Their poke bowls are so fresh and flavorful, easily the best I've had outside of Hawaii. The portions are generous, the toppings are high quality, and everything is super well balanced. You can tell they really know what they're doing. I've also tried a few of their wraps and bowls and honestly, I haven't had a single miss. Everything's been on point. The food was out in under 10 minutes and all the staff we're super kind And I have to shout out the ube horchata -- it's amazing. Three items we ordered were missing the vinaigrette. I called the store and told the manager that our items were missing vinaigrette. She proceeded to tell me twice that the vinaigrette is mixed in to the bowl. I had to tell her three times that there was no vinaigrette, mixed in or otherwise. No apology for getting the orders wrong. Offered to comp a bowl next time. I declined and asked for my money back. We ran across World Wrapps in our visit to the Corte Madera Town Center. Lots of dining options around there but we chose World Wrapps due to the great selection of different foods. In a nutshell it's foods from different areas of the world that you could have as a bowl or a wrap. We ended up selecting roasted salmon bowl with nori and tuna poke in both a bowl and as a wrap. It was absolutely delicious and felt quite healthy as well. These days at this price point you barely get one of those but almost never both delicious and healthy. He was giving me a replacement bowl this visit which i appreciated and a free Boba drink. Got the fam dinner after a busy weekend of ballet performances and everyone was satisfied. My teens love the Chicken Tikka Masala Quesadilla+ add Quinoa/Brown Rice and Extra sauce on the side. The sibling who has never had it was "oohing and ahhing" after their order the other day ended up as a wrap instead of as a quesadilla- which is hard to order via the app. And totally different thing! Def would call in the order and get specific. The beef in my bowl was different but all right. The Nori salmon wrap, I'm addicted now. I switch it out for a bowl now and then but the wrap just makes it so easy.
