Very elegant ambiance but great spot for an elevated date night. The food wasn't all that for the price and the portions weren't great either. Definitely very mediocre in that regard. But excellent service! It definitely a place to try and see how you like it yourself

RH never fails me! FOOD: The food at RH is classic and elegant. I was pleasantly surprised to find a king crab roll had been add to the menu. It is new and something we had not seen at other locations. And boy was it delicious. The bun was lightly toasted...a slight crunch but still easy to bite into. The crab was fresh. The light coat of mayo and Old Bay were the perfect touches. I can't wait to eat this again! AMBIANCE: RH is pretty much the King of ambiance. You can not beat the decor here. Every location we have been to sticks to the core RH design while adding its own unique flair. This location has a beautiful staircase leading up to the rooftop! SERVICE: Our sever was nice and patient with our kids. Overall, will I be back? Oh yes, this is one of my goto stops in Marin. The perfect way to top off a day of shopping! :)

This place was absolutely beautiful! My husband took me here for my birthday dinner and we enjoyed it so much! The service was outstanding! Each and every staff gave such a warm and inviting atmosphere and were all super attentive! We started off with the Hamachi Caviar Carpaccio and the Classic Caesar. We also got the Charred Wagyu Ribeye, Truffle Fries, and Grilled Broccolini. The Hamachi Caviar Carpaccio was our favorite! To end the night, they gave me a Butterscotch Creme Brûlée for my birthday. I'm not a Butterscotch person but I devoured it! It was delicious!! What a great place for a celebration!

Really beautiful location and decor; we got seated right by the window on a beautiful day, too! Service was really slow - our waiter didn't come take our order for 10-15 min and it took effort to flag him down. Our food also didn't come out for a good 30-35 minutes. However - when our food did come, we truly enjoyed the mini lobster rolls and mini crab rolls. The prosciutto and delice board was great too (loved the cheese, and the baguette came pre cut and warm!). We both had the French dip sandwich, and that was very hearty. The truffle fries weren't the best I've had; they came out a bit soggy. The broccolini was fine, but didn't stand out. The desserts we had - the strawberries and cream, as well as the banana split, both were incredible! We truly had a great time.

Brunch before shopping is always a good idea, especially when the food is delicious. I ordered the Italian eggs benedict, which was a great wist to a regular breakfast staple. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the prosciutto gave each bite a salty but sweet compliment too. The potatoes were a side dish we opted in to add, but given the size of the eggs and the starter we had, we could have done without. Our server was also very attentive, and checked in throughout our meal. He also let us know that since it was a quieter Sunday morning we could hang out a little more after our meal.

Want special dining experience on the roof then think RH rooftop. Tonight we had the opportunity of sitting next to the fountain in the center which gave us the feeling of being near a bubbling brook. RH has a great chandelier above the great staircase leading to the restaurant (elevator also available). RH gives you the feeling of being outside with lots of glass and a 270 degree view. When weather is good, they sometimes open the north window wall to really make you feel outside. Grilled Avocado with caviar -- excellent appetizer that we first had at their restaurant in San Francisco. Prosciutto and delice board -- a standard Italian presentation. Fun for something different and a way to nibble on snacks. Shave ribeye sandwich and fries -- I saw this on a neighboring table and had to try it. Lots of meat. I normally don't think of a sandwich at a nice restaurant but pleasantly entertained the thought and execution. Our server was wavelength and made the early evening special. Want something special, give them a try.

Restoration Hardware Restaurants are always beautiful and I've been dining in them wherever I go-- from SF to NYC, walking into their restaurants is a feast for the eyes as well as your tummy ! Although a bit pricey, it's worth dining at this stylish venue for that special occasion! I've been to all three in the SF Bay Area as a regular-- San Francisco, Napa and Corte Madera! Each has its own unique character. The Marin restaurant is located on top floor . Towering olive trees adds to the tall heights, lush greenery in boxes , glistening chandeliers enhances elegance and flowing fountains in its interior makes one feel as if you are dining in a conservatory. My go to at this location: Seafood Tower to share 5 stars loaded with oysters prawns, lobster and other marine goodies! So good and fresh 5 stars Artichoke chips - crispy and delicious, this comes with yummy dip 5 stars -- must have Truffle fries - another winner 4 1/3 stars Burrata- creamy and fresh, served with bright roasted tomatoes 4 1/2 stars Caesars Salad- 4 stars Chinese Chicken Salad 4 1/2stars Entrees Burger- awwww man! 4 1/2 stars Steaks-- Filet Mignon and Rib Eye Wow Wow! 4 1/2 stars Lobster Roll - 4 1/3 stars Roast Chicken - moist and delish 4 stars SIDES I get: Broccolini Mushrooms DRNKS Peach Bellini and anything with St Germain! Yummy!

Came here to celebrate a birthday. The ambiance is beautiful and really sets the mood, and the food was delicious. Service could use a bit of improvement. Maybe check up on us after a few bites? Idk.. They also didn't offer a complimentary birthday dessert (at least not in our case), but overall it's still a great spot for a perfect date night. The banana split is a must!

Made a reservation but walked in early on a Friday night and was seated right away. Service was phenomenal and I'd love to come back! Really enjoyed the prosciutto board and shrimp & vegetable salad. I also ordered the petite baked potato but didn't register the "petite" part so was very surprised when a tiny baked potato arrived at the table but it was still delicious haha. The lobster roll was okay but the warm cookie for dessert was super yummy! A great way to finish the meal. The interior decor creates a wonderful ambiance as well.

    Branzino - perfect!

What a lovely restaurant for a Sunday brunch! Met my mom and sister here today for brunch, and we were blown away - the atmosphere, the food, and the service - all amazing! We tried so many wonderful items and shared everything. First, for a stater we had the burrata with the roasted sweet peppers. Both my mom and sister HATE peppers and missed that they were on this dish. I encouraged them to try them and not only did they love it, they're interested in remaking this dish at home! If that's not an impressive start I don't know what is. Next, the truffle fries - probably the best I've had - lots of Parmesan and truffle - perfect texture - yum. Then we tried the Swedish pancakes which are insanely delicious - thin, buttery and slightly crispy on the edges. For mains - the gem salad and the branzino - perfection. Service was attentive, fast and great recos. They even paid attention to the fact that we could use more crostini for the appetizer and brought more without us asking. This spot is beautiful - highly recommend and we will be back for sure!!

I had a delightful meal, starting with a fresh salad, crispy truffle fries, and a fresh lobster roll. The highlight was the banana split dessert, which was absolutely divine. The steak, however, was slightly overcooked and a bit burnt. Despite that, the service was exceptional -- the staff went above and beyond, even surprising us with two complimentary brownies to celebrate our anniversary. I just went back yesterday for my friend's birthday. This time, I enjoyed the shaved ribeye dip and Chinese chicken salad -- both were absolutely delicious. I really love the atmosphere of this place; it's perfect for special occasions. There's plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, and the staff are incredibly attentive.

The food is so pretty! And pretty delicious as well! We came here because it's close to my sisters work for brunch and just got some delicious juice while she got a drink, the burrata, lobster rolls with caviar, and butterscotch brûlée. She got the RH burger which I hear is the BEST so I'm definitely trying that next time The service was perfect our server was so nice and made sure we had anything and everything we needed it was too tier quality by far! I wish I got his name he was so incredibly sweet! The vibe here is very Marin very upscale, very boujee. Definitely dress up before coming especially if it's around dinner time because there's a BITCHIN view and chances are if you want to take a selfie you'll be happy you dressed up. Just a tip :) I can't wait to come back and try their famous RH burger

    Affogato and bday cookie! 10/10

I personally loved the brunch. I don't hear great things about dinner from anyone I know but I am brunch fiend and this was SO good! The flavor of the avocado toast was prob one of the best I had. Presentation of course gorgeous! Beautiful setting. Bright, inviting. Loved it all. Service was a tiny slow as it got packed real fast but over all... no complaints!

We had a party of two, which we noted in the order, and we ordered a small size, which comes with three bones. They gave us four ribs! The sides here are so flavorful. The potato salad was great. The mac n cheese was so cheesy and creamy with white cheddar from Wisconsin. The dill pickle was sour. The B&B pickles were sweet. I would love to try the beef brisket chili next time. The sauces here are definitely lacking. Only the spicy BBQ sauce was good and actually had a spice kick. The eastern carolina and white alabama are not even worth tasting imo. It's inside a mall, and I did not see any directories to point the way. Once we found it and sat down, I noticed the sign telling us to scan the QR code on the table to order. Honestly, that almost sent me right back out the door. I wanted an actual menu, not a tiny phone screen with lots of scrolling and submenus, especially since I had questions about the food. The atmosphere felt a bit impersonal at first, mostly because of the mall setting and the QR-code ordering system, but the friendly staff helped make it feel much more comfortable once we got settled. The two people working the front were both very pleasant, answered my questions, and made the whole experience feel much more welcoming. They had a decent IPA selection and a variety of bar foods (pizza, wings, appetizers). We ordered the arancini, fried cauliflower, and a pizza. The fried cauliflower was the surprise hit for me, especially with the garlic aioli. The arancini and pizza were also very good. The QR ordering setup still feels more frustrating than inviting, but the friendly service and surprisingly good food turned things around. In the end, I left glad that I stayed.

Our server, Michael L., welcomed us and took intial drink orders and brought the necessary bread and butter - the first meal, whenever here! None of us are amateurs at Cheesecake Factory, and we quickly narrowed down the food choices. These are the foods for which I have photos - there was more! The food came in a timely manner, and the drinks were refilled as needed. Delays can happen, especially on a Saturday, but what was disappointing was the lack of urgency or concern from the host staff. I also tried to discreetly take care of the bill ahead of time by asking a hostess if I could give her my debit card, but I was told I'd have to give it directly to the server--completely defeating the purpose of keeping it a surprise. When we were finally seated, the table was dirty with a sticky residue, and the previous party's check was still sitting there. We had to ask for a wet rag just to clean our own table, which isn't something guests should have to do. To make matters worse, four of the items we ordered were unavailable. I understand that things can run out during busy times, but this many missing items felt excessive. By the end of the night, our bill came out to $451, which made the experience even more frustrating. For a tab that high, you would expect at least some level of customer service recovery--whether that's comping an item, offering a dessert, or even just a sincere apology. None of that happened. It felt like our time and business didn't matter, which is disappointing because Cheesecake Factory is usually a go-to spot for our group. This visit definitely missed the mark.

It was simply fantastic, as the rice was cooked perfectly and the fresh spring flavors in ours shone. * Carissa loved her King Salmon and veggies, as the fish was cooked perfectly. I ordered a daily special with house-made pappardelle noodles and smoked beef short ribs, and while it looked like a hot mess, it was fantastic. The noodles were thick and held up well to the assertive smoke and flavor of the beef--just a perfect dish in my opinion.. The Meh: * The Polenta-Crusted Artichoke Hearts appetizer was just OK. I liked the crunch and how they tried to present them as chicken wings, but they ate a little dry and the coating needed more seasoning. Fortunately, their concomitant aioli was able to save the day. The Ugly: * Not the biggest restaurant, and with the brick walls, it can get raucous in there fairly easily, especially if a large post-wedding party shows up to the bar to get sauced. Conclusion: Fantastic spot for a date night or any other occasion with great ambiance, service, and, most importantly, food. Highly recommended.

We grabbed an early reservation on a Saturday night but we always eat early anyways so it was a win for us. The service was outstanding. And the food was excellent. I wasn't a big fan of the crispy polenta but I'm also not big on artichokes. John loved it. My salmon dish and the vegetables that came with it was so good. I couldn't stop raving about it. Larkspur is such a cute little town. Wish we had more time to explore.

(After all, I believe they built their reputation on sandwiches.) I had my "go to" as a Vegetarian which is the Impossible Burger (available at Burger King now) with rather bland French fries and my wife had the salmon dish served on a mountain of quinoa. ("Hey quinoa, you can retire your jersey, you had a nice run.") They serve the weekly rotating Fieldwork hazy, so I had one of those, but Fieldwork does a variety of hazy beers and they are kind of known for it. When asked which Fieldwork was being served it is too nuanced to simply reply, " It's a hazy, they all are". The great outdoor seating, and stunning redwood trees are a major draw. ***Please note this review is from quite some time ago, but I've been back several times. I do dig it. You can't ask for a better relaxing scene and when there's a hot sporting event on, you can watch it outside on one of the monitors beneath the redwood trees. The setting and the service is top-notch.

Food: We thought we ordered artichoke dip, so it was very disappointing when the grilled artichoke came. But that was our mistake! The chili was fine. The fish and chips were pretty solid. I liked that the fish adhered pretty well to the breading. However, the fries and fish were placed on top of soggy coleslaw, so some fries also became soggy. I was told that you have to sit outside and get burgers here, so on a nicer day, I'll try that.

For me, a nice eggplant pizza and the chicken dinner for my wife which is a house favorite since they first opened. My favorite cocktail, the ADMIRAL and a beautiful, tasty nonalcoholic cocktail for my wife. Simply superb! The remodeled outdoor patio is really something to behold- it's a beautiful cozy setting, especially on a warm evening. For several years now this has been just about my favorite spot to go to in the bay area and certainly my number one Marin spot! Sometimes just to sit at the bar and have a nice exquisite craft cocktail is a complete joy. Or, if you only want a pizza, this is the best place to do it as the wood-fired pizzas are second to none and who doesn't want some pizza and good beer? With a price that's not out of line in comparison to the region. Check out the private dining area which can be shut off and secluded which is great for meetings, birthdays, bar mitzvahs, or graduation events. Oh, and let's not forget the succulent desserts. Be sure to take a stroll before or after dinner, and check out the captivating retailers at this charming shopping area known as the Marin Country Mart. There are even freestanding retailers in the various parking areas. Most assuredly, a good place to spend an afternoon or evening. ***Please note that I'm in two areas frequently southern California and Northern California. So I post my favorites in both spots.

As crazy as it sounds, I came here for some amazing beer and winter squash soup. I loved how this was a near total farm to table experience. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful, everything I wanted from my California experience. My friends had Meyer Lemon Pizza (to be cut with scissors), and it was a delectable balance of amazing flavor! I also appreciate that they had really thoughtful service, making a really busy lunch time a pleasant experience. The only one minor downer was yes, this is definitely on the slightly more expensive side, even for the bay area. Nothing crazy out of expectations.
