The technician showed up, said he needed to order parts and we never heard from them again. They refuse to answer the phone and believe they blocked us after a while. After almost 2 months of trying to make this work, we contacted Lowes who then told us the technician filed a report saying he was unable to do the work because he claimed it was out of warranty. I am sure he got paid by Lowes for the visit, so it sounds like he is either mistaking us for someone else or... Anyway, Lowes said there is nothing we can do until we "make things right" with this company. I just called my credit card company and filed a claim thru them. So, avoid both Lowes service protection and this company. Update: called mrappliance.com who gave me an appointment immediately and repaired the appliance the same day. They are awesome. I will now update my claim with Chase Sapphire to include reimbursement for these repairs. Advice remains: avoid Lowes and all their fly-by-night repair associates.

The website offered a few selections near by, but the place closest to be had many complaints so opted for Katy TV Service which had very good reviews on another website. I made an appointment for my next day off and they came in the window I was given with the parts needed to fix my TV. Raj the repair tech was very knowledgeable and professional, had my TV apart and back together in about an hour with everything working correctly. I am glad I had someone that really knew what he was doing. I asked him how long he had been doing TV Repair and he told me over 40 years! Not bad considering a new electric cook top goes for about $800+ It ended up not being the board. It was actually a wire in the power box that partially melted. He quickly cut off the melted wire and cut fresh wires then using a wire nut to tighten. He waved the fee due to it not being the chip board. That was great! I would recommend this shop/company if you have something in need of a repair.

We made the required deposit at the end of July and we were scheduled for installation on September 23, with the possibility of it being soon as they were going to start doing 2 installs a day starting the following week. When I called on August 19 to just confirm everything was still on schedule, or if they schedule was pushed up with the 2 installations starting, I was told by the PC she had not scheduled our installation yet! It was after reaching back out to our salesman that we were scheduled as we were told. I was repeatedly to asked provide documentation of the HOA approval and the survey plat, both had been previously email twice to the PC. We have been lied to, twice, regarding the inspection results, which I ended up calling the City of Conroe myself to find out why the inspections were failing since the PC told me she didn't know why and they don't get that information. The first inspection had not failed, as I was told, as the city confirmed the initial passed. The final failed because the trenches were not filled in as they should have been. The PC blamed the trenching subcontractors and said they were supposed to have filled them in the prior week. However, the first inspection would not have passed had this happened bc that would have been the week before the inspection. A project that should have taken 5 days per the PC provided timeline took over 2 weeks, our credit card was over charged when the $1000 down payment wasn't credited to the balance due. I'm told I'll get a check in the mail rather than crediting the $1000 and the 3% fee on this money they charge to use a credit card. As far as the credit card, I was told we couldn't use our Generac issued credit card because we didn't apply through their website, we applied directly through Generac. I called the card issuer and this was not the case and had to provide the steps on how to process the transaction to the PC. I'm still waiting on a call from the owner for a week and a half since my request to speak with him and I'm not confident at all the message was relayed due to the repeated discrepancies during this whole process with the Project Coordinator. The salesman was fantastic, the subcontractors were great, but if you decide to use this company make sure all communication is via email and to keep an accounting of all the financial transactions.

I have been using Comcast Xfinity Internet since 2005 but grew tired of the messages that popped up on my browser window and being double charged for going over the data cap they imposed. I was not able to get any fiber at my location so decided to try StarLink by SpaceX. My StarLink came with a standard ground stand rather than any kind of mount. I looked at the available mounts StarLink offered and was not sure what to order or where to mount it. I called two highly rated places that specialize in StarLink and Satellite Dish Installation in hopes of being able to mount this thing professionally. I wanted it to look good and needed someone who might have more mounting options. Bert Berthelot who is the owner of Cable Busters! called me back in short order. the other place I called twice and never got a return call, so that made things simple. Bert set up a time that worked well for both of us and he came out and mounted my StarLink professionally, ran the wire through my wall to my Modem / Wireless Router and set the whole thing up for me. I could not be happier with the install. Later I cancelled my Comcast Xfinity Internet Provider and lived happily ever after.
