loudly. When his second client sat down after asking how she was , asked her if she believed the earth was flat or round and when proceeded telling the same stories. At that point I asked he could please stop because I came to have a relaxing time not listen to him blab. The second client started making comments and I told her it was none of her business. When I left I asked who the owner was and he said he was. After reading other reviews I believe he is the owners son. The client starting butting in again and calling me names , when I said I would not leave a nice yelp review and she said she would watch for it and when started accusing me of things that never happened. The two techs had to hold her down as she was becoming very aggressive. If that's the conversation they want to have instead of providing their customers with a relaxing and pleasant experience when this is the place to go.I will find somewhere else read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been a few times now for acrylic and gel, and I'm always happy with the results. I'm extremely picky with my nails..I don't like them too thick, long, or wide, and Delilah gets it right every time. Everyone there is super sweet and fun to be around. First time customer and I had Dian. I asked for the #3 callus remover pedicure. I actually walked out of there with soft feet, she did an amazing job. The facility was clean and smelled wonderful. My husband doesn't like me to bring our daughter to nail salons because of the smell. I did not smell any nail products overwhelming me when I walked in, it was refreshing. The one down fall I would say is one gentlemen opened the back door and lite up a cigerette, I cannot stand the smell of smoke (I also am 5 months pregnant). They don't have as many chairs as the other 2 salons, and you might have to wait awhile (they take appointments and actually honor them)...but they have been doing nails for a long time, with very little turnover. I am extremely pissed off if i would give less than one star if I could!!!! I went to this nail salon on Sunday November 5th Angie did my nails she was very sloppy with the acrylic application I got acrylic all over my finger tips. I was trying not to be mean so I let that go and continue to let her do my nails thinking the end results would be much better. I asked her if she could do a more narrow look because the nails looked too wide and two huge for my fingers she just filed a little bit not as much as I wanted and then sent me to wash my hands. Once she applied the polish and put me somewhere else so my nail polish can dry I noticed that the nails were not as i expected they were ugly and uneven my right hand nails are shorter than my left hand nails and my right hand nails are more curved than my left hand nails so I told the other lady that was there that I did not like my nails she called Angie to the front counter but she was taking her sweet time in the back and was not coming out I am super mad and pissed off that I paid $20 for a crap job and that's just because I chose to pay the $20 they wanted me to pay more. This nail salon is horrible I do not recommended at all!!! The pictures I will be posting won't even do justice of how bad this nail application was.
