Our server was excellent: informed, accessible and spent just the right amount of time with us at every turn. We had the cheddar biscuits and this flavored butter situation, the likes of which I've never experienced (and believe me, I've had a lot of butter in my time!). My husband said a couple days later, that he's still convinced there was accidentally gluten in those biscuits. There was NOT -- he just can't account for why they were so good. We both got fantastic entrees, and here is my only critique of the evening. Our roasted/grilled meats were absolutely DELISH, and they both came with sauce and nuts. Way, way too many nuts! For budgetary purposes alone, I'd think the chef wouldn't want to serve that many pine nuts to someone (but the pine nut chili crisp was unique and amazing).
