This place was easy to miss since its in the corner in a strip mall. The restaurant itself is tiny af and its run by 2 older ladies so its a bit of a wait which was fine with us. We waited probably about 15 mins to get seated and then it took about another 20 to order and get our food. We got a beef tofu stew (not picture) $17 and a beef hot stone bibimbap $19. We each got our own side dish with 4 side dishes. There was cabbage kimchi, radish kimchi, cucumber kimchi, and a soy braised potato with fish cakes. I love a good hot stone bibimbap because of the crispy rice and this was CRISPY. I loved it. The side dishes were the perfect compliment to the dishes too. I will say my only complaint is the beef wasn't as flavorful as some other places but with how much food they're cranking out with only 2 people, they're doing a pretty great job. Despite all the people coming in and the people eating, the lady in the front was still happy and let people know there would be at least a 30 min wait to get seated. Overall, I would probably go here again if I was in the area and wanted a got stone bibimbap and didn't mind a wait but its definitely not a place to go if you're starving due to the potentially long waits. read more

I'd say a true 4.5 out of 5. Probably the best Korean food I've come across thus far in the state of Colorado! We showed up right at close so the proprietor asked us to place our order quickly which I understand. Ban Chan was excellent you could taste the freshness and the flavors blended very nicely with the stone pot bimbinbap and beef plate. This place is what I love about a restaurant: a hole in the wall with the best food. Woo-Ri was one of the top places I wanted to try, and when the opportunity arose, I went. Let me start by saying, that it is hard to find since most of the signs are in other languages, but the lot they are in is small, and easy to walk around to find it. When my friend and I arrived it was already nearly full at noon, but we were able to snag a table. Our server gave us tea as we sat and waited for our food. The menu is simple which is great. I ordered the kimchi soft tofu stew. The stew came with purple rice and banchan (kimchi, cucumber, radish, and potato). The stew had such great flavor and had so much tofu in the dish. I got the medium level of spice, but next time I'm getting it spicier! The meal was super filling and luckily I had leftovers for later that day. The banchan you can tell were made fresh. This is a great place to go if you are looking for a warm cozy meal on a snowy day, or if you get done shopping at the H-mart across the street. read more

It's a very small shop with a pretty small menu, which I kind of appreciated as lots of options can sometimes get overwhelming. There was only one lady working the whole space - taking orders in person and by phone, serving food, bussing tables. I was really impressed by her because she was able to do it all quickly and efficiently; I didn't feel that things ran slowly at all, and she was really nice as well. As for the food, it was so good! And reasonably priced. I got the bibimbap in the stone bowl - it was so fresh and stayed crispy hot for the whole meal. Our server, Abigail brought each of us a tray of banchan, side dishes. The bibimbap was wonderful, made spicier-savory with added gochujang chili paste. Everything was delicious and satisfying. This place sells yummy Korean side dishes and gimbap.... But never tried the food here until yesterday. Seems like everyone's food of choice is the stone bowl bibimbap for lunch so we did that and the beef bone soup. Both are super delicious and I love their purple rice mixed with regular rice.... (See those on Kdrama a lot). The soup comes unsalted and they give you salt to flavor it on your own which I love. They are known for side dishes so of course the kimchi was super yummy and fresh. They give you some and they also sell their own. Pictured above is said banchan with purple rice and their soft tofu soup. As much as i love tofu house, this place gives you SO much more soft tofu haha. They literally only had about 6 tables and i love it. while i was there, several people came through asking for their kimbap, which they had run out of. Then I went to Woo Ri, very close to the H mart (catty corner) and man was I impressed. The place was packed but I got there early enough to get a table. You get some hot tea with your meal (that green tea). The place is a dive, in the best sense of the word. Cooler for to go items, korean rolls to go. . marketplace feel with seating. Food was done in enough time, and it came out sizzling hot in that clay bowl. Also got the standard sides for korean, including home made kimchi. This place is a little hard to find. if you have ever been to Golden Saigon Vietnamese restaurant, you are getting very warm. No need to speak Korean, other than being able to read the sign over the door. The staff was nice to us. The five tables were filled with Koreans, but one group left just as we arrived. Yes! Two of us got bibimbap bowls and I got the tofu seafood soup with medium spice. everybody enjoyed the food. It was obviously made fresh and was delicious. The tofu in the soup was melt in your mouth good. I only found one shrimp in the bowl, but there were lots of clams. read more

It would be the perfect go to option for a cold winter day. The second dish I got was my absolute favorite Korean dish of all time. Dolsot bibimbap. The best way to eat this dish is to pop the over easy egg and let the dish rest for about 3-5 minutes. The stone bowl is so hot that it's still cooking the rice underneath. When you do this, you allow a nice delicious crust to form and I like to scrape the bottom toward the end.
