Amazing service, the employees here were super nice and very fun. The food looked and tasted incredible! I recommend the eggs and rice, Bulgogi, and the marinated chicken.

When I say excellent... I mean excellent! Wow. Went there on a date and oh my goodness, that is our spot. So we decided to get some Korean dishes and skip the BBQ. We want the real stuff! One thing I will mention about the BBQ, which I think is nice, is they walk around to the tables and cook the meats for you. I am not sure if that is a normal thing but I like that because I always do the cooking for everyone at the table and it takes away from my eating time. Ok on to the food... We got these yummy pork bao buns. Oh my gawsh, sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! Juicy with every bite. Savory and sweet. I wanted more haha. We also got the Yook Hoe, amazing amazing AMAZING! The presentation was so lovely. Our server showed us the cute little quail egg. and cracked it open and started mixing everything. It's also served with pear wich gives it an even more refreshing taste. NEXT we got the Kalbijjim. The flavors in this dish were mouth watering. The meat fell right off the bone as they were cutting it. Our server also recommended after we eat the meat to put our white rice in the juices. Omg, my mouth is watering now just thinking about it. All the side dishes were really good too. The tofu and broccoli sides were my favorite. The broccoli was really buttery. So good. At the end they gave us a mini glass of a cinnamon ginger drink. That was delicious. I definitely need to come back soon and try more dishes. Good job!

My friends and I had an entirely delicious meal at Woodam. We selected the bulgogi beef, which is drenched in a delicious marinade, and the chicken, which is served with fried garlic and grilled onion. We ordered the spicy variants of both proteins, but any spice was definitely mild. We polished off the banchan and 3 dishes of the miso paste between the three of us. We also asked for the squid appetizer - it's a crisp, light breading and has a noticeable spice profile, unlike our proteins. Since one of our proteins was chicken, the server cooked it for us. But they also then cooked the bulgogi without asking us if we wanted to ourselves. My party was exhausted after an atypically long work week - maybe we were giving off vibes - but they should've asked. As a party of 3, the server pushed us to order 3 proteins. I'm glad we went with just 2. The plentiful side plates help fill you up, and we ordered the app too. It was also someone's birthday, so the servers played loud music in the dining room, which disrupted our meal. Be prepared to spend roughly $50 a person if you go for the on-table BBQ experience. They do offer a la carte plates if you're not up for family-style eating. On a Friday night at 6:30, we waited 20 minutes after arrival to be seated.

Tasty Korean BBQ spot in a more modern, upscale setting. We got the beef set A for 2 with a side of Kimchi Jjigae and hot-stone bibimbap. Everything was elegantly plated. Galbi and Prime rib were grilled carefully by our waitress and were cooked just right to a medium. Kimchi Jjigae was a tad salty and lacked some depth, otherwise the other stew sides were solid! I have to disagree with a few of the other reviews I saw before visiting -- I appreciated the extremely attentive service whether that was for tea, Banchan, or offers to pour out each of our stews. The cinnamon ginger drink offered at the end was perfect to wrap up the meal.

Gorgeous setting. Lunch menu does not skimp - you definitely get a full meal. Grape aid is yummy and all dishes were spot on. Attentive staff - really liked this spot!

This location has been many thinks in the past that have failed out but I think the current restaurant will be a success Having lived in MO Plains I joined friends for dinner and they choice Woodam. Inside is well laid out with plenty of room, a bar set back deeper in the restaurant and plenty of woodwork I recommend reservations, my friends mad them so we didn't have to wait but many did that came in after us. That said service was good and the owner was constantly present , my only disappointment was my dish came out significantly earlier then both of my friends . Not planning on eating before then I sent it back to keep warm - no issues mgmt was understanding Once the food came it was all delicious We had two appetizers Mandu & Pa Jun. The mandu came with 6 dumpling , all were nicely crisped and flavorful. The Pa Jun was excellent - think of a deep dish Chinese scallion pancake.. excellent! Crispy , many vegetables, FLAVORFUL For entree I had the spicey Dak chicken . It was more sweet /spicey then spicey level 3 out of 10 spicey - prefect.. sauce was delicious and served with choice of white or brown rice Finally , the restaurant is BYOB which adds to the value opportunity. Great choice by my friends and I look forward to visiting again to further explore the menu For entree I

Solid Korean spot in Morris Plains. Kind staff, clean. Recommend the bone broth with short rib or the Korean spicy wings.

The Capital Grille (Parsippany, NJ) - A Deficit-Healing, High-End Haven…read more After a brutal afternoon at the Wind Creek Casino tables in Bethlehem where the cards refused to cooperate, my girlfriend and I fled east, ditching our original steakhouse reservations for a local gamble: The Capital Grille in Parsippany. Arriving around 5:00 PM, I was acutely aware that my attire screamed "gambling casualty" rather than "fine dining enthusiast." Mercifully, the staff showed elite restraint, ignoring my casual wardrobe with absolute grace. The hostess greeted us warmly, guiding us into an upscale, immaculate dining room. Looking around, you could see the floor staff moving with the quiet, focused intensity of an orchestra tuning up for the Saturday night rush. Our server, Carl, was an absolute professional. He navigated the menu with the kind of photographic memory that makes you wonder if he moonlights as a memory champion. We kicked off with appetizers: a rich, comforting clam chowder for her and the glazed thick-cut bacon for me. Both were exceptional. For the main event, I ordered the 22oz bone-in ribeye with porcini rub. It was prepared to absolute perfection, hitting that elusive, beautifully seared sweet spot right between rare and medium-rare (a precise temperature the culinary world calls Pittsburgh rare, or simply a perfect Kona sear). It easily tracks as one of the top three steaks I have ever had in the area. Because my girlfriend doesn't eat meat, she pivoted to a spread of sides, ordering the creamed spinach and the Sam's mashed potatoes (a decadent potato casserole). While the presentation was flawless, the flavor profiles didn't quite sweep her off her feet--a minor blemish on an otherwise stellar culinary run. The ambiance is fantastic, though you might want to pack a light jacket, as the indoor climate control was set to "meat locker. Yes, the bill requires deep pockets, but fine dining is a realm where you truly get what you pay for. The house always wins at the casino, but The Capital Grille felt like a massive victory. We will absolutely be back.
