Whoa, Nelly! What happened? Haven't been here for a couple years and it is no way close to being as good as it was. While the service can be lackluster sometimes (I've had to wait until the end of my meal to receive my drink before), the excellent kung pao chicken makes up for it. I've tried dishes other than the kung pao chicken before and they have been decent, but it's really a mistake to order anything else. read more

I really enjoy visiting Woo's Teriyaki for both lunch and dinner. I especially love x100 their chicken teriyaki! Do not recommend. Not as good as once was. Staff do not speak English. Have horrible, snotty attitude with customers. Asked for four cups and a pot of tea and they brought four pots of tea for four people. They did not give us any choice but to pay for it. $60 for four people‍ rip off! read more

The husband and I love coming to Woo's, but only for the food. The service is really hit or miss. The owner and the waitresses can come across pretty catty when they're busy... or slow... or just when you catch them on a bad day. We've come in several times and had the best service, but we've experienced more times where we had to wait 20 minutes for just a menu and even longer for food. If you're not in a rush, the kung pao is pretty good. read more

So far I've had the chicken teriyaki with fried prawns and the bulgogi. Both were really good and although you may ask for the spicy level to be mild, these guys aren't messing around and certainly melt your face off with medium. While they really brought the heat with the food, it's possible to end up with a seat by the door where you'll freeze your jingle bells right off. So beware! read more

Take out order was a very long wait and the food was rather salty. I often wonder why, when a local family from Hawaii move to the mainland, they change the hawaiian local style food so much? The taste is not authentic hawaiian. I also wonder why everyone here combines ethnics? We had terrible service, the waitress was super snotty, and the food was just okay. If you want any drink refills, you basically have to walk up to the pop machine and get them yourself. The teriyaki chicken was dry and rubbery. The best thing was the gyoza. They were crispy and the dipping sauce was delicious. Some of the best Kim chee I have had since moving from the Seattle area. Asked for the hot level of spicy and it was better than expected. Most places claim hot, this place delivers the heat. Worth the drive from east Kennewick. Good prices great food will definitely be going back. read more

Not great. I've eaten at Woos for years and it used to be at the top of my list. Sadly much has changed here in the past couple of years. Sauces are overly sweet, service is less that awesome and past artful cooking has been replaced with slapdash stir frys. I stopped by for take out and ordered the vegetarian stir fry with tofu. The service was great and the food came out fast (less than 10 minutes). The inside was clean. However, the stir fry was really salty for my taste! Like, really salty. And for being a vegetarian dish, I was hoping the veges would be the star of the show, but there wasn't much variety (maybe 3 or 4 kinds of veges). We adore woo's. Grew up eating here and go back often. The kungpow chicken and chicken teriyaki are excellent! The food here can be EXTREMELY spicy, a 5 star is not for the faint at heart. Definitely not the best Korean food I've had but it's nice to have something resembling it in the area. Reasonably tasty bibimbap, and the pickles they served with it (they were out of kim chee when I went) were very yummy. The best thing about this restaurant is they have bubble tea! VERY DISAPPOINTED on the new owner, and the cook. We ordered Kung Pao Chicken, the sauce is too much, and too spicy for mild. As for the Yakisoba, the cook cannot keep the noodles from falling apart, and the noodles are swimming with sauce.. We had been eating this restaurant for many years with previous cook and owner, whatever the menu they had, it's not the same taste... Overall, I think the owner needs to find a new cook. Don't come hear for the atmosphere. It's nothing special inside, but something amazing is happening in the kitchen! I'm addicted to their kung pow chicken. It is served with white rice and iceberg salad with a tasty dressing. My only warning is the spicy level (hot to taste) at Woos. I LOVE Woo's Teriyaki! They have the spiciest food in the Tri-Cities, but they also have mild stuff for those who can't take spicy. I have loved everything I've tried and their prices are GREAT! My favorite is Kung Pow Chicken (mild -- which is still quite hot). Their stir-fry vegetables and rice are great for those who can't take spicy. The Yaki Soba dishes here are pretty good and the fact that you can order your food spicy is great. This is the best place in the Tri-cities for Asian-style noodle dishes. Every other Asian cuisine place I've been to in the Tri-cities serves up half-rotten or otherwise third-rate vegetables and toppings. You won't get that here. What has not impressed me at this place is the lackluster service. I don't quite understand why 2-3 waitresses can't seem to hold down this restaurant. On multiple occasions, I've waited anxiously trying to get my server to look up so that I can make eye contact, only to watch her go about her business with evasive tunnel vision. Meanwhile, my mouth is on fire or I'm choking waiting for water, or I'm falling asleep waiting for my check. read more

i have only ever had the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki, but why would you need anything else. The staff are normally good, but not always the most attentive after you have ordered. Woo's Terriyaki Restaurant is located in the Uptown Shopping Center off GEO WAY, Richland... near the Uptown Tavern. There are about (15) tables in the restaurant.....interesting celing & wall decor observed. The restaurant is open Monday thru Friday ... ... closed on Saturday & Sunday. The menu is extensive with (~41) entree choices of various Teriyaki combinations, Yaki Soba Vegetable Stir Fry combinations, and various Tempura combinations ... all with a choice of Chicken, Prawns, Beef, Calamari & Salmon or Vegends..... All entrees (exclusive of Korean dishes) are served with Miso soup, steamed rice and salad. They also offer two versions of Udon (noodle soup)....... in addition, fried rice combinations with choice of Chicken, Beef, Pork or Shrimp are offered... (5) Korean dishes are also offered. My wife had the Bulgogi... a sizzling plate of marinated beef slices sauteed with onions, mushrooms and green onion stalks. Interesting sweet marinade flavors and spices were enjoyed...... I ordered Kalbi-Beef Ribs Korean Style.. it too was served on a hot skillit. Interesting sweet flavors and combination of spices were detected in the meat from the twenty-four hour marinade. .... Miso soup was served and we had five condiment plates consisting of various Kim Chee dishes,all with very interesting flavors (some were very spicy).... The only "downer" was the restaurant does not serve beer ... which would enhance the food and dining experience. We witnessed other customer entrees. All exhibited excellent visual presentations.....The tempura dishes looked very interesting... we will be back to try them. read more
